Old school charm. Easy walk to the river loop, cafe and restaurants nearby. A short walk or scooter ride into the city, but just far enough outside the hustle and bustle. Great value.

The Cosmo Apartments were clean and of a reasonable size and the staff were super friendly and very helpful.
The apartments are also very convenient to the river ferries.

I have stayed here many times. The staff are always friendly and courteous every time. On this visit, reception staff were very understanding about my personal circumstances which may have affected my booking and were very accommodating. Fortunately, everything turned out okay and I was able to enjoy my stay.
Cosmo appartments guests are well positioned with public transport options only a short walk away.
My only disappointment in this visit was that the nearby The Coffee Club had closed and was being replaced by a Mexican restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace were lovely, and the views from both bedrooms were stunning. Everything worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable.

The area is peaceful and charming, with very friendly people. The staff were kind and helpful, and having a reserved parking space was very convenient.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The hotel was very conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood within an easy walk to Suncorp Stadium with a range of restaurants along the way. We really liked this apart hotel. A very comfortable stay with a large room with the bedroom separated out and a balcony.

The bed was very comfortable with plenty of storage room for a 6 night stay.

A lot of reviewers marked the hotel down as it was a little dated. It’s true if the bathroom, but everything worked well and the room came with a washer and drier which was great as we are on a long trip

All that was needed was provided. Good space and in room facilities excellent . Timely reply from staff when queries raised. Bathroom could do with refurbish, with walk in shower. otherwise is excellent. Location on river for public transport excellent several restaurants and shops in walking distance.

We stayed in a ground floor unit that felt like it was underground as the balcony was surrounded by a roof height retaining wall. Mobile phone reception was very compromised due to extensive concrete surrounds. Unit was functional however the air conditioning was an old system (not an inverter) so cut in and out all night. Most likely wouldn’t return primarily because of air conditioning.

Yes the kitchen was awesome, washing and dryer were very handy, the view from the balcony was awesome. The only down fall we had was our room got service on our second stay to which we did not get the towel, face cloth, or bath mat replaced but other than that enjoyed our stay, thankyou to the staff .

Our apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was noisy though as we faced the road. We did have a view of the mountains and partial view from the balcony of the Brisbane River. As we were relying on public transport it was an ideal location, so close to the railway line and the Cats on the Brisbane River.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom spacious and balcony. Right by the river and boats into the city. Shops around. Gym very basic so dont count on it. Sauna a good extra. Easy to geab teas, towels and toiletries from front desk help yourself station. Manager didnt seem that friendly rest of the staff very nice. I asked about coffwe shops and she said long weekend everything closed and all the shops were open didn't seem to provide customer care you would expect from a concierge. Aside from that rooms clean every 3 days although they do start late. However location, size and facilities of kitchen in room really handybif staying a while and need a furnished apartment with cheap secure parking.

Great stay! Csme to see Brisbane and the Ferry right across the road and train/bus stop also so very close! Bonus of 50 cent travel cost per ride makes the location amazing and so affordable! Roon was tidy, beds very comfortable, bath! Extra supplies so easily accessable via reception. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great stay, good spacious room, kitchen has everything i needed. Decent size and lovely balcony to get afternoon sun and morning breakfast. Great to have ability to help myself to laundry detergent, and cleaning utensils etc. Handy washing machine and dryer. Would say however the cleaners dont clean till late. Often after lunch and id go out for my morning only to find cleaner wanting access after 12. Also cleaning every 3 days would be good if sheets changed every 2 days. Daily checks for towels and toiletries but can also help myself at reception. Great spot right on top of the river. Would def stay again. Parking also great value.

Cosmos apartments are in a great location as they are 5 minutes from the railway station, which can take you to the city or anywhere else you want to go. The apartments have most things you need and it was a pleasant stay with helpful staff. Parking on site is also a bonus with a small charge but worthwhile. Try it and see.

Milton Accommodation.

Enjoyed a 3 night stop at Cosmo on the way back from Birdsville races. Convenient to Ferry and train station a short walk. 20 min walk to Caxton Hotel and Suncorp Stadium. Good accommodation and well run hotel.

