The rooms are in need of a massive refresh. Dirty, worn, tired. I have stayed here at least once a year for about 10 years because of the great location for events and shopping. It has lost its shine inside. Also had to argue for free parking (first time ever) despite saying free parking on their listing. We had five rooms total and one was okay. One had not been cleaned at all. I will be looking at other places in the future.

Room was on Level 9 and had a nice view towards city, construction site opposite at ground level. Some constriction noise. Room is in need of maintenance (water danaged walls and skirting boards in bathroom, entry door chipped along bottom, paint chips elsewhere in room). Both batheoom and kitchen need a deep clean. Bed very comfortable. Morning sun very hot on bedroom windows and air-con definitely needed.

Only negative was the elevators. At one point of time two of three elevators were out of service and taking the elevator could take like 10 minutes because you had to wait so long....

A couple of things that made my stay quite uncomfortable. It would have been most appropriate to warn me of the very loud noisy and disturbing construction going on right beside my balcony and bedroom window. I have stayed places where they are considerate and do warn you of noise or construction so you are prepared. The huge pillows made for little sleep, and while sounding perhaps petty, it is great to be able to acutually sleep while in your overnight accom. Whoever designed those pillows obviously has never tried to sleep on them. Again, other places have offered a variety of pillows- which is fabulous. I had to put one of the lounge cushions into a pillow case to try to get some shut-eye.

The 2 bed 2 bath apartment I booked for 4 adults was small, with only a 2 seater lounge and a too large 4 seat dining table wedged into the living room. Also only had a 2 seat outdoor setting. I enquired at reception if there was the possibility of a larger apartment. Reception offered me another apartment that was bigger, had a full sized lounge and 4 seater outdoor setting. The TV in this apartment had no \"smart TV\" features, and no Apps, Netflix etc... I asked reception if they could send someone to install the apps. After trying to configure the TV the concierge said she would have to install a new TV. 1 hour later 2 concierges in the appartment installing a new TV out of the box. So great service, but obviously a distraction to our time away.
We were not able to use the pool throughout our 3 night stay as it was a disgusting green sledge that had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. When inquired at reception the excuse was the \"weather\" and the fact that it is the \"holidays\" there was no one around to clean it. Unfortunately very disappointed in our overall stay.

The view from our room was amazing!! Could see the city perfectly! Only thing that needs to have attention to would be the cleanliness. The room was super dusty to the point I cleaned it up, the showers could do with a deep scrub, and the balcony windows could do with a good clean. When we arrived there was vomit on the balcony and the balcony glass. When submitted to manager Andy , he got it sorted, cleaned up and apologised, which was greatly appreciated! Other than that, it was good! COMFORTABLE BEDS! Had the best sleep!

Ivy and Eve Apartments offer reasonably priced accommodation in a great location. Check-in was okay, though not as smooth or straightforward as I would have hoped. The unit itself was large and spacious, but it could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning.

The cleanliness of the elevators and hallways could also be improved, as these areas felt a little overlooked. On the positive side, parking on the property was very easy, which made coming and going convenient.

Overall, despite a few minor issues, I still had a comfortable stay and would stay here again next time.

Staff were very friendly and the apartments are very convenient to Southbank and QPAC. The beds were comfortable and kitchen reasonably well appointed. Unfortunately it is in need of a good deal of maintenance with loose tiles in the shower under foot which made it quite unstable. The air conditioning is very loud.. good if you like white noise to sleep to but otherwise you’ll be awake all night. Apartment was also not the cleanest with exhaust vents full of dirt and dust. Some renovations needed to get up to scratch for the amount you pay.

A clothes moth infestation and dysfunctional customer support meant our stay was very disappointing. We were shocked by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. I have no idea how the hundreds of dead and living moths, including badly eaten carpet and many dead moths on the roll-up blinds and wardrobe, weren't picked up on before our stay.

Whilst we were able to change rooms eventually, we unfortunately had to make several trips to the foyer to remind the receptionists that we were being provided with a new room and no one proactively provided us with support.

Compensation was minimal considering the disruption to our stay and delay in providing adequate customer support.

A frustrating place to stay.

There are two towers in the complex named \"eve\" and \"Ivy\". When looking for a room number one starts with number 1 and the other 2. Not the names they gave them.

The carpark signage and information is terrible, as is access to the building via the carpark as when some muppet parks in the entrance (as we had) the rear of your car is in a flowing traffic lane, therefore annoying the crap out of anyone behind you. There was a petition sign in the lift about the parking (for residents) so were obviously not the first to complain about it.

