Easy check in and check out. Room had everything from washer/ dryer to kitchenette. The washer/dryer was a little tricky to operate and i think had one setting. We washed a few loads and they never fully came out dry. We tried to put it on dry only setting and it would do the whole cycle (wash then dry) over again.

Where do I begin. Room was omitting an odour from the sink that smelt like cat urine. Finding the parking lot was narnia. The king bed was two singles pushed together without a top mattress so you fell through the middle. Tapping the elevator was a nightmare. Only positive was the shampoo smelt nice. Not worth it people, seriously.

House keeping wasn’t included as part of the stay. It’s common sense that for 5 days people are going to stay in a room, it’s bound to get dirty, cleaning will be required however reception advised there’ll be extra charges for cleaning. Items like vacuum cleaner and mops were not even provided.

Fridge didn't seem to be very cold. We later pulled it out of the wall cabinetry to find that it wasn't even plugged in. Also, no hot water in the shower on our first night. This was rectified the following morning.

Worst hotel EVER! Beds are super thin old and hard as a rock. Keycard entry is super frustrating and annoying so is the parking. Walls super thin can hear everyone and their business, lobby and elevator is super hot smells like old people and my room was absolutely disgusting cigarettes on balcony bathroom dirty sheets definitely was not changed. Communication is done via phone or text no one at actual property. Iv requested a refund for 1 night stay and I’m being rejected absolutely horrible hotel. I’m Aussie also guess this is what happens when our country is being over taken by these people. If you know what I mean you know what I mean…..

Yes, go The Rambla! It is a 20 minute walk to South Bank, though the precinct at South City Square is very accommodating with great options. Rooms are clean and quiet, and the hotel staff - excellently helpful 👍

The room layout was great the tv was great size at rhe end of the bed was easy to access YouTube etc the bed itself had no pillow top and was very uncomfortable as was the bedding very old blanket nothing to keep you warm and was dirty in the bottom corner, the balcony was the best part. It is a very convenient location for food and shopping etc. we checked out a day early simply because of the dust build up and bed but if it was cleaned more thoroughly it would of been a beautiful room.

It’s very noisy, the rooms doesn’t have block out curtains so it gets the light early and has quite a bit of traffic noise. Be prepared for digital/phone access only. There are no service from face to face humans. The lift and internal access can be problematic with internet dropouts.

We arrived via public transport and had a little trouble locating the building. 148 Logan Road/Stanley House is part of a multi-tower development with no obvious numbers. Stanley House is close to the Ha'ne Sushi Restaurant.
The room was compact and the King Sized bed was a tad too big for the room. Other than that, it was clean and well appointed with an excellent bathroom and shower. The washing machine was a plus.
We did have issues with entry. Rambla use a Flexipass app where the phone gives access to building, lift and room. This failed one time and had to be reset (which took a few minutes). There was also the option of a \"physical key\" - actually a electronic key fob - which we arranged to pick up. However, the key fob only worked intermittently. We understand we are not the first to have problems here. With no reception, assistance is by phone call/message.The number shows as a +1300 number (which is a US number), but it is actually just an Australian 1300 number. The responses were generally prompt. The local staff were cleaners who were friendly and helpful.

When I arrived, nothing was working and I had to be buzzed in remotely. At one point I had to resort to using the fire escape just to get to my level. The access system caused multiple issues during my stay, and I was locked out after a morning run, which made me late for a course I was attending.
This kind of issue makes it hard to relax – you go out for food or errands and risk not being able to get back in unless someone else lets you in.
Judging by other reviews, this isn’t a one-off problem, and it seriously impacts the overall experience. The accommodation itself is great, but the unreliable access ruins the stay.
Avoid going here – it’s just not worth the hassle.

Really loved the convenience of this place, it had a kitchenette and washer/dryer which helped us out a lot. You can also get mostly anywhere around Brisbane using the bus that stops right outside the hotel. 4 stars for communication because they emailed us at 12pm when our checkout was 11am to make sure to take the rubbish out…we were far gone by then. The AC was also very nice and kept us cool! Overall highly recommend and the staff were helpful on everything we asked!

