Easy access from highway, only one turn off Gympie road.
Wide variety of shopping experiences, parks, ice skating, dining etc.

A good location for us. Close to shops. Cabin was clean & provided enough plates, cutlery etc. staff were friendly upon check-in but didn’t see them after that. Only issue was the BBQ area was dirty & tables had a big pot of cigarette butts & all around ground under tables. Should be cleaned daily & was very off putting as we were going to use bbq but too dirty. Parking was ok but very tight. However, I would stay again if grounds were cleaner. Nice pool area.

Stay away!!! The staff was rude. We had gotten there early. I asked if we could check in a little early, but they treated us like we were idiots when we asked. When I asked about the WiFi that didn't work. They just shruged there shoulders and said maybe the weather has affected it. It was a beautiful day. TV was sporadic. We travel a lot all over the world and I've never really had an experience like that. There's a lot of other places to stay and I would suggest to stay somewhere else.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no iron or ironing board in our room so they went and found one for me.
Room was clean, a bit on the small side however we were only there for 2 night so not a problem for us. Smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals when we entered.
Small balcony, great for fresh air and a view of greenery.
Good shower, lots of hot water.
Small fridge that didn’t fit the space it was in, it kept falling forwards every time we opened its door. You had to brace the top of the fridge then open the door otherwise everything fell out of it.

The oddest thing was they didn’t have sheets that fit the length of the bed so they put two lots on, so each end was covered (see photo)

Our main problem was the wifi, it was incredibly weak and we could get on it at all even when we typed in the password. I couldn’t even get the smart tv to connect to it. Ended up having to tether the tv to my phone so we could watch anything. Not ideal.
So mixed review. 3 stars.

1 rude staff. Bathroom needed a good scrub. And the bed needed brakes appled to stop it rolling across other side of room when sitting on it. They have renovated the room with laminate flooring and an ensemble bed on wheels. Not ideal for safely. the reception hours were very limited.

Whilst it was a clear and easy after-hours check-in the room itself left a lot to be desired. At first sight room looked clean however blanket had stains and soap wrapper left on shower floor from previous guests. Tea and coffee facilities provided but no milk. No sound proofing or even buffering between rooms, I could hear guests full conversation past 10pm about the following days travel and what time to leave, followed by on the other side who I presume to be the caretakers swearing and talking about work the following day. 2 stars given due to easy and clear after hours check-in and convenience to Brisbane airport.

Great value for money and an excellent location.
The unit was clean, and having a washing machine was a real bonus. Our previous stay in the unit next door also had a dryer, which was handy, but this one did not.
We enjoyed the spa bath, and overall, the place offers good amenities for the price. The only thing that could be improved is the air‑conditioning as there’s only one small split system in the main lounge area, which doesn’t cool the whole unit evenly.
That said, it’s still very affordable compared to other options in the area. There are plenty of shops and food outlets nearby, and it’s only about 15 minutes from the airport, which is super convenient.

Location was good, being a cabin with parking right at your cabin was excellent with little kids. Was a good size cabin too however the cabin was quite dirty. There was broken glass on the floor inside next to the bed. The floors were dirty and my children had to be cleaned before they could get into bed. Inside the kettle was mouldy. The bed was so sagged that my head and feet were elevated as my body sagged deep into the bed, as a side sleeper I could not possibly sleep on my side so made for an uncomfortable few nights. Also the cabin was full of mould, all ceilings and along the walls, the Venetian blinds were covered and all around the windows. The bunks were built in and all on the walls of those were mouldy which was a concern with small children. I get that qld is hot and humid but we live only a few hours away and deal with regular flooding and don’t have mould inside, seems like a poor ventilation issue. Grateful it was close to what we needed and we spent most of our time out and about. There’s a shopping centre on the same block which had coffee, pizza, Woolies, big w, which was handy.

Unfortunately after an outing our first night, we returned to the cabin to find a family of cockroaches making themselves at home in our cabin. It was around 9.30pm. There were some larger ones and several babies. We killed the ones we could see and cleared all things from the floor into our car. We all slept together in the one bed and kept the cooler on all night to keep them at bay. We left the keys early the following morning and departed. May we respectfully request a refund for the second night accommodation as we did not stay due to the conditions. Thank you

We were here for two nights in a cabin. Everything was great except for the wi-fi. Had a 27-character password on our check-in envelope, that did nothing. And that’s no better than our last visit three years ago…
Also a bit noisy with permanent families with very young kids nearby.

We didnt have a pet or a kitchen. Our bed was so old it sagged, the base had large holes in it where cockroaches came from at night. We sprayed and killed in excess of 60 roaches. Free internet did not happen, no internet. Quite disgusted!!

OK for a cheap overnight stay. Very basic but you get what you pay for. Only cotton sheets on the bed bearing in mind it was cold at night. Blanket in the cupboard was musty and dusty. Minimal amount of crockery/cutlery. Hob top was rusty. . Sofa hard and uncomfortable. Apart from the dusty blanket, the place was clean. Warned not to use excessive water or electricity or would be charged extra but the staff were vague on what excessive was. Superior cabin is rather a stretch and I wonder what the non superior cabins were like.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite it being a “no smoking room”. When we asked the property manager about it she said she couldn’t smell anything so it was fine. There was definitely a smell and cigarettes in a pot plant on the balcony. There was mould in bedrooms and bathrooms, crumbs in the bed and my kids feet were filthy after walking on the floor following their shower. It was cheap but between the gaslighting staff and the dirty, smelly room we wouldn’t stay there again.

Bedding was only a sheet and the blanket packed away in the cupboard, if you kept the air conditioner on for airflow the blanket wasn't enough. No underlay so you could feel the springs. Fan in the bathroom made a terrible noise and then stopped working, and the shower pressure and shower rose height was poor. Drain in the shower was broken. Otherwise, location was great, noise was fine, pool looked like it would be great for the summer months.

The park was clean and tidy. Had easy to use laundry facilities and clean nice pool.
Downside was that WiFi only worked in the shared area next to reception or at the pool and only have cleaners or replenishment of towels/toilet roll/tissues once a week with only half a roll of toilet roll in the bathroom for 4 days. Also had a room with an internal door to the room next door with guests that tried to come through late at night waking us up, thankfully the door was locked but guests should be informed of this so that they do not try to get into the other room.
