This is a budget hotel, with the level of features expected ... but it is a spacious clean room with a good shower.

Honestly, I find it a bit overrated; its nightly price is only justified by its proximity to the airport. You can find places in the CBD for the same price and in better condition. Ibis Budget is a low-end motel that barely meets the minimum requirements. It's safe and quiet, but the place is awful.

This was the worse hotel I have been to in decades. This is as basic as a single room in a youth hostel, and with a similar lack of noise insulation. No elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor. Cracks in the walls, and the towel support was about to fall off. I feel the 3-star characterization is a serious misrepresentation of this property.

The lady when we checked in was fabulous even though our rooms wouldn't be ready for awhile she was so helpful and friendly and made the process easy. We had to check out really early and there was no one there to help with that so getting taxis was a little confusing. The room could've been a little cleaner & I could feel the springs on my bed, but it was quite sufficient!

While I understand this is \"budget Accommodation\" I was extremely disappointed that there was a wet dirty bathmat hanging over the shower curtain railing from previous guests, the fridge was dirty and the freezer section frosted over with an old drink in there.

It is what it is. A budget hotel near the airport. What disappointed the most was their lack of preparation for power failure and people arriving from late flights. It took quite some time to wake the girl up who was then met with a foyer full of people who had flown in. Surely due to after hours check in unavailable due to power outage, they could have sat someone at the reception desk.

Fantastic for a budget overnight stopover. Comfortable bed and decent amenities. A little way from shops etc. but only a short Uber to the DFO and Woolies for food. Lovely helpful staff, will stay here again.

Ok so I didn’t think to check reviews.
I don’t like being negative but would hate travellers to end up here without full knowledge. It’s called “budget” but price was overpriced for what it was. No lifts (we had heavy luggage we had to haul upstairs) Stuck between overpasses and motorway so no real food or convenience stores nearby. 10 min walk to great Indian restaurant however.
Room pokey and didn’t feel clean but bedding was clean. Like I say if price cheap then would be it is what it is. Called an airport hotel but no shuttle! So more cost for so called budget stay!
I would not recommend this place.

This hotel requires a lot of refurbishing and sadly it’s affecting comfort and appearance. The staff were pleasant and helpful but the facilities are sadly lacking in all respects. The room is dated and the space is tiny, bathroom looks dirty due to age and the aircon makes so much noise. It claims to be an airport hotel but it’s way off the airport in a Brisbane suburb

The name Ibis Budget Airport Hotel lead me to believe that it would be within a ten minute walk of the airport. I hoped I would not have to get a taxi to the airport but it turned out that it was too far to walk and I had to get a taxi. It was a ten minute drive in the taxi to get to the airport.

Firstly this hotel deceives you into thinking this is the Ibis at the airport. IT IS NOT! It is 30-45 minutes away from the airport!

This building should also be condemned! It wouldn’t be worthy of someone in a third world country. It is not the hotel I thought I was booking and the rates should be less than $50 a night for the quality of this place! Once I got my confirmation and saw the address I knew immediately I had the wrong hotel. So I messaged to have my reservation transferred to the correct one and I was met with a rude response telling me there were no refunds! This so called “hotel” is beyond horrendous! Dirty, old, rundown, shower head has water coming out of the arm in 6 places! Rude staff & so loud as it’s next the main road so you just hear cars all night. It feels like a prison would be a better place to be than this! How it is still operating is beyond me and I would suggest anyone thinking of staying here to NOT because it’s deplorable!

I didn't have the breakfast, the room was as clean and comfortable as you would expect from a budget hotel.
The service staff were friendly enough.
Wifi took a short time to workout but all ok in the end.
Room was cool enough.
Bathroom tap swivelled which it wasn't meant to do, so needs attending to.
Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Room 320 was clean and functional but tired and overdue for refurbishment. The price is steep for what it is. The bed is comfortable but I didn't sleep well due to the constant noise from the nearby motorway. The window is double-glazed but the rubber around the glass has perished and the window doesn't seal tight. Try for a room at the rear of the property as the noise may be less prominent.

We always stay here as its really convenient and comfortable. This time we felt the reception guy was pre occupied, and I swear he put us in the furthest room in the building to lug our bags up 3 sets of stairs, right at the end of the building, so we could hear the traffic all night, and our window was right under a flood light. We will stay here again as they are great little rooms and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful.
