Beach was fantastic we didn't use the pool hotel is older but rooms and staff were excellent. We paid for the food for one evening dinner, food was ok, lots of restaurants close by which have better value for you euro. Great location.

We visited in October , hotel was quite and surrounding areas were shut down as it was out of season, we ate at hotel which was only option at this time of year, big hotel good facilities with helpful staff, it is positioned on a promenade that is 3-4 km with a huge sandy beach, I would imagine gets busy in the high season , whole resort looks to be only 15-20 years old,

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip around Spain and Portugal. We absolutely loved this hotel! So luxurious with the beautiful view from our room, the pool area, the pool bar, and beachfront access. We would definitely return!

The check in was a disaster. I was early and they wouldn't let me in, then they lost my booking. I had to sit in reception for 45 minutes while they sorted it out. BUT, they were all incredibly friendly and embarrassed about it.

Lovely hotel next to a superb beach and adjoining shopping centre. Excellent large swimming pool, well maintained. Comfortable room . Could benefit from somewhere to buy icecream and wider entertainment in the evening and perhaps a small library. The little shop never opened while we were there.

Chose this hotel because of its location, indoor pool for April and good price.
Pool area and garden is great and rear access out onto promenade and beach is also great. Next door is a modern large retail complex with restaurants, bars and shops, which was really convenient.

We had half board and were impressed with the variety of the food, which was mostly of good standard and included soft drinks, beer and wine in the price. For some reason our last night of three (Saturday)the food was not as good, no idea why.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, they say it has had a refurbishment, but it has not been done to a high standard, and looks like it needs another one, more like a 60 minute make over!
Room was fine and big enough for a family of four. Bathroom was good but patio doors and balcony in poor repair.
Overall the hotel was good for the price, but there are much nicer hotels in the area if you want to pay a bit more.

Depois de receber o email tentamos várias vezes fazer o check In acessa do o link várias vezes sem sucesso. Enviamos mensagem sem resposta o que nos deixou inseguros. Qdo chegakos houve dificuldade se acharem a reserva. Reservei dois quartos pagando por uma pessoa quase o mesmo valor de um casal.
Nossa saga já iniciou ai. No banheiro a água vazava para o lado de fora do box. A geladeira estava vazando água,descongelando. A cortina estava fora de um lugar dificultando seu fechamento. A porta para a varanda não travava e a varanda suja não foi limpa nos 04 dias que ficamos lá. Tampouco o quarto e banheiro foram limpos. O telefone não funcionava, mudo. Tiraram o tapetinho do banho e não o repuseram. O cofre não funcionava. Para completar, sumiram com a parte de cima do pijama do meu marido. Reclamando na recepção as simples respostas de que iam resolver na medida do possivel não nos satisfez. O pijama apareceu no dia seguinte mas, pasmem, nem foi lavado e estava com um cheiro horrível. As tolhas não foram trocadas apesar de pedir. O sabão para banho e mãos precisamos pedir 02 vezes. O café é barulhento demais com xícaras e pratos batendo e gritaria do gerente para disposição de mesas para atenuar a fila. Os empregados correm desesperados para limpar as mesas. Traz um sentimento de agonia. Na piscina para animação.
Para quem quer paz,não aconselho.

Un buen macro hotel, los precios no están mal y los servicios tampoco. El equipo de animación es fantástico, super simpático, con actividades super divertidas y te convencen fácil apuntarte con la familia. Un muy buen hotel para descansar y divertirse, solo sentí un poco de frieza de parte de lá recepción y algunos bartenders. Creo que un hotel así aún más con participación de la once con unas infraestructuras increíbles, deberían ser un poco más acogedor. También no tiene sentido que el gimnasio solo abra a las 10am, lo lógico es que la gente vaya antes de desayunar. Después de haber estado en 3 hoteles de está cadena, son buenos hoteles a precios muy asequibles.

Me gustó mucho como me atendió en general todo el personal del hotel desde la recepción hasta el día que me marché.
Perdí el teléfono móvil dentro del hotel y cuando llamamos a mi teléfono nos lo cogió personal y nos dijo en qué lugar lo tenían y me lo devolvieron fueron muy honrados.
Las actividades en la piscina fueron muy divertidas sobre todo la pasarela.
Algo por decir algo que no me gustó en absoluto fue que no había manera de controlar que los clientes no tuvieran acaparadas las hamacas con sus toallas y el resto de usuarios no podíamos usar las hamacas.
Creo que todos debemos tener los mismos derechos y privilegios de usar las instalaciones del hotel.
A mi marido y a mí nos encanta jugar al billar pero los tacos estaban en bastante mal estado y tampoco habían tizas para poder jugar correctamente.
Solo ese par de detalles.

Hemos estado 6 dias en el hotel y la experiencia ha sido en general bastante buena. La atención del personal, en recepción, comedor, limpieza....ha sido excelente. Las instalaciones muy bien, y las comidas, en general, de muy buena calidad, aunque deberían ser algo más variadas. Algo que me ha encantado es la posibilidad de cargar los vehículos eléctricos, si bien como nota negativa, hay pocas plazas, y la gran mayoría utilizadas por vehículos de gasolina. Se debería controlar este tema. Por lo demás, un hotel muy recomendable.

Estivemos pelo segundo ano consecutivo no hotel, e está no meu número 1 de hotéis para se passar umas férias em família, principalmente pela diversão que os animadores trazem. Jogos ao longo do dia, para crianças e adultos. Piscina exterior bastante interesse,assim como o pequeno almoço. Preço fenomenal, mais em conta falando com eles.

Es un hotel “resort” en un entorno privilegiado eso es innegable, a dos pasos de la playa… pero las habitaciones con puertas compartidas, olor de cañerías extremo en los baños, yo pedí cama de matrimonio y me dieron habitación con dos camas con ruedas, que gracias a ellas por poco me descalabro durmiendo porque me caí por el hueco que se fue formando entre las camas que se iba moviendo. Teniendo en cuenta que los somier tenían ruedas. El buffet de desayuno estaba muy bien provisto. Habría mejorado el buffet de la cena. Por lo demás es un hotel pasable.

O hotel é excelente! Ótima localização, de frente a praia de Islantilla, que é muito boa, perto do Centro Comercial, que tem vários lojas e bons restaurantes.
Fizemos a reserva para 04 diárias com café da manhã, o que valeu à pena , bom e com muitas variedades de produtos.
O hotel proporciona atividades na piscina.
Ressalto o ótimo atendimento da sra Rocio Barreira, na recepção, na hora do check-in.
O único ponto negativo que tenho a apontar foi a limpeza do quarto, enquanto estive lá, que deixou um pouco a desejar.
Fizemos a reserva para 04 diárias com café da manhã, o que valeu à pena , bom e com muitas variedades de produtos.
