Its a very out dated facility and not worth the money paid. No smart tv, the blinds dont shut properly so the light(thats never turned off outside) comes through, the bed was very uncomfortable and had a massive lump in the middle, no microwave, no toaster, only had terrible instant coffee, no pod machine, a kettle and long life milk. You have to climb into an old rickety bath tub to have a shower and the tap is at the other end. Unless this place was the only available hotel in an emergency I'd probably not go back.

The lady at the desk was lovely and the room was sufficient.. but the information given on the rooms says breakfast included.. this is not the case whatsoever. It is a little boxed snack you can take from the front desk with a snack.. very misleading. They haven’t had breakfast served since 2020.. the rooms are fine but the overall photos of the motel is not at all accurate.

BEWARE! We paid a high price for this place because the listing said \"breakfast included\" and that it was a top-rated breakfast. In reality, the breakfast consisted of a little bag of cereal, a mini muesli bar, and a juice box, in the room. Apparently there used to be a restaurant on the premises, but it is permanently closed. Also, the A/C was not working. It made a noise like it was trying to start up every couple of minutes, but couldn't start. The noise continued even though we turned it off. Also, the carpet was badly stained in several places and there was an odd smell in the room. The \"windows\" were glass block, so we couldn't see outside unless we opened the door, and the TV was tiny. This is not the high rated motel that they want you to think it is. We feel totally mislead and ripped off!

Great location and loved the grab and go breakfast however house keeping did not refill soap, toilet paper or tissues so when we arrived back from a big day at a sporting event we had no soap for showers and couldn’t use the toilet due to no paper source.

the front desk lady is very kind, great customer service ,
but the whole thing is misleading ,
1. it’s a Motel not a hotel , this should be advertised

2. the breakfast is a pre packaged box, there is no reaturant it was closed years ago

3. you can’t really turn up the AC as it starts leaking , the room wasn’t cool enough

Excellent place to stay for an early morning flight from Brissy airport. Very clean and comfy room, with an exceptionally clean and spacious bathroom. Great value, close to shops and simply a welcoming place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

Well, take no notice of the Website, its not a Hotel, the pictures are outdated, no restaurant, pool not as per Website, boxed breakfast supplied ( small cereal, fruit drink, milk & a mini muesli bar) no toaster or microwave in the rooms.
Rooms were a good size, comfortable, but only a motel !!!! not a Hotel in any way shape or form.

We arrived around 6pm so was expecting to use the pin code to obtain room keys, i was greeted by a lovely lady who also helped me with a foot injury, she was also very kind to give us ideas for locations for dinner. We stayed here as it was next door to a course i was attending the next day. The rooms are little outdated but they are clean, they also supply a a very basic cereal, milk, carton of juice and mini musli bar - it was cute, gets you through until you can obtain something more

This is a lovely hotel/motel. Room was spotless and made up for all 3 of us with enough towels/cups etc. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pefect. Nice pool for a quick dip. Next to a shopping centre so places to eat with nice pub/restaurant next door as well as fast food. All the rooms have there own parking spot outside. Would definitely recommend.

The whole grounds were neat, tidy and well kept. The room was very tidy and clean, I really enjoyed the fact the room had a bath. There was ample coffee and tea options which was appreciated. I had a full nights sleep with no interruptions so a very quiet place also. I will also note that the lady on reception was absoutley lovely and I will definetly be back again.

Where do I start, this place is outstanding in every way! The people who own and operate this establishment should be running courses for everyone else on how to run a motel/hotel. Exceptionally clean, quiet, and had a warmth to it that is hard to explain. Perhaps the high quality, but not generic furnishings. The continental breakfast in the room is basic, BUT treat it as a bonus, because the place is outstanding without a breakfast. This would rate as my top 10 of places to stay. And perhaps especially appreciated because on the other end of the scale we had a truly terrible experience at Tweed Heads central motel the night before. Keep up the amazing service and quality!

I thought it was a franchise of Shangri-la, but it wasn't.
The quality of breakfast included wasn't mentioned before I made the booking. I found out about it after the booking that it will be just a boxed breakfast. It was really disappointing,
The room was booked for three adults. The third bed was not appropriate for an adult.
The money we paid was not worth for what we received.

Basically, we were charged $100 fee for being smokers. Such blatant trickery ànd robbery going on at this joint. We did NOT smoke in the rooms, but apparently binning our butts was a mistake- as they're using that as \"evidence\" of the illicit smoking. What a joke. I've never had such awful service; and the blatantly disgusting rudeness in dealing with the staff was appalling . Do NOT stay with these money-grubbing animals... There are plenty of places within the Bayside that you can stay at, that are much nicer, beaches closer, and that have polite staff. These other locations also have the benefit of not costing you another night's fee simply because they saw an opportunity. Crooks.

We have stayed here before and we will keep coming back. A good size room with a couch as well as a comfortable king size bed. Plenty of hot water. No road noise and handy to shops and pub and clubs for meals. The only issue was no numbering on car park and had to park in different spots all the time.

It wasnt what i was expecting by the pictures on the website, there was mold in the bathroom and the shower leaked out onto the floor which made it unsafe. The restaurant wasnt open for the continental breakfast which was supposed to be included in the price all that was given was a small box that had an extremely small amount of Cereal, a small fruit drink not actual juice and a small, half size Carmen's muesli bar. Very disappointing
