The room was spacious and very clean,the beds and pillows were so comfy,the staff were amazing and very polite,the amenities were the best,stainless steal cookware and cutlery,they've thought of everything right down to fly spray and salt/pepper(things I normally take anyway)and even though the place is huge and there were a lot of people staying there, it is super quiet,I can't recommend this place highly enough,I am already planning a return trip..frequent trips back😊

The staff were super friendly, cabin great size for a family of 4- super clean and great amenities on premise.
Only thing that let down our stay was the cafe/restaurant (which we found out is a completely separate entity). Food was not good quality in terms or offering or taste and not so friendly staff either in our opinion.

Unfortunately we come right in the midst of the cyclone however communication was amazing as to what we were to expect. We loved the pool was sad it had closed once we started gettijg warnings of the cyclone but we totally understand! We did have to buy lots of spray etc to try and get rid of the ants. But definitely would recommend a stay and would stay again hopefully without a cyclone next time 😆

Very expensive and we had very bad experience . first of all there is no house keeping for stay less than 7 days. They dont have smart TV and there is no chrome cast. And they dont lishen to any request. Morning staff before 12AM is very rude. Zero customer service. The matress and bed very old . its like you are sleeping on springs. Very uncomfortable. The shower drainage was blocked and flooded when we shower. Will never book again. Very disappointed we waste our money and we were very uncomfortable.

It was everything i needed.
I had a 2yr old so he could still play in the cabin and we also had the park to play in and a pool. the kids pool was great he loved it. The kitchen had everything i needed so i could cook everything.
Will definitely be back.

They have thought of everything. Instructions were clear and covered anything you could think of, even the bus timetable on the back of the map. Close to everything and such attention to detail in every aspect including property maintenance, PowerPoints in the room, basic supplies and cleanliness. Will definitely be back, the kids and adults absolutely loved it!

Great cabins, stayed as our house flooded. Didn’t feel as if we were in the middle of the Brisbane Suburbs. Pool looked great, we stayed in September so not so warm. Eating area/onsite cafe a bit greasy but ok if you have kids I guess.

ROOM/CABIN we stayed in a 'metro' cabin, 2 flat screens, full kitchen facilities, fridge, micro, all supplies, bathroom decent (no bath for babies/infants)
LOCATION is excellent, close to everything, major shopping centre Westfield Garden City (huge!), QSAC Little Athletics venue, easy link to M1 going South to Gold Coast or North to Brisbane Airport/Sunshine Coast

We visit this park at least 3-4 times yearly and have done so for a few years. It has heaps to do for the children yet it is so quiet and relaxing for the parents. Very safe and secure cabins are very clean and modern.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was great for the family and the kids loved the pools and playgrounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also great. Located just off Pacific Motorway and a Westfield shopping centre is just around the corner which was very convenient. Approx 30 - 40mins drive to Dreamworld and Movieword and approx 15 - 20mins into Brisbane CBD. I would recommend staying here if you would like to stay somewhere in between Brisbane and the Gold Coast

Our second stay here, this time we brought over more family and booked the penthouse cabin. As expected, a wonderful experience! Great space, facilities and location! Mall is literally down the road which was great for everyone. Parking for two of our rentals provided. Will definitely stay here again next time we return to Brisbane. We stayed from interstate for child's sporting competition. It was the best caravan/cabin park I have ever seen. Arrived late on a Friday evening and pleasantly surprised to get a great takeaway dinner from the onsite restaurant. Surprisingly tranquil for its convenient location. Reception staff lovely too. Will stay again.

We only stayed one night but the 2 bedroom room was perfect for our family of four including bunk beds for the kids. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The kids enjoyed roaming around but we did not get to take advantage of the playground or mini golf.

Nice Cosmo cabin, but ...

Check in was friendly and easy. Swimming and restaurant facilities were excellent. Cabin was very clean and good standard, but not 4.5 star in my view, maybe 4. But our holiday was let down by permanents (I normally check and avoid parks with permanents because they often cause problems). The tradie rush hour starts at 5am and their growling diesels go right past the bedroom. We had to walk through smoker's alley to get to the restaurant, and stationed at the cafe entrance in the non-smoking area was a smoker each night. I am an asthmatic and cross the road sometimes to avoid them. Parks should segregate permanents & their access roads should not pass the front bedrooms of holidaymakers. The last thing wrong was that there was only one chair to enjoy the balcony, so alfresco dining was out. A coffee had to be placed on the floor. We went out and bought our own occasional table.

Great place for families!

We stayed in one of the vogue cabins and loved it. It was very spacious, had great appliances and the 2 bathrooms were great. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was beautifully clean when we arrived. The kids loved the playground and putt-putt was good fun - it was a great place to stay for a family. We will be returning!

The facilities were amazing and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to us, as we had to extend our stay unexpectedly. There is plenty for the children to do. We were welcomed by very friendly staff, the cabin was large with everything in it for a comfortable, pleasant stay. the pools were very clean and looked very inviting. The holiday park was well maintained, rooms were very clean and spacious. And there was public transport right out front, making it easy to get where you want to go. I would definitely recommend Brisbane Holiday Village to anybody looking for an easy accessible, clean and friendly place to stay.

We stayed in a Metro unit which has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom in between, a kitchen/dining/lounge area. It was very cold and whilst the cabin was cold on arrival, the inverter air conditioner heated the place up perfectly. This was a well designed unit with lots of storage space. Lovely and clean! After hours check in instructions were very easy and efficient, with an email and txt sent to us. Would stay again. Stayed with two kids (aged 10 and 8). Good location near Garden City Shopping Centre.

It was a fantastic 7D stay for us 7 adults n 1 preteen. It was surprisingly super clean n almost everything we needed were under one roof. Very comfortable penthouse, friendly n helpful staff. Quiet despite being just next to the motorway. Very conveniently located too.