We also received a phone call from Hotels.com about an hour before our arrival advising we had free parking at the apartment due to our Gold Status. On arrival the staff knew nothing about it and it took 10 minutes with them to sort it out. An annoying start to a weekend away.

This is the second (and last) Cllix apartment we've stayed at in Brisbane in the last year. The saving is not worth the hastle.

The communication prior to our stay and all interactions with staff during was great, they were all lovely!
The property itself was modern and relatively well maintained.
The cleanliness of the room we were in while ok left a bit to be desired. While I understand that housekeeping must be on a strict timeline per room and is only able to do so much in a normal clean, our room really needed a deep clean as there was lots of grime in corners, marks on walls and weird stuff on the roof in the kitchen.
Additionally, there was a very strong musty/wet smell in the room and also in the area where the lifts are outside of the room. That said, the main lobby reception area smelt amazing, they should have whatever that air freshener upstairs!
Also, not the fault of the accommodation, but we were on the back side of the building and there was construction/demolition happening on the building behind and the jackhammers started at 6am and went till 6pm on a Saturday Would have been nicer be to have a note on the listing regarding this as we would not have booked as we were wanting a sleep in.
All in all, would stay again.

This the second time I’ve stayed. Both rooms were worn, tired and not especially clean. Aircon was fully broken the first time and incredibly noisy the second time.

On the first occasion cockroaches poured out of the under sink area in the kitchen, on the second it smelled very bad.

You could say maybe once off was an issue but twice in a row seperate rooms - both bad experiences. Won’t stay here again unless I absolutely have to.

The staff have in both cases been fantastic and very professional and helpful - can’t fault them. It’s just a worn out facility.

This was our second stay at Ivy & Eve, on each occasion we had a great overall experience the staff are exceptional & know how to engage with customers, from Ina at reception & the other reception staff they are most welcoming not to forget Milo the maintenance man who was fantastic. The apartment size & layout were exceptional the facilities in the apartment were excellent not to mention the city view from the balcony, parking at the venue was on pay per night basis but we also had ample spaces for visitors. I would highly recommend Ivy & Eve where you will not regret your stay here.

I had a conference at the Convention Centre and Ivy & Eve was the perfect location, right across the road! The facilities were great, a great apartment for everything I needed. The 1 bedroom apartment was more than comfortable for 2 people. Very reasonable price. Added bonus it was right next to Fish Lane! So many options for a feed. I had a wonderful riverview apartment and it was in such a good location for morning or evening walks along the river. The complex also had a secure carpark which was handy. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing stay. This is our second time staying at the Ivy & Eve, as we enjoyed our first stay. Unfortunately, this did not live up to expectations. Our first hurdle was the room was not what I had booked - smaller and a double bed not king. I had requested early check-in as a Platinum Expedia Member in advance, which I understand is subject to availability. Upon arriving at reception, my request was immediately dismissed and my free upgrade denied. I understand it was a busy weekend in Brisbane, however the communication lacked. We were told a message would be sent when the room was ready, which never arrived. After check-in and receiving the incorrect room, we were told that all rooms were at capacity for the night. I agreed that if we can be upgraded to a better room the following day, we will accept this room for the night. We were informed I would receive messages of the updated booking, and we could check in from 10-11am the next day. I did not receive any messages, and we again had to wait to rebook the room which wasted our time. This was not sorted the previous day as promised. The new room was as expected, the layout and bed size I had booked. Not an upgrade. This was a messy start to our trip - in addition to this the room was filthy in every area. The sofa was horrifically stained, skirting boards and floors covered in dust and dirt. The area is amazing near South Bank - however book elsewhere. The cost of the hotel does not justify what you get.

Have stayed at Ivy and Eve before not long after it opened. Some wear and tear which is expected. Could be a little cleaner (dust in tracks of wardrobe and under glass of bedside tables), however overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again. Very helpful staff.

Very central location, excellent facilities, clean and comfortable beds. Parking was a nightmare with no instructions given to access the parking garage. I ended up ringing after great difficulty finding a number. Was told to park in the loading zone with hazard lights then come into the building to check in. Loading zone was full resulting in a stressful and chaotic rush hour round the block multiple attempts. A simple answer would be to provide a check in area and an information sheet with booking information. Or a pin code to park prior to check in. The stress of getting there really ruined our experience unfortunately.
