Finding reception/check in was difficult, but once we were in:
The room was beautiful, lovely view, well equipped and styled nicely.
Comfy bed.
Great location for exploring Brisbane, walking distance to everything.
Great value.
The website stated the pool was closed however it wasn’t and the spa, pool, sauna and gym area were amazing.
The lifts were very slow, we actually ended up stuck on the pool level for 30 mins once waiting for a lift due to the lift issues - but wouldn’t deter us from staying again - just allow yourself plenty of time.

After an initial blip with an unasked for (and unwanted) upgrade to a 2 bdr apartment on the 30th floor, the reception team reaccommodated me to a more suitable apartment after I asked them to. Super friendly and helpful front desk team made this stay worthwhile. Perfect location - the arts precinct, ferry terminals, train to airport, city, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Swimming pool was fab for morning laps. Kitchen and laundry in the apartment bery convenient.

Loved the apartment, spotlessly clean, great decor and nice views. Enjoyed the pool too, and reception staff were professional and nice.
Negatives: Bed was two singles together, some noise from train line, surprised to come back to a cleaned room 5 nights in (with two to go). Would have tidied a bit if I knew!

Facilities were nice, there were limited items in the kitchen, only two glass and two coffee cups with three people staying. Small items like peeler etc were missing making it difficult to prepared food. Parking was expensive compared to other hotels in the same location. Overall the room was lovely, perfect location to walk to Southbank

Väldigt oklar information angående städning efteråt. Framgick inte när man bokade. Receptionen hjälpte till att boka taxi till flygplatsen vilket blev helt fel då vi fick en taxi för fyra när vi var fem. Höll på att missa planet och fick betala extra mycket för ersättningstaxin. Men utsikten var ok.

The noise from the roads and trains was very loud and impacted are stay.

Our fire alarm went off during the middle of the night due to old batteries being in the smoke detectors, they did change them though no apologies from anyone for the situation which impacted us during that morning and for the rest of the day.

Could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location! Close to museums and transport. Convenience store downstairs and a supermarket close by. The view is spectacular. However, there is room for improvement in the maintenance of the building. One of the three elevators was out of action for the whole week I was there, there was a problem with the TV antenna, the garbage chute wasn't working and one of the bathrooms near the pool was constantly closed. Also the wifi is very annoying as you have to keep logging back in. But overall a great place.

The CLLIX staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean. The gym was reasonable too. Unfortunately the windows and doors to the outside didn't seal properly, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The shower leaked all over the en suite floor.

These apartments also seemed to be on the 'wrong side' of the tracks; there were quite a few people hanging around on the street outside that were high on drugs, particularly at night. One of them had left an uncapped used needle out the front of the apartment building next door.

No hot water in shower. Report this to staff and they basically said oh well, we can't do anything about it. I remained unshowered for the 2 nights i was there. A working shower is an implicit feature of a hotel room when you do a booking. CLIIX failed and I recommend avoiding these apartments. There are better ones nearby.

The apartment was spacious with a full equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, everything that is necessary for a family stay. We enjoyed the living room with a large TV and separate bedroom for our baby who sleep early.

Location was great in walking distance to Southbank and CBD areas. Disadvantage was the noise from nearby train station that woke us up in early morning.

We booked our stay months ago, relying on the description of facilities, which included TV and free wi-fi. It was only when we arrived that we were informed that there had been problems with the TV for some time, and that only Netflix and YouTube were available. We were less than pleased that they had failed to communicate this to us in advance. We were unable to obtain even those services, or free-to-air. The wi-fi failed after a few hours. Our complaint was accepted , but request for compensation ignored, despite chasing. Clearly they brazen out complaints by ignoring them.
The room itself is meant to be photographed, not lived in. There is a lack of utensils and crockery; a full-size dishwasher, but a single teaspoon, for example.
The flat itself is dangerous. The flooring is the same in the lounge and the bathroom, but there is a small, but visually undetectable step up into the latter, with no visible demarcation. Both my wife and I tripped over this lip, cutting our feet.
The hotel overlooks a very busy railway station.
We finally obtained the wi-fi but discovered that this cut off every night at midnight (why? Do guests normally check out of their apartments at this hour?) and we had to re-register (not always easy) all our equipment every morning.
Overall a very unsatisfactory experience, and one that the management will no doubt repeat as they simply do not care about their clients.

Very confusing to find the reception as there is one flag out front of building with CLLIX then behind reception says Brisbane Casino towers, thought I was in the wrong place, told that to person checking me in and he just laughed. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived for check in at 2pm, was told to come back later as they had 40 plus rooms to be cleaned that day, I asked for the keys and he reluctantly gave them to me. Our room was clean by the time we got up there 20mins later, then received a text an hour later saying room was ready and to collect keys. The room was dated, dusty, all fans had very visible dust and air con vents were covered in dust, broken furniture, mold in both bathroom vanities. Hand soaps were empty. Towels were stained. Didn’t want to use kitchen as it was dirty, some cutlery missing, no drinking glasses except wine glasses. Didn’t feel child friendly at all. When we left there was nowhere to dispose of cardboard pizza boxes in designated waste disposal area.

