building was extremely noisy, both during the day (loud maintenance work all week long, not advised of this until after arriving on the property and even then, only via a sign on a door) and at night (people running up and down corridors, playing loud music/banging doors very late at night on weeknights). external security doors were left propped open, including at night. reception was often unavailable, even during listed opening hours. I chose this property specifically for the bathtub in the bathroom, but the taps had such terrible water pressure that the bath (which was not big) regularly took 20+ minutes to fill, by which time the water would already have cooled. location was okay, but there's better in south brisbane. definitely won't be staying here again.

We checked in to a smelly unclean room at 7pm.at 930pm i was pulling the filters out of the aircondy and washing them.room smelled of drainage ,there was a huge lip at bathroom door.moved rooms the next morning but drainage smell still bad.will not return

There are no staff on-site when reception is unstaffed, an we got locked outside, in the heat, on our balcony for an hour. Fortunately a neighbour helped us, but this was not the first time this neighbour has helped. Apparently there is a problem with the door and no one has fixed it.

Good to have the option of controlling the air con so it could be on or off, and a good but very little balcony to sit at. No equipment for cooking anything in the microwave except the coffee mugs or bowls, but otherwise all good with easy check in and check out. Easy to walk to South bank too, but a bit of a walk to public transport if it was raining.

The water was not very hot as in didnt need cold water at all was room temp so couldn’t have hot shower. Had them come look but they said was fine of course. The toilet was hanging off wall. Always a good place to stay. Always clean, bed very comfortable, easy access internet. My only real criticism is that I’m 5’2” and the dryer (in my apartment ) was about 5’1” above the washer which means I’d have to use a step ladder (of a chair which is not safe) to access the inside of the dryer. There was also flaking paint in the bathroom which is an easy fix.
The apartment complex is within easy walking distance to train stations, South Bank, restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, Brisbane river ferries and the city centre is also within walking distance. This was my third stay and I’ll return again.

We were put in a room that was below the road level. From the external glass door we were exposed to the street foot and car trafic and from the upper offices across the road. We had to keep the external door locked and the curtain drawn. We constantly heard street noise and people coming and going through the entrance.

The bathroom exhaust fan did not extract the steam even with the door slightly open.
The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. When I opened the cupboard the ironing board fell out and hit me.

Particularly good for the Convention Centre
This was very functional. Just up the road from the Convention centre (which was the reason I was in Brisbane) so worked very well from that point of view. Unit was fine - small courtyard & the only 'downside' was that the fridge was either too warm or too cold. Apart from that, everything went well.

Once we got in, we didn't receive the email with code to access our swipe card after hours, we found ourselves in a spacious and reasonably comfortable apartment. Nearby is wonderful eating options and supermarkets. Public transport was in easy walking distance. Southbank and all the art galleries and theaters, and other touristy things.

Just six minutes' walk from the Brisbane Convention Centre, which was ideal for us. The room was equipped with a kettle and a microwave, on the ground floor, and with a balcony overlooking the common area where there were tables and chairs. There was plenty of room and the bed was very comfortable.

But there were several issues: my room was right next to one of the building entrances, so all I heard for hours was slamming doors. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom which others have mentioned. Finally, it was very awkward leaving in the morning - you need the swipe card to exit the carpark, but have to drop it in the return box and run back to your car before the gate closes. Too bad if you get locked in without your pass! Instead I parked around the corner, re-entered the building and dropped the pass off - way too risky & this needs to change. But I would consider staying here again.

The room was run down; walls were patchy different shades of paint. The pullout bed/sofa was broken, the end of it was on an angle, ready to collapse. The pull out bed/trundle was not locked into the sofa due to it being broken. The table was cheap and nasty, the legs were very flimsy as were the seats. The TV's were old fashion TV's, not smart TV's therefore no chance of watching Netflix, Kayo or anything like that in the evening. Spoke to the Manager and he said email the company. Location was great, they just need to better present the place, update the furniture and TV's and paint the rooms properly.

I also had placed some personal items into one of the bins in the bathroom - unaware that the staff would enter and bin them .After contacting assistance firther for this outside hours, I was sent a text telling me to 'Dumpster dive' in the communal bin to retrieve my items!! I should be invoicing you for the loss of the items.
