Overall this was a great hotel. Unlike most guests we were just staying one night as we had family staying nearby that we were just visiting. At check-in we realised that I'd booked the room for single, not double, occupancy and were charged extra but at a reasonable rate which I was grateful for.
As a VIP member however I didn't receive the package elements that I'd received an email about - and only remembered after our stay.
In the room everything was beautiful and clean. Seems a shame when you're paying a lot for a room though to then have to pay extra to use the coffee machine.
Pool facilities were lovely however and the breakfast buffet was a treat too.

Relaxing and pleasant hotel.

My husband and I spent one night in the resort, in a standard apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. We used outdoor pool which was clean and pleasant to swim in. The dinner and breakfast buffets well amazingly tastefull. Nice service. Very relaxing atmosphere.

lovely hotel reception staff excellent.Disappointed how far beach was and although you put on transport no bar when you get there.Also have to go to bar i evening be nice to have a waiter.Food choice good but monotonous hot food cold.Rooms fantastic but bathroom not thought out not enough shelf space as cannot put anything on sink.

Nice hotel but perhaps a bit too far out.

We had two nights here and had a two bedroom suite. Accommodation was absolutely first class. Hotel is lovely although a little out of the centre. Breakfast was superb....everything you could possibly want and more. Dinner was buffet style and what you would expect from s buffet at a package tour type hotel. All in all, good value for money.

Was one of the best hotels I stayed in. Breakfast was great, but you have to pay attention to the hard boiled eggs because they have certain ones done by time limit. IE 4 min, or 6 minutes boiled. I preferably like them well done to eat the egg whites only. The pools were great, and the hotel staff. The rooms are huge especially for a family of four. The Parking underground is the best to keep your car from that heat. Only small complaints is that the hotel staff doesn’t pay attention to the people who use the pool chairs because they leave the towels on the chairs and you don’t know if they’re there or have left. Can be very annoying. The other is the stand up showers have no doors and had mold on the side of the wall. My young one accidentally had her feet on the small drainage and almost flooded the bathroom. Besides this I will definitely come again. I just have to request a bath tub lol. Furthermore, the resteraunts around the hotel are about a 5 to 10 minute drive. So they are very close and awesome food. Wouldn’t suggest eating the hotels lunch or dinner since it’s a pre-set meal. The beach is ok. Wouldn’t go to this hotel for the beach. I will be returning shortly.

All you need for a best price!

On our south Europe trip (france, northern spain, portugal, southern spain) was this one of our favorite hotel. great rooms with all you need. Kitchen, two bedrooms, pool, spa, Restaurant, etc. We will defenetly come back if we get back to this area.

Excellent Resort!

We really enjoyed our stay at the AMA Sentido. The 2 bedroom suite was wonderful. There were a couple of minor disconnects between front desk staff and housekeeping (for example, front desk telling us that soap for the dishwasher would be supplied, housekeeping telling us that it wasn’t usually but that they would get us some, then never following up). However the hotel is clean, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend a physiotherapy session or two with Rosalía in the spa as well!

My second visit - mixed experience. It's noisy@

Negatives:- Previously marketed as a \"wellness\" resort and very quiet, peaceful. I gave it 5 stars before. Now part of a chain also in Ibiza, and trying to appeal to a wide range of people. I wrote in advance asking for a quiet room (after reading the latest reviews) but was still put in a pool facing room which has music blaring from from the pool bars 13 hours a day till midnight. Sometimes it made no sense as the pool area would be empty and the barman played the music only for himself? Also, they market the hotel mostly to retirees 65+ and yet they play inappropriate heavy metal and pop music. For 2 nights they also had a huge party on outside on the grass and a live band which continued on the balconies till 2:30 am.
The buffet is generous and i appreciated the selection of fruits, breads and desserts. Free drink too. But the salads and veg were out of a tin and heavily pickled, vinegary. Germanic recipes? Broccoli, asparagus broiled to mush. Bizarrely you can't order fish or a salad in the other restaurant Fandago unless booked in advance, but some days they were half empty but still only access to the tapas allowed. Tapas was very average and limited for vegetarians.
They have removed the kettles and cups from the rooms so no opportunity to make tea before bed. Puzzling.