We were booked for 2 nights. When we entered the room it had a funky smell. The couch and dining chairs were badly stained. Only two other rooms were available to view, we reluctantly took the second room. This room was two floors down, so we lost our view from the balcony and it was sparsely furnished, compared to the original suite - no dining suite and a small table and chair on the balcony. Unforutnately we weren't in a position to find other accomodation. We were very disspointed, however i do want to commend the staff member who dealt with us. She brought us bottled water and snack packs. I met with her the following morning and she promoptly agreed to refund our second night. This was received through expedia 3 days later. I hope they improve, as the location was ideal.

The room was so filthy, the kitchen bench hadn’t been wiped down and the stove still had food on it from the last guests. The bathrooms need a proper clean there is pink mould everywhere. The bedroom blinds also had mould on them and the carpets had so much black hair on them I question if the cleaners even did a vacuum after the last guests. The dining chairs also had food squashed all over them. I would not stay here ever again purely as it felt so dirty.

This was surprisingly excellent. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but our 21st floor unit was excellent - a bit tatty, but very clean, with a full and well stocked kitchen - oven, microwave, hobs and dishwasher. Amazing views too, and a small balcony. The level 4 pool, hot tub, gym and relaxing area were very nice, clean, and well patronised. We couldn’t get the wifi to work, and one lift was out for service, but minor issues. The location is awesome too - a few minutes walk from South Brisbane Station with direct trains to the airport. Right on the arts and museum precinct, very handy and walkable spot. We will definitely stay here again, excellent location, and very good value for money.

We stayed in a different Clixx last month and it was great. Hope St did the job (a place to sleep) and the location was great but the room was dirty - food crumbs all around the coffee table and the toilet had clearly not been cleaned. Coat hangers hanging off the lampshade where the previous users had presumably been drying clothes. The rug, carpet and bedding were stained. The bed was not an ensemble (as in the pictures) but a cheap fantastic furnture style wooden platform and double mattress with a only single size doonah. On a superficial level - ignore all the online pictures. Not a single cushion and all the picture hooks were empty. The walls had significant replastering patches that had not been painted. Clixx are just the management company for different owners - this room felt more like a well used budget private rental than a managed \"luxury\" apartment. Sparse does not bother me, but the online pictures need to reflect this and it is hard to look past a dirty room. Will be avoiding Clixx on our next visit.

Great value for somewhere so close to South Bank. A few minutes walk from South Bank station and the Cultural Centre bus exchange. The apartment is basic and the decor is a little scuffed but it has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to a couple of supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel was good. But there were a few stains on the carpet and bed sheets and the towels didn’t seem very clean. The parking was also a bit too expensive and not a good parking area for bigger cars. The hotel overall was quite good though. I would definitely stay there again.

The room itself was very basic. The bed was very spongy and a double, not the queen as per the website. The base sheet on the first night became untucked and very uncomfortable. We found out the morning that there were two single sheets.
The shower was mouldy and looked unclean.
Our room overlooked the train tracks and despite our reservations we hardly heard them during the night.
The room felt like an airbnb.
For the price it doesnt compare to other places we have stayed at in the area.

I had to hotspot for almost all of my 6 days as there is problems with internet in the building.
The bathroom sink was blocked and couldn't be used.
The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time.
Still cutlery from last guest etc. on the shelf of the coffee table.
Bed lamp didn't work.
Some of the drawers were broken and wouldn't open.
Was told to call for A/H check in 20 minutes before arriving. Did this but when I arrived and tried to get in was told the same thing again and no one came for almost an hour.I

Positive: We eventually ended up with an amazing view of the city. The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: Initially allocated a horrible room looking straight out at huge aircon vents and building immediately next door. Refused this room and was reassigned a better room. Why not allocate room with view at the first instance? The cleaners need oversight as the room was filthy. We even had to dispose of a nappy which was under the tv cabinet. The dust was thick and affected my allergies. There was black hair in the bathroom rubbish bin.

Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay and was close to transport links, museums and south bank area (which has good dining options within 15min walking distance).
Apartment itself is getting a little worn - stains, wall marks, and dark hairs on fresh bedding. Overall good enough for a few nights when you’re going to be out all day.

The property is in a good location. Plenty of places to eat nearby and access to the train. The room i stayed in had a good view, pretty at night. The bathroom was smelly and nothing fixed it. The room was tired and not well cleaned. There were marks all over the walls, some of which were easily removed. No access to the balcony. I wouldnt stay there again.

These apartments are perfect for Brisbane holidays. The position was perfect for us and the staff are really friendly. It was clean and had an amazing view. Signage for the car park could be better for first arrival as there is no where to stop for checking in but reception staff were incredibly helpful in sorting this out. Highly recommended.

Average stay, price high for the stay.

This is a nice property with nice amenities (which we did not use). The room was very sparse in furnishing, colour, or atmosphere. However, it had a nice view, a comfy bed, and had a well-appointed kitchen.
The only issues were minor being no coax cable to the television meaning no free to air (we don't do pay tv apps). And the ceiling fans were absolutely filthy with layer of dust visible from the floor.
It is not a full-service hotel/apartment, and the reception is only business hours.
We stayed here as we had friends booked here.
Would we stay again, No, it is expensive for the quality you get and the service at the front desk is hit and miss depending on who is manning it.
