The air conditioning was icy cold which was fantastic, the room was spotless and very clean, shower had great water pressure, we felt very safe and it was very quiet. Plenty of car parks, check in was quick and easy. The lady who checked us in was so lovely! The bed was very comfortable, and unfortunately we didn’t have time to swim, but hopefully next time we can swim in the pool. It looked beautiful, and the outdoor area had great pool lounges, chairs, table, and a great bbq. Can’t wait to stay again!

While an older hotel the room was large, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and shower hot water plentiful and aircon worked well.
While a toaster and a jug were provided there weren't plates, cutlery etc. There is a good regional shopping centre across the road and there are large mall type centres about a kilometer away (Sunnybank Plaza etc).

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. This motel is on the corner of two very busy roads, but the design of the rooms means very little road noise was heard. I would stay here again. Nice to have a table and chairs and decent size mugs! No microwave or utensils though which would have been nice. Eatery options and a supermakert across the road.

The complex is in need of an upgrade. Very dated. Appliances not working - TV and lamps
Blankets very worn.
Internet facilities very bad.
But there is a new owner so hopefully things will change.

It was very nice to have such prompt service desk help at night when I had cramps in my legs.
However, the bed' linen didnt smell fresh on the first night stay, the pillows had a body odour smell.
My left over dinner was taken away from the fridge which I was planning on having the next day...Not enough milk left for coffee iether.
These are basics that you can improve service on for future bookings.

Check in staff was friendly, room is reasonable clean, convenient area, but there’s fight inside the motel last Saturday night close to midnight, was quiet noise for a short time but period of time, other then that, all is good.
