Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The building was a bit dated, the rooms had some ware and tear but it was a good clean room and the street was nice, a bit noisy if you had your windows open. Great location, close to the train and tourists spots but didn't feel too touristy.
Breakfast was great, nothing special but good.
We got a free welcome drink at the rooftop before which was great.
Staff was wonderful.

I have many great things to say about this hotel. The front staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well kept, the breakfast buffet had a wide sample of foods.
The the location was excellent. Within a couple of blocks of the train station.

Staff very friendly. Room was cleaned daily. Very impressed with the whole set up. Location is awesome and you are right next to the main train station in Rome. I would definitely stay here again. When arriving we were given 10% off to eat in their restaurant ( Food was fabulous!!!!) and we had two free drinks the first night. Awesome hotel!

The breakfast offerings were great. Both hot and cold dishes, meats, fruit, assortment of pasteries. Something for everone. The hotel is very close to the train station for thise who are traveling. Quiet hotel and pleasant neighborhood. Families, tourists, small shops. Felt safe. Room decor is a bit dated and tired, but you're not in your room much! Large bathroom. One sink. Shower/bathtub combination which can be a bit tricky for someone with mobility issues. Heated bathroom floor! The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Offered us cold bottled water when we arrived to stow our luggage as it was far too early to check in. Great location for us and walkable to where we needed to go. Loved the patio option for morning coffee after breakfast and evenings before bed. The room was fine. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and reasonably comfortable.

We arrived early and the hotel happily stored our bags until our room was ready. Upon check-in you are given a complimentary coupon for a glass of wine on the rooftop patio. The area is right by the termini station which was very convenient and still 1/2 hour walking distance to many sights. We did have issues with trying to get the a/c to work, change the language of the tv to English and enjoy a good shower, water pressure not very good. Upon check out had planned to express these problems, but was basically brushed away by the woman at the front desk. Yes, we probably should have informed the front desk of these little pr

Cockroaches !!

The hotel is very conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk from Termini station, and close to the main sites of interest. The property condition is excellent, the staff is great. Breakfast is delicious and very complete. They have a restaurant if you prefer to have dinner there. There are also plenty of restaurants around. Overall a great value for money.

We were in the hotel in two different occasions on the same trip. The first room assigned was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The second room although had a better distribution than the first, did not have a fixed shower head, but one with a hose which was not easy to adjust, also water spilled into the floor as the shower glass was not properly sealed.
Except for this inconvenient the hotel was perfect. 100% recommended. We would definitely go back there again.

Desk staff was helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar tender lacked customer service training. He stated no service at bar only from seating. We were first customers a few minutes pass 16:00. We took a seat. Ten minutes later another couple arrived. At twenty minutes, we left to go to restaurant next door with immediate service.

Nice and modern but they were having trouble with air conditioning in several rooms. 100f outside. Air worked in our room but fan speed stuck on low so we had to wait for about an hour for the room to cool to a comfortable 75f. Beware pic pockets do work around the train stn near this location.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the Roma Termini which was very convenience. The mattress was firm which I prefer. The wife and I slept so well that we missed the free breakfast in the morning, so I cannot comment on the food. The AC worked well enough. The room itself was quite small and has shown its age, but perfectly fine for shorter one or two night stay.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Rome Termini railway station which was perfect for our purpose. The neighbourhood offered a number of grocery store options which was exactly what we needed. The one issue we had was that our voltage adapter didn't work in the room outlets. Fortunately, the front desk staff was able to find one that worked for us which was much appreciated.

When we first checked in, they put us on the 2nd floor facing the streets. I don't have a problem with facing the street, but the noise was unbearable even at 2 AM in the morning. We made a noise complaint and it seemed as if they had gotten this complaint before because they bery quickly moved us to the 6th floor. why even bother putting us there in the first place? They transferred us to the sixth floor and the rooms were completely different.The 6th floor rooms completely renovated brand new.The only problem was the shower drain was not working properly, so water was seeping onto the floor.

It is a cute hotel, it has its charm, the staff is helpful and the location is great (specially if you travel by train) However, it is not a 4 star hotel, it is very outdated, the AC did not work good, the shower head did not function as well, the hairdryer really hard to use and works when it wants, also very dusty. The property is very old. The air conditioning is not working properly and they have a weird rule, they turn off the air conditioning in the entire building between 8am to 11am. The first day I arrived I ask/requested room change. They did change my room to a different one because of the AC problems, the shower di not function correctly and the curtain was felt off. So, exactly what was going on but please do not stay in this hotels if you want to have a good experience. The location is ok. The hotel is about 8 mins walking distance to the main train station (Rome Céntrale). If you go with kids please think twice because of the AC.

This was an absolute disappointment of a hotel. The price and star rating was not indicative of the true quality of the room.
Our room (402) was described as a double, but was really two single beds with no blankets (single sheet). The room had an overpowering aroma of mildew and sewer. The hallways were dirty and there was dust everywhere. Upon arrival, we tried to book a reservation for the roof top hotel through reception for the only evening we were there. Initially, the staff said yes there was room and booked us. While in the room 20 min later they called up to cancel the reservation with no reason and made no effort to find a solution. The breakfast included was mediocre at best with limited seating and poor organization making it hard to navigate through all the other guests.

The only redeeming aspect of this property is the location and proximity to the train station. But I would recommend trying any of the other hotels on the same block.

* note for reference, this was our second hotel in Rome during the same trip and we received a much better experience for half the price (near via Giulia)

The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect — within walking distance of many historical sites. However, the area was quite noisy, even at night. Additionally, there was only one elevator for a seven-story building, which often meant either waiting up to 10 minutes or using the stairs.

In terms of facility, our room was not an updated room. We had a damp smell in the rooms unless windows were open. PowerPoints in bedroom also didn’t work with adapter.

Overall, if we had been given the room in the pictures that is updated it would have been fine. Our room had the dated green tiles.

Breakfast was nice. We stayed on sixth floor and were right under where you have breakfast. Could hear chairs dragging from 6.30am so couldn’t sleep after this.

This was our last stop on our Italy trip and it was awful. The room we were given had faced an alley with a rock hard bed and the air conditioning was not working we were forced to have the window open and there was garbage collection until after 1:30 am and noise constantly through the night with cars and people. I cannot even begin to describe how loud the garbage collection was with smashing glass and bins. I messaged both the property and Expedia during the middle of the night. No response from the hotel until we confronted them at checkout that we had minimum sleep due to the noise. They said they has zero control over the garbage collection and noise and was not their issue. A simple solution for them would be to allow the rooms that face the alley to have air conditioning especially in spring days when it is warm and you have to have some circulation. To top off this horrible night we went up for breakfast at the roof top and it was extremely crowded with only 2 tables available. We were told to sit at a table that was impossible for me to fit (6’4”) and asked to bring a chair to another available table that was accessible but missing a chair and the host rolled her eyes and huffed (not kidding) we just walked out. Besides being close to the train station there is nothing that should make you book this hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area to book. I can’t even begin to figure out how anyone is giving this hotel more than 3 stars, eve with a good stay.

Had a nice stay when in Rome. Location is excellent, able to easily walk to all major sites and plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Train/bus station is a short walk away. Hotel is an older one, but had charm, room was plenty big with fridge and TV. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooftop restaurant had a lovely view of Rome.
