Don't recommend, the room I was in had a strong smell of mold everywhere & that mold was visible in the bathroom, it was noisy outside with the doors & windows closed, so having them open for some fresh air wasn't an option either. Zero sound insulation, could hear people constantly walking outside my door & parking? There is 5 spots, so if you miss out then it's street parking only. Not sure how this business is running with such a strong amount of mold, you can find modern clean hotels for the same price, avoid.

The room was nothing like in the images, the fridge was not cold there was no ventilation in bathroom it was pokey smelled like bleach, the kettle was filthy I had to clean bugs out of it before I could use it, the bed was horrible so hard and was itching all night, and no parking was all in all the worst place I have ever stayed. The lady however was lovely and extremely accomodating with the fact that we were late check in.

Great for one or three nights, can walk to Chermside shopping and kedron wavell rsl. The tv in the room needs to be replaced, bad picture and not all channels, no movies. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Unacceptable and not clean, infection control standards do not apply here apparently! The dried up vomit I found on the top sheet at the top, the blood on the top sheet at the side and the stains on the mattress protector, told staff, got new sheets, nice girl, no manager contacted me regarding my complaint and a partial refund of room fee I requested as the room smelt slightly of vomit all night. Was this the cleaners fault or do they not put enough cleaners on which makes them run on the clock and miss things like this.

Convenient to Chermside and the Hospital. Basic rooms with everything you need for a short-term stay. Limited parking at the complex so most likely you will be parking on the street. Unfortunately, we had the noise from a screaming child around midnight was frustrating and just when you thought it was done, it started again. went on for a while. Bright light from the lobby comes streaming through under the door was intense to. Lady at front desk was lovely and welcoming though and everything was clean and tidy.

It is very close to everything and also not far from the airport, the staff a lovely and very accommodating.
What I didnt like was it was very noisy especially late at night. You can hear everything and being close to the laundry area with washing machines and dryers on late at night was not great.

Clean, spacious room - though rather dated. Quiet. Helpful Front Desk. About 15 minutes walk to Chermside Shopping Mall, 20 mins walk to nearest pub (RSL). Car Parking may be an issue - limited space in motel car parking so you may have to rely on street parking.

The photos make this place look way better than what it actually is. More like staying in a house than an actual hotel. Walls are very thin so you could hear everything happening in the other rooms and the communal area/foyer. The place is run down and very dated and very poor value in comparison to other properties in the area. Onsite parking basically non existant you have to try your luck with the street parking. Bed was awful and the pillows were even worse, they should have been thrown out long ago. One of the pillow cases actually had mildew on it. I have never stayed anywhere where the only thing on the bed was a sheet, no blanket or quilt or bedspread was on the bed. It was the middle of winter! If you want a blanket you needed to find these yourself in the cupboard. The most unwelcoming place we have ever stayed in. Everywhere you looked they have signs plastered telling you if you do something you will be charged a fee. Eg if you don't wash up your dishes you will be charged a $35 fee, honestly would you trust other people to wash up and trust that they were sanitary (so we bought plastic cutlery etc to use instead). The kettle needed a good clean. If you set off the smoke alarm you will be charged a fee and apparently the smoke alarm can be set off not just by actual smoke but by aerosol deodorants, shower steam etc. An awful, overpowering fragrance is pumped throughout the whole place, so if you are sensitive to smells avoid this place!!!

Dont go near this place if you smoke. She tried to tell me I have to grab an ash tray and cross the road to smoke . It was rather noisy as well . You could hear everyone coming through the main entrance door . Also no car parks anywhere near the place . They only have 5 car parks of their own and once they are full your going to walk .Not recommended

Very few onsite parking facilities. Most guests have to park on the street. No face washers or hand towels provided, and no shampoo etc. A very nice lounge area upstairs, where we sat and relaxed with a takeaway meal after a busy Friday, but unfortunately the lights are on a timer and switched off at 8.40, leaving us to pack up our goodies in the near dark and go to our rooms.

I needed a place to stay in a hurry as my husband was in Prince Charles hospital. The motel was clean and tidy and the staff were courteous. The only downside was there were only 6 off-street parking spaces between approximately 16 units, so there was always a scramble for parking. I resorted to walking everywhere so I wouldn't lose my parking spot. Other than that it was a comfortable stay which was close to hospital and shops.

IWe were in Brisbane for a visit to Prince Charles Hospital and found the Motel was very close. We arrived early and .the room was ready when we arrived so that was great. The room was spotlessly clean and equiped with tea making facilities as well as having a plates etc microwave and toaster cutlery and plates etc. The only set back is very limited parking space but in saying that I would definatly stay at this establishment again.

After an hour and a half of calling both numbers I received no answer nor reply or follow up. I was forced to seek a different motel. When questioned about it in the coming days staff stated that they had no call from me but we're able to check in two other people later that night. Refused a refund and have been given no other form of compensation.

It is a quiet place but the parking is bad. There are only 5 car parks, after that you are out on the street, if you can find a park. Our light in the bathroom was not working and the pillows weren’t comfortable, the king size bed was comfortable . Frozen meals are available and there was a microwave in the room. The room was air conditioned.

Stayed 4 nights while renovating my home. Found the room quite small, but adequate for my needs. Didn't need the king size bed which took up so much room, there was only a small table underneath the t.v. so very difficult to watch while eating meals. Bed made daily, but sheets not changed each night. I felt this service should have been done automatically, unless otherwise stipulated (as was the option to forego 'fresh towels' to save the environment). The king bed while excessively large for such a small room, was very comfortable and had many really nice comfy pillows. A big plus for that.

this hotel is just average rate. the rooms should have sound proof because it is expected that the guests will be chitchatting.. even though in a normal voice it can still be heard in the other room because of the thin partition. and the way the reception told us about it is not good... you cant tell your guests that you will kick us out if we will do chitchatting again... do something with your partition... and i was just confused why the reception need to get your card details even though you already paid the whole stay...

Not a good experience

Stayed in a twin share room and got to know my room buddy ALL too well as the bathroom door did not close. Room was freezing with only a light cover on the beds (during winter). Don't even try parking, there are only six little carparking bays for everyone and it's on the street parking for everyone else. Had to lug suitcases up and down the stairway as there was no lift. My room mate (a lady in her 80's) fell down the stairs with her heavy suitcase when we were leaving. Don't order breakfast - it's an expensive basket of packet stuff that's put in your room fridge for you to make yourself. When I arrived I was talked down to for not ringing the bell on my arrival. Really bad welcome, really bad stay, I will not be back.
