It’s more of a motel service than a Marriott property.
Breakfast was chaos and we never enjoyed the meal.
Every service was severely delayed or no service was provided.
This is definitely not a Marriott level property,
New year eve ceremony was not accessible and not communicated to the guest, last minute charges to attend the event was enormous. Overall I will not recommend this property for the price you pay.

Everything was great, but the menu options during breakfast was limited. I asked for gluten free options prior to my check in but nothing was arranged. I left some stuff in the room during room transfer as I added a day to my stay, but they did not have the due diligence to connect my items that were left to my previous room. Unethical in my opinion.

However very expensive for what is actually a mediocre hotel - although Mondoon Season was over-running the hotel seemed unprepared with no umbrellas out, my patio had not been swept and had cigarette ends on it, the sunbeds had not been set up.

Our recent stay at the Goa Marriott Resort was a mixed experience. While the resort itself is a comfortable and well-maintained property, the customer service leading up to our arrival was unfortunately quite poor, and a key amenity was not as advertised.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and provided a great level of comfort. The hotel's location is also a major plus, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. We had no complaints about the physical property or the general upkeep; it truly lives up to the Marriott standard in that regard.
However, the experience was tainted before we even got there. Multiple attempts to contact the hotel with pre-arrival questions went unanswered or were met with frustratingly slow responses. But once we arrived, the service was excellent. the decor of our bed on our anniversary night was a pleasant surprise.
A significant point of disappointment was the advertising of a private beach and seafront dining. We specifically chose this resort based on that feature, but quickly learned upon arrival that there is no private beach. The access is to a public beach, and the seafront BBQ which we reserved was not available, which is a major difference and a misleading claim. This false advertising was a significant letdown and impacted our overall vacation plans.
In summary, the Goa Marriott Resort is a beautiful place for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great property, excellent service. Our Deluxe room looking out over the bay was very comfortable. Dining was exceptional with many different options available and the selection was different on every day of our short stay. Would have liked to have been able to have access to sun loungers on the beach but think this may be impractical with the tourist boats picking up guests from the sands during the day. The whole stay was truly spoiled

Service in the restaurant was bad and slow, up to mosquito being served ones, when complained, there was just a change of dish. Not the attitude i expected
The location is bad, don’t be fulled by the photos of the sea. There is no accessible sea at all, it’s dirty and not for swimming.it is noisy due to casino ships.
The pool is very small
In general, I didn’t like the stay at all and complained at the check out

The Marriot location is ideally situated along the bay in Panaji. The hotel was clean, the food buffets were expansive and tasty, and the rooms comfortable.

The pool along the bay is beautiful but unfortunately it was closed for most of our stay. When booking be sure to ask about weddings and there effect on the amenities.

One of the best stays I have experienced. The staff are excellent. Special mention to Priyanka who made my wife's birthday extra special and our stay memorable. The resort is excellent. We enjoyed the cocktails, food, as well as the room. Delana Pai at the restaurant ensured we taste a Goan fish curry as well as a prawn starter. Her service was top notch. Neerav, Vinnay and Jairam were excellent at breakfast and dinner.
I feel so sad to leave so many names out that ensured we had a fantastic time. This was truly one of the best stays I have experienced.
The hotel is lovely, bed is comfortable and views are excellent. The location is what I was looking for. The staff made it wonderful.

Everything about this property is 10/10. Especially the staff who make u feel at home. I want to name a few Payali, Delena Pai, Tamara, Manju etc. they are beyond good. They made us feel extremely comfortable. Also decorated my room for my birthday which was surprisingly out of the world. The food, the environment, the staff is a 10 on 10. One of the best in Goa. This was my 8th visit here. I still don’t get enough of this place. Thank you Marriott for a total blissful time!!!!

Location of this property is excellent. The pool area is amazing to relax and enjoy your time. Convinient access to Miramar beach. All locations in Panjim are easily accessible.

Special shoutout to Edwin who made our stay very enjoyable. He served us in the lobby and provides recommendations for what to get from the food truck. He also made sure we had after sunburn cream available.

