The warm greeting at reception was very welcome after a long day. My questions about dinner options were happily answered with local knowledge and directions. The next morning was a smile and wave as I dropped my key off and was on my way.

It’s unlikely I’ll be in this area again - if I am, I’ll be happy to stay again.

I did not stay here, but still charged me. I waited for a response to where I can pick the keys up but never got back to me. I even waited at the entrance (office) they were closed and couldn’t reach them, so gad to book another accommodation. Please refund my money asap

paid for a standard rm & when we got there we asked to be upgraded as we ended up taking 2 kids with us. The lady said was gonna cost me over 200 for the room. I looked on here to see what the prices were onliine and she quickly told me they didnt have a bigger room which is why it would cost me over 200. Then when i told her i wasnt paying thst amount she then said..oh actually we do have another room it will cost you an extra 50. For the 2 kids. Room has an extra fold out couch. Then she told me i had to pay 150 aswell on top for bond. And it had to be taken out of my card straight away. She actually took the 150 out then and there. Room seemed ok at first. It was room one. Right next to the office and pool. The kids went swimming straight away and kept coming and complaining that they saw someone swimming in the pool infront of them. No one was in there. Then later on my daughter told me someone was touching her shoulder on the couch and she didnt like the place. While i was in the bathroom i heard weird noises and thought it was strange.3am while having some quiet drinks kids asleep in the main bed...my boyfriend took the painting off the wall to see who the artist was and onback of it staring at me someone had written 3 people died in this room. It freaked me out so bad i was paralised. We got the kids up straight away packed up our stuff and got out of there. Next day was charged the 150 bond for apparently smoking which wasnt true. Haunted and a ripoff!! Dont go here.

Last minute booking and was soooo happy we stayed there it has EVERYTHING needed from the comfortable bedding lounge private balcony tv with netflix and youtube kids for my 4 yr old...super clean the service from staff was outstanding i wish we could of stayed longer but will definitly be regulars

The motor inn was very clean, my toddler could play on the floor in the room without me feeling any need to stop her. Despite the highway nearby it was quiet with windows closed. Free parking was good. If you have a loaded trailer, the carpark doesn't let you drive around, so get used to reversing. Yes I would stay there again if visiting South Brisbane. Excellent place.

Property manager presented terrible service. Payed for the reservation and then the manager cancelled our booking and took it in his own hands to ring myself, had to get a refund from wotif. All on the day of checkin and had to then wait 7 days for the money to clear. Not happy

Good value motel with pool.

Lovely room, plenty of room and equipment. Large Fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, iron small balcony overlooking small pool. tv went on the blink and as all rooms we’re full they couldn’t change it that evening. Not too far from hypermall which is huge and you can get buses into Brisbane easily, free parking. No lift to upstairs apartments so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this great little hotel. Located right alongside the motorway we obviously expected there to be a lot of traffic noise but even on a long weekend in room 15 we were not disturbed by it. The rooms are way larger than I expected and well set out with a full size fridge and microwave as a bonus - Thebes was super comfortable and the bathroom well set out and decent amenities provided. Staff on reception at checkin and put were super happy and friendly so overall we were very happy with our late choice booking and would stay again if in the area

It was a work trip and the location was excellent and easy to find
Reception was easy and efficient and there was safe outside parking for my oversize vehicle
Room (10)was large and had everything I needed - full size fridge microwave and a verandah comfortable bed and a lounge - although the lounge isn’t in front of the TV.
The shower was hot
I wasn’t affected by the highway noise and the little sweet/cakes on the bed were a nice touch
I will definitely stay there again

Close to the rugby club for a two day state competition. Motel staff was super friendly and the rooms were especially clean and fresh which contained all the kitchen essentials. As the motel was located near the Highway expect to hear the traffic was it's only down fall.
