Everything was lovely however we booked to go to the executive lounge which was disappointing compared to many if the Asian Hotels. Another small thing is they didn’t book our bus to the airport the next day. A minor thing and easily rectified but should not have happened. Saying all that I would stay there again but not book the executive lounge.

It will be good to have a Bidet fix in the toilet. Fortunately, we were not be able to book the Hotel Bus A$8/pax for 4 to International airport on our requested time online. Happened to speak with the front desk and they could help us booked a Van for A$30! Could accommodate 5 pax and 5 Big luggages, that is even more cost effective and convenient.

Stayed here for a quick overnight before an early flight, and most things were genuinely fantastic. The hotel itself feels modern and comfortable—rooms are spacious, quiet (despite being right near the airport), and well-equipped. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to the domestic terminal.
Parking starts free for the first hour, which is handy for quick drop-offs or pick-ups, but after that it gets quite expensive (around $40/night from what I’ve seen elsewhere). The shuttle bus to the terminals was spot-on—easy to book via QR code, ran on time, and only $8 per person. No major complaints there.
The real letdown was the dining. They have a strict no-sandals policy in the main dining area (even if they’re dressy ones), which felt a bit over-the-top for an airport hotel after a long day of travel. Ended up eating at the bar instead. Ordered the Caesar salad, and it was hands-down the worst I’ve ever had—the bacon and chicken were dry, chewy, and tasted artificial/fake. Really disappointing for a place that positions itself as upscale. On the brighter side, the plane burger and fries were just fine—nothing special, but edible and hit the spot when I needed something simple.
Overall, it’s a reliable choice for proximity and comfort, but the food experience (at least at the bar) dragged it down. I’d probably stay again for the convenience, but I’d skip the bar food next time or try the main restaurant if dressed appropriately.

Didn’t get to use any of the other facilities. Had to go next door for dinner due to late flight and restaurant being closed, ended up just getting room service which was okay.

I stayed for one night while transiting through Brisbane airport. The hotel was easy to get to, a very convenient location and there’s a link on your check-in information to a YouTube video showing the walk from the domestic terminal which was extremely helpful.

Check in is now implementing self service machines. Disappointing given the hotel standard and cost for the rooms. I expect service, not a diy check in.
I booked a standard room which was very spacious, an area for your suitcase is provided as well as a couch, small table and a desk.
The bathroom was again very spacious, all the basics are provided including a hairdryer, hand wash, moisturiser, shampoo and a range of little extra helpful kits.
Overall, cleanliness was great. Unfortunately I found a lone hair in the bed, however everything else was perfect.
Great blackout curtains, soundproofing and aircon. There’s also a fridge with water and milk.

The gym is on the basement level, small but equipped with a good selection including cardio and weight machines to cover the essentials. Free weights could be better, only up to 7kg and a roller would be an easy, welcome addition. Towels and water are provided.
Airport transfers finish quite early in the day.

Room was spotless and so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Nice bright windows with lots of natural light. We enjoyed a bit of time lying in the sun by the pool when we arrived before heading into Brisbane for an evening. When you come out of the terminal, follow the sign for \"Hotels/Conference Center\"...yes you walk through the parking garage but it's a very well signed walk. When we left for our international flight in the morning, we walked back to the domestic terminal and then caught the free shuttle to the international terminal (which is quite a ways distant from the domestic!). We left the hotel about 3 hours before our Delta international flight boarded on a sunday morning and had PLENTY of time.
Going into Brisbane for the evening, we took an Uber which was about 20 minutes to the South Bank. Lovely city center! Then we took the 50 cent city cat ferry back to Northshore Hamilton and caught an Uber home from there which gave us the lovely sights along the way.

Room was lovely, staff very helpful friendly. Only downfall was $8 for 5 min bus ride my mum could not walk it but i could should be paid by hotel for cost of room. The club lounge was terribly poor only a couple juice and soft drink. Coffee and tea. A jar of biscuits and fruit that seemed old. We got 2 drink vouchers at the bar but had to wait till 5pm but we wrre going out so could not use them

View. Looked over to the airport and down to the pool. Had a nice atmosphere. I’m staying there again in April. Im expecting my room and view to be as good as this one was. Bar, staff, amenities, coffee shop/cafe next door were good as well. Enjoyed our drinks at the bar and met some lovely people there.

Absolutely brilliant. Staff are friendly and approachable. The rooms are wonderfully equipped and comfortable. The room service and dining options are great and the staff are happy to communicate and accommodate regarding allergies. And they do it in a helpful, respectful manner that makes you feel welcome. My son and I are both neurodivergent, and we requested a room away from any potentially noisy areas. Again, I was met with a welcoming response. After a full day of travel, staying here was an easy, restful experience, giving us a great start to the following travel day.

We booked the executive room with lounge access, 2 hour drinks package with canapes, unfortunately we arrived on xmas day & upon checkin were advised due to liquor licensing laws they couldnt serve alcohol unless we bought a full meal. We were not advised in advance otherwise i would not have paid the $90 for the upgrade. We had just had a main meal on our flight, so did not want another one, or pay the average cost of $50 a meal plus 15% surcharge for public holiday. When asked if could get a refund, was only offered $28, then told we would have to pay $35 each. They gave us 2 vouchers each for 2 soft drinks at the bar in place of alcohol, which could have got myself from the executive lounge, the canapes platter was just average. There was no body wash in the room, or any drinks in the bar fridge only long life milk & 2 still waters & there was no sparkling water in the lounge, for the price you pay it is not really up to 5 stars

Hotel is lovely- clean, comfortable, spacious, friendly staff etc but the soundproofing from inside the hotel is poor. We arrived after midnight hoping for a good sleep but were woken twice in the night by people/ children talking noisily . As a premium airport hotel I would have thought this was the most important feature. Very disappointing!