The Guest Experience managers were very helpful. Delana Pai was proactive in recommending tours/areas of interest. She also helped arrange for our car. Dev was great in arranging all transportation.

The Waterfront Cafe has amazing breakfast. Deepak, Manju, Mandeep, and Chef Aahana made sure we had an amazing experience. Food is great and you can try so many different types of food. The chai stall is a cool touch and all the live counters have great food.

Definitely recommend it for anybody visiting Goa!

Our check-in time was at 11pm because we had to catch 2 flights to reach the destination. The check-in process was smooth even during that time and everything was explained clearly. Checkout was also smooth and hassle free. Rooms were neat and clean. Food in the restaurant was also high quality. Service was above average in the restaurant due to crowd but nothing to complain about. The hotel had amazing beach view and people can access the Miramar Beach from the hotel itself. The beach itself was very beautiful and clean. Ideal for families and also couples. Business travellers also was seen during my stay. So its ideal for all travellers. Only problem was the housekeeping kept torturing us and also barged inside the room when we were resting which irritated us a lot. So this has to be taken care by the hotel management to stop such activities which affects privacy and relaxation which is why we go to such hotels in the first place. Hope my review helps others.

This establishment is a true gem of Goa. The stay was very pleasant and the entire staff/crew really strive hard so that you have a comfortable stay. The facilities could use a few upgrades. for e.g. the glass panes of the Juliette balconies were flimsy and felt like the could break any minute. Same goes for the railing guard of these balconies.
Everything else was tip-top. Food, views, activities and convenience...Goa Marriott has it all. Highly recommended for a good time in Goa.

The stay was ok but sorry to say hospitality was big time missing. The head chef was so arrogant that he didn’t even have the courtesy to say halo to guests & while the breakfast was on he alongwith other pastry chef and 2 other staff members debjani and Rajendra was giggling around and looking at guests in the middle of the breakfast serving area. It’s very awkward to have 4 people including head chef looking at you while taking your food and giggling amongst themselves which reflects very poorly on the hotel management. Even while we were checking out the same group of people were roaming in the lobby giggling around & seem to be very unprofessional. I feel there is a rift between 2 teams of staff & select staff was trying to be with head chef to be in his good books. The orders were not served properly. There were few people who were very good like Delna, Shreedevi, Chef Dattaguru who were very warm & kind with all and deserve an applause. We missed Elizabeth whom we met 4 years back & still remember her hospitality. Unless Mariott wakes up & addresses this staff issue a good place is on the verge of getting ruined. The buffet food variety was not good. All 4 nights the menu was more or less same. Is this cost cutting. When brands like mariott start cutting corners it feels bad. Hope some action would be taken and hospitality and warmth is back putting behind staff inefficiencies of senior staff like head chef

Its simply very old property to be mariott. But it have its own charm , sea side location is just peaceful in the middle of the city. The staff is good as well. Due to covid the crowd is limited and so is the breakfast spread. Bay view is the room to go. Overall I do fint it beautiful but too costly than what it actually deserves.

The property is well situated to explore Goa. Old Goa is nearby and Panjim is a cool town to knock-around in. You're midway between the northern/party beaches & the southern/chill beaches.

Nice facility there is something for everyone the staff are extremely helpful and cordial all the restaurants were good the buffet is different everyday which is not seen in all the 5 Star hotel
The chefs are very cordial. In all the experience was amazing and if you have kids his is the right place to go it's very child friendly hotel as well

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Goa Marriot. The hotel was clean and comfortable and welcoming and in a fabulous location. The staff are amazing and I’d like to thank the front desk staff, those serving me in the dining areas and the pool boys. I had a lovely room with a gorgeous view and will definitely go back again.

Almost Perfect

We enjoyed an anazong week with delicious food and royal service. The only constructive feedback is the cleanliness of the pool which could be improved. Another item if discord was a staff member asking me not to take photographs of the resort. The rest of the resortand our stay was near perfect! The staff at the cafe is attentive and service minded without being cloying and attention to detail is impressive.
