The staff member was efficient and very courteous and the room was ok.
There was nowhere to hang clothing and there needs be a hand towel in the bathroom.

Look 1 star for the staff member who was lovely
1 star for the AC, and the bed was good.
Everything else…
Well, I didn’t even know there was a pool until I came back here to review it!
The room was VERY questionable. The stove was right out of the 1990s, same with the range hood falling off.
The carpet was ‘new’ but a renovators delight, wasn’t tacked in, could not use the ‘balcony’ door was jammed shut. There was mould throughout the bathroom. If it wasn’t Christmas Eve we would have cancelled and gone else where.

This is a good property to stay at. Lovely view of the city at night. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Some improvements would be to have a bigger TV and make sure they put towels in the room. Staff were very helpful. Price a little high.

We booked the apartment for 5 people but only received 2 towels. There were not enough blankets for every bed so i slept badly, as i was cold. The kettle didn't work reliably and the kitchen foor was sticky.

Unsafe and filthy. I do not recommend this accomodation. Faulty exposed wiring, bathroom vanity base and interior full of mould and broken, DIY silicone to try to fix issues, cracked tiles are an injury hazard, the blinds fell off the wall, entry door damaged. DIY tiling, rotten filthy/mouldy window frames. Too much to list.

The property was priced well for what I needed BUT that said I was blown away by the state of this property. My room appeared to have had new flooring which was a bonus but that’s where the positives stopped. The bathroom vanity is in disrepair and the shower curtain had a distinct smell of mould or mildew. Additionally, the wardrobe in the room is also old with doors difficult to close. The main door has a very basic lock only. Most concerning is that I decided to use the blanket during the night and upon reaching into the wardrobe to get it, I was met with a crusty, grubby feeling, very obviously ancient blanket. Safe to say I did not use it!!
The location of this property is great but I would never recommend it.

Terrible. It was tidy but dirty; it needed a good bond clean.
A lot of the rooms had long-term residents with the rental crisis. We sat on the couch and we sunk to the floor. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets looked white.

Most of the beds were reasonably clean. Dishes were provided, but no dish cloth or tea towel, hence the dishes weren't clean. We asked for tea towels but there didn't seem to be any. The family room had carpet and furniture that needed to be replaced, both very dirty.
The bathroom needed to be renovated. The whole building needed a thorough cleaning and a lot of maintenance. We were very disappointed as we had stayed there before and it was great. The location was good.

Room smelt damp, front door didn’t seal properly, smoke alarm had no battery, broken tiles in the bathroom, kitchen cupboard doors were broken. Stairs are unsafe up to top floor and the hand rail is flimsy and not regulation height. Only good things were the Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good and the air conditioning worked well. I would not stay here again.

So dirty, the bathroom was unusable due to smell and unsanitary surfaces. The room stunk and the staff at reception desk didn’t give my license back and tried to pretend it wasn’t still in the printer.

We chose this motel as it looked clean and tidy and had what we needed for a one night stay. On arrival it was disappointing. The first impression was that it had not been cleaned on the outside for a long time. We paid a high price and did not get the quality we expected. This place needs to be refurbished. Parking was difficult and the spaces for rooms were not allocated. We had to park. in the motel exit as this was our only option.

Reception area was very untidy, not that, that mattered.

Not a very good odour, when we first walked into our room. Very thin curtains, with outside lights running all night.

No water pressure in the showers.

Close to the main road & every car that drove past was heard.

You get what you pay for here, but we definitely still paid too much.

Can’t really complain. The room had a microwave, fridge, bowls, plates & cutlery. The bed was fairy comfy, Netflix on the tv etc. The hot water ran out a couple of times but overall it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Staff seemed quite friendly too.

Mold on shower curtain and all through bathroom. Only half a toilet roll on arrival and Mold covered rotten replacement in vanity.
No blankets, just sheets on bed.
Cupboard with plates etc smelt disgusting.
The whole room smelt disgusting! Damp moldy smell. Asked for another room. Only had family room available and wanted more money.
Was scared to stay there. Only did as arrived about 7.30pm. Person at reception rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t wait to leave

The staff were really friendly. Big plus. Beds were comfortable and good linen. The motel is very run down though which is sad as it’s a great location. Aircons are really dirty and the room had an unpleasant odor. Overall rooms really shabby. If it was renovated I’d likely be back but in its current state unlikely.

The unique thing about this property is the amount of mould. Bathroom was riddled with mould so much so that was all you could smeel in the whole room. Also the fact that the shower head was duct tapped onto the wall as the bracket had rusted off due to lack of maintenence. Extremely average place to stay.

What I did not like was the area adjacent to reception.
A table full of dirty dishes & an apparent area for homeless to sleep. (No issue with that) Area not tidied next day on checkout.
Room very clean & suitable.
Interesting tennants of facility.
Police arrest outside my room of a person Thur pm a bit scary.
If the facility is providing rooms for homeless good on you.

This has to be one of the worst nights I have ever had at any accomodation.

Was kept awake by a psychotic man slamming doors, threatening to kill people and yelling abuse for hours.

The owner of the establishment didn’t do anything about it and the premises felt very unsafe.

We were quite disappointed in our stay. There was a power point just hanging off the wall, along with the smoke detector. There was only a sheet to cover us on the bed, no blanket or doona. There was an exposed screw in the shower. The shower curtain was dirty on the inside. We assume the toilet had recently been replaced, there was silicone around the base of the toilet that hadn't been wiped off or cleaned. The lounge couldn't even be sat on without literally going through the base of the lounge and endind up nearly sitting on the floor. There were crumbs in and on the toaster that was in the cupboard. We would have complained directly in the morning, but reception didn't open until 10am and we were gone as soon as we woke up.

Very disappointing for the cost of the accommodation. Very clean. 2 spiders had to be removed during our short stay. Bathroom was in urgent need of upgrading. I was unable to use the hair dryer as part was missing and appeared a safety risk. Smoking was encouraged by the ash trays on each table outside the rooms on the balcony. The mountain view was only visible if the door was left open.

What is unique is having to do your own plugs to make the Tv work, the cord that is dangling out of the wall doesn’t work so we had to connect it to the cracked power point - which actually did work. Local stations only, no subscription tv - not that worried us, but it might others the same as Wifi. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot cause the air con smelled and there was mould growing - we didn’t leave it on after that experience. There is no milk for the complimentary coffee. However, the beds were comfortable and the towel was nice and thick. It was a cheap price but I did expect clean, neat and a safe room, just perhaps old.

It was clean and the queen bed was so comfortable. Really suited our needs as bus transport stop right out front of the hotel. Really enjoyed the cooked breakfast as well and parking was easy in the hotel carpark.