Good place to stay in Brisbane

This was a good place to stop off for the night in Brisbane. It is ideally situated to be able to hop on the ferry up and down the river and to catch the train around the city and out to the airport too. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality too

I really enjoy staying at The Cosmo Apartments, as everyone there is very friendly and helpful and you have all the great facilities in your apartment that you need to prepare your meals etc. Also, you can just easily hop on the train to the Shopping Centre in Toowong, where you’ll find all the usual shops. If you don’t have too much luggage, you can cheaply ride the Airtrain backwards and forwards to the airport without using a Taxi/Uber as well. There is also a fabulously brilliant market In Milton on Sundays, which is only a 10 min walk down the road on Railway Terrace; the road on the right where Milton Station is situated. Or walk 2 mins down to the river and take a trip on the Fast City Cat. All in all, a wonderful area to stay which I’ll keep

Originally booked to stay here for 4 nights but left after the first. Unfortunately the accommodation didn’t meet our expectations. We were designated a room at the back on the first floor. It felt dark and not welcoming at all. The balcony overlooked the back of buildings with no view whatsoever. The receptionist was able to offer us an alternative room from the second night but we decided not to take up the offer.
As this was our last few days in Australia before heading home, we decided to move to an alternative hotel near to the botanical gardens.

The location is brilliant, very central with the City Cat ferry terminal just across the road.
Had requested a riverside unit on the upper floors if possible and were very happy to receive same. Great views, a bit noisy at night with traffic and sirens etc.
Suite was roomy with pretty much all you needed for an 8 night stay. Washing machine, dryer, iron, 2 tvs.
Information had stated did not do daily servicing but was done anyway, thank you!
Only complaint was the room smelt very musty- went out and bought some air freshener

The cosmos is unique and charmed hotel. Open entry I was ment with low key luxury feel and a sense of cleanliness. The rooms a nice but starting to show their age and don’t really match the same vibe as the lobby. My overall stay was nice and the building was nice and quiet. The cosmos is located conveniently close to bus, city cat, and train stations offering much needed flexibility. Its location is walking distance from. Convinces stores and taste restaurants.

It was a nice apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. It had a big enough kitchen with everything needed except the toaster was left on a high shelf, tipped over and crumbs had fallen out all over the bench and an empty wine bottle was found hidden in a corner kitchen cupboard. The cleaners should’ve attended to this before we arrived because as a Coeliac who can’t go near gluten crumbs this is unacceptable. The bathroom tile grout needed a decent bleaching as not clean and the bed was too hard for me. The TV remove had only one battery and so we couldn’t use the TV for the first night because reception was closed by the time we realised. A dining table to eat at inside would have been useful as there was only a coffee table and two bulky chairs to sit at or else the kitchen counter with high stools, not comfortable or eat at the outside balcony table.
The apartment hotel was in a good position opposite the river and in close walking distance to cafes and restaurants which was very handy. I was able to get takeaway pizza that was gluten free and dairy free which is rare for me plus eat at a lovely Thai restaurant that did not contaminate me so perfect for people with food allergies.
I would stay here again if they updated the apartments, thoroughly cleaned them, checked for missing batteries and rubbish and mess left by previous guests as it’s in a prime location.

Staff in reception were very friendly and everything went smoothly. Additional $10 for self-parking underground was better than other properties charging $30-50, but more than those who offer it for free. View from the unit's balcony was superb. Although a compact unit, it was very comfortable and offered everything that a longer term stay could have required, e.g. laundry space. I enjoyed my overnight stay, proximity to dining, rail, river, and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

The apartment is within a multi story building and had laundry in the bathroom which was super helpful. We had a nice balcony and although the room was a bit tired looking it met our needs. The location is great for catching the ferry (city cat) just at end of the road. You can tap on and off with your bank card.

We stayed there for a week in January and absolutely loved it. The front desk reception allowed us to check in early (we arrived just after 12pm from New Zealand so we’d been up quite early). The room was nice and clean, had all the facilities we needed. There are lots of yummy restaurants close by, and the public bus stops are just down the road. We really enjoyed the river walk as well. It’s close enough to South Bank yet its price is a very reasonable. Overall it’s been a very enjoyable experience. Thanks so much!