Positives:- Amazing staff and spa team. The spa manageress is really doing a great job Best treatments, pedicure, massages, hammam etc that I've had. Even better brow shaping than in London! Specia

Overall o.k., poorly sound-proofed hotel rooms

The hotel has all the features that you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Nice pools, two restaurants, decent entertainment and large apartements/rooms, which are decently equipped.
However, the rooms are very poorly sound-proof with thin walls and single-glazed windows. The hotel is frequented mainly by Dutch tourists, which seem to like to party and discuss all day&night long.
There is a hourly shuttle to the beach and back since the hotel is quite a distance to the beach. A golf course is just around the corner.
The restaurant has a very good fresh fish (I recommend the sea brass), however the chicken tikka is served in a toast...further the personal is nice but seems very stressed.

Very clean hotel with great facilities

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Good sound proofing in the apartment. Very little noise from the apartment above and the corridor. Plenty of sun loungers with no need to rush and reserve one first thing in the morning. Location is within a golf resort and there's not much to do in the immediate vicinity. Car recommended to explore the area.

smart hotel but best in summer season

weekend trip for four of us ,the hotel was clean, tidy and appeared almost new-staff were not very helpful(despite my decent Spanish)Convenient for local golf course but almost nothing else to do in the area which is a bit of a ghost town out of season.Enjoyed a trip across the border to Portugal(only 20 mins by car)

Good hotel but slow service

The hotel location is far from the beach and shops so a car is a must.
The room was big and clean and the bathroom was modern. We didn't like that they were charging for tea and coffee present in the room, we have never seen this in any other hotels.
The breakfast had fair selection of bread and cheese but the bakery section was very poor especially sweets were missing. No good selection for kids like cereals or yoghurt.
The food in the restaurant was good but the portions were a joke, we were always hungry after finishing the lunch and we are not big eaters at all. We realised in some days that if you order from the menu then the portion is different not like the ones we were getting as half pension and this made us angry as it is not fair. Also the half pension menu was a joke has one choice of starter and desert and two choices of main dishes made the selection really poor.
The service during lunch was very slow especially from a young female waitress, we ask her for bread or olive oil and she said yes but never shows up and food was coming after long waiting time, was really not proffesional.
Do we really want to go back, the answer is no we prefer to go to other ones for same amount of money we paid and we will get better service.

Great breakfast and outdoor area, poor cleaning

We booked a so called luxury apartment for our short stay in the area at AMA, and were very disappointed with the standard of the room. First the cleaning was far from what one should accept whether you pay for a cheap or expensive room. The dishes and cutlery in the kitchen were dirty with old food, there was a lot of dust on the moldings around the floor in the whole apartment and behind doors, the taps in the bathroom and shower were also poorly cleaned and you could see old smears on the mirrors.

On the other hand, breakfast was brilliant with a lot of variation and good quality products. The poolareas and gardens were nicely kept and we enjoyed our stay regardless our bad experience with cleaning.

Estábamos alojados en un apartamento de luxe, muy amplio y los colchones muy cómodos. nos defraudó la piscina y las instalaciones muy pequeñas para un hotel y apartamentos. Por otra parte, no acabamos de entender que las tumbonas que estaban a la Sombra no se podían mover, cuando hay una zona de la piscina que las tumbonas no guardaban la distancia de seguridad. Tampoco entiendo que nadie controle que la gente deje las toallas todo el día en tumbonas y que nadie lo controle y que los socorrieras tengan que hacer de vigilantes cuando esté no es su trabajo.

Das Abendessen wurde ab 19:00 Uhr in Buffetform angeboten.
Obwohl es 2 Speisesäle gab, mussten Gäste,welche nicht bis 19:00 Uhr vor der Tür gestanden haben bis nach 20:00 Uhr warten,damit sie einen freien Tisch bekamen.
Die Temperaturen im Februar luden am Abend nicht unbedingt zu einem Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ein,um Alternativ dort zu speisen.

Pour qui aime le golf et le calme

Nous sommes souvent passés à proximité de cette région sans jamais s’y arrêter, attirés par des lieux plus connus.
Nous avons donc découvert cet hôtel très bien, localisé à La Antilla. A environ 1,8km à pieds de l’océan. Il est entouré d’immeubles de vacances et pour les golfeurs ils sont de belle facture.
La Antilla est situé le long d’une interminable plage intéressante pour qui aime les grands espaces.
Aucune comparaison immobilière avec la Costa del Sol. On ne “ suffoque “ pas dans le béton.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été très agréable dans une très grande chambre et une salle bains tout autant. Meubles modernes. Concept salle de bains intéressant
La salle du petit déjeuner un peu compacte! Dommage.
Lobby manque un peu de chaleur, mais on n’y vit pas....
Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique.

El hotel en general está muy bien, una habitación amplia aunque con un cuarto de baño muy incomodo por la cantidad de puertas que tiene en su interior.

