My wife and I stayed there as it was close to an event we attended. If it wasn’t so late we would have not stayed and driven home.

Door needed renovation in the bathroom and shower cubicle walls needed either new grouting or it was mould. Not sure. We chose to stay here as it is close to family. The room is very spacious. It is so large that more could be done with it, such as adding a kitchenette, an extra bed, or a lounge. The bathroom was also large, but more attention needs to be paid to maintenance - mould was present in the tiles, fixtures, and the toilet seat was loose.

Our room was clean and comfortable. However the garden outside the garden rooms could benefit from some attention as it was very overgrown and just a weed bed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Because of the isolation we found that taxis took a long time to come, over 20mins. Better results with uber. Food was good and reasonably priced.

We stayed in a garden view room, although the room was quite large and had modern styling, aspects of the room required attention.
We had arrived early as we were attending a function and was not able to get an early check in as the room was not ready.
Upon first entry the room was impressive, but went downhill.
The wall had a large crack in the plaster, from the ceiling to floor. The bedhead had a missing panel, the bed runners on the bed were dirty with food stains/scraps, the exhaust fan in bathroom was dirty and dusty. Tea cups were dirty and sticky, the kettle still had water in in.The shower rose was hanging down and couldn't be tightened to stay upright, Hubby did a quick fix with cable ties.The room had no instructions on how to ring concierge, so we rang from our mobile. Although someone was sent within 10 mins to fix with some gaffer tape, hubby had already come to the rescue. The shower has no door and became excessively wet with no mop to clean up, towels and bath mat had to be used. This can be hazardous.