We were advised at 13:42 that our room was ready, only to be told minutes later that it was still being cleaned. After waiting outside for a while we had to call at 15:20 to check on the progress, but were told they couldn’t confirm when it would be available. At 16:00, we tried accessing the room and thankfully accessed the key in the lockbox. I then received a message at 16:12 with an apology and an offer of a late checkout, which was appreciated but came after considerable inconvenience.
Later that evening, housekeeping kindly offered my mother two movie tickets as a gesture of goodwill. However, at 3am, the fire alarm was triggered, and the entire building had to evacuate. There was no coordination during this event, and no communication to inform guests and residents when it was safe to return. This was extremely distressing and disruptive, particularly for my mother, who is nearly 80 years old. It significantly impacted her visit to Brisbane.
While I acknowledge the efforts to apologize and make amends, the combination of delayed check-in and a poorly managed emergency situation made for a stressful and disappointing stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure better experiences for future guests. Thank you.

Rambla seems to occupy 2 floors in a 18 storey apartment complex. It was a little tricky to locate the main entry and if you don’t like tech you might not enjoy the solely online checkin/checkout process and digital room key room system.
The communal areas felt tired and the apartment itself felt the same. Cleaning was poor… the dishwasher had putrid water in the bottom and staff did not resolve this issue or communicate well about it during my stay. Generally the apartment did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned or well maintained. Rooftop spa has rim of scum around tiles. Overall impression… pictures better than reality.

- The entry system (app that you have to download to acess the property) was really bad on my android (Samsung S22). It would take around 6 min to be able to open the door to the building, then another 6 mins to activate the elevator and another 6 mins to open your room door. I expected a much easier way to move around the property, but my gf's iphone worked much better, so don't know if it's a app issue or phone issue.
- Cleaning of the room could have been better as the bathroom had dirty areas on the floor and majority of the surfaces liked really dusty (under the bed hasn't seen a hoover in about 5 weeks).
- Location was really convenient as the apartment is located on top of a big supermarket (Woolworth) and loads of dining options.
- I thought of paying for parking before arriving but good that I didn't as there are loads of free parking around the hotel (3 blocks away is probably the furthest you might have to walk). You can leave your suitcases in the underground parking area and take it up to your room, as the building provides 2 hours free parking, then drive to a nearby street and leave your car there. If you can't be bothered then just pay the $20 per day which it's that bad as well.
- Worth noting that buses in Brisbane cost $0.50 (I know, very cheap), so we left the car the whole trip parked and used the public system.

We had a great stay at this aparthotel, it was very well located - only a few bus stops from South Bank and easy to get into the CBD. The apartment itself was clean, modern & very comfortable. The best part was the rooftop pool, hot tub, steam room & sauna, with an amazing view of the Brisbane skyline. Highly recommend!

After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient.

I would like Hotels to be more up front when they are an all digital business. The property was great and they tried really hard with pre arrival communications. The only let down was finding the place as signage wasnt brillliant, and booking parking was too hard so i had to give up and pay full price. Next time would be a breeze but for newbies, just dont be in a hurry.

Had to call to get in main door, had to call to get an override code for the lift, had to call the property and the car park operator because the numberplate recognition did not work. But overall very lovely, needs a place for showers can go, me and my partner had to take turns going downstairs and back up because of bubs and no smoking on the balcony.

Cost saving to 'ease' check in was overly complex needing 4 people to get a number to call so that I could get in the building. Another time to get in the lift and then stayed on the line to get in my room.

The apartment is in a good central location with restaurants and supermarket downstairs. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No reception at the property, everyone works from home. You have to download their APP to access the property. But I did not like having to upload my ID to their portal prior to check in.

Great property in a great location situated in Wollongabba just a quick walk to the Gabba stadium and local surrounds. Being right next to a grocery shop and a range of eateries and cafes is the perfect addition with public transport right on the doorstep for easy access into the city centre. Staff are extremely accomodating to every need and more than willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The roof top pool, spa, sauna and steam room are an incredibly relaxing outlook towards Mt Cootha and the CBD.