Pero lo que realmente ha sido completamente nefasto ha sido la cena buffet del miércoles 12 de Febrero. La calidad de la comida deja muchísimo que desear para lo que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, mala calidad, poca variedad, sopa de fideos en donde los fideos están ausentes, tartas en el postre CONGELADAS y lo pongo así porque el centro de la tarta era imposible de comer. Parece mentira que un hotel así de una calidad tan baja en la comida, visito por trabajo mas de 120 hoteles al año de 4 y 5 estrellas y hacia mucho tiempo que no veía algo así. Acabo de llegar de una excursión con amigos en un hotel de 2 estrellas en La Alpujarra (Granada) y la comida (en pensión completa) ha sido más de un 10. Por favor les recomendaría que revisaran este aspecto, entiendo que era el único español en el restaurante pero sin duda esto no ha sido una representación de la gastronomía española.

Muy buen establecimiento con un gran servicio por parte de todo el personal, instalacion muy nueva, cómoda y con todos lo necesario, El wifi gratis funciona sensacional en todo el hotel. Solo una observación, el aparcamiento es complicado y el parking me parece caro a 12 euros/día.

El bufet es cortito para un hotel de esta categoría ,muy poca variedad y el salón es pequeño teniendo que hacer cola para comer.
Reservamos los dos dias que estuvimos las camas balinesas y lo que no le gustó es que en la zona de las camas ,que supuestamente es más de relax ..ponen la mesa de pin pong haciendo ruido

Complejo espectacular, muy bien cuido, piscinas excelentes. El apartamento lujo cumple las expectativas. Eso si, el menaje del hogar antes de usarlo tuvimos que lavarlo. Personal atento y amable. Parking imprescindible contratarlo, merece la pena y con acceso casi directo al apartamento. Desayuno completo, nosotros madrugábamos y no tuvimos problema de espacio o cantidades, la zona parece pequeña. Servicio de toallas diaria. Amacas en la playa a coste 0€. Traslado a la playa incluido. Repetiremos el año que viene seguro!!!! Gran trabajo de todo el personal del Hotel en hacernos disfrutar unos días de descanso. Gracias

Wir hatten ein riesiges Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Sehr modern eingerichtet, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schöne Pools, ausreichend Liegen. Es gab kein lästiges Reservieren. Wir hatten Halbpension, vollkommen ausreichend. Da in dem Appartment eine Küche vorhanden war, wäre es nur schön, wenn es ein Spültuch, Geschirrtuch und etwas Spülmittel gäbe, um kurz mal die Gläser zu spülen. Ansonsten aber alles super. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Me gusto el desayuno y el personal. El Buffet, muy bueno, mucha variedad. La piscina muy bien también. El personal de la piscina muy agradable también. El apartamento muy amplio.

No me gustó la limpieza del apartamento. Se veían manchas en las puertas. La lavadora y el lavavajillas estupendos, pero sin productos para usarlos. Ni un estropajo, ni una fregona. En 4 dias no cambiaron las toallas. No dejan bolsas de basura para cambiarlas. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Y está muy alejado del centro de Islantilla. Hay un tren pero solo está hasta las 8. A partir de esa hora no puedes ir al centro si no es en coche. Y el aparcamiento debería de entrar en el precio.

Perfect in all seasons except summer

Beautiful hotelroom, very clean, nice complex, perfect breakfast.

We loved the Nespresso machine in the room but advise to bring your own capsules because 10€ for 6 pieces is to much.

Not good: children/babies in the Jacuzzi outside the whole time and the workers don't do anything about it. Minimum age is 12 and that is written there but even after asking several times they let and leave them in it.

Perfect hotel for a really nice time but stay away from June till September if you don't like masses of Spanish with a lot of children

El hotel super tranquilo y todos los servicios estupendos, lo único que podria decir que aunque éramos 5 personas me dieron una habitación sin sofá cama y me tuvieron que traer una cama supletoria, un poco incómoda.

Me gusto la atencion de personal, limpieza, ubicacion y servicios en general.
Como cosas a mejorar los buffe del desayuno y cena ( son escasos y no estan a la altura de un 4 estrellas a mi parecer) y el tamaño de los comedores.Insuficientes a horas punta.

Habitaciones increíbles con buffet penoso

Todo súper bien, habitaciones súper grandes, cómodas y bonitas al igual que las piscina. Por el contrario, el buffet estropea todo la imagen buena del hotel, ya que es un desastre, poca variedad, mala calidad y un desastre el servicio, una pena, lo único bueno el café del desayuno.

Bonito y confortable hotel

Lo mejor la amplitud y comodidad de los apartamentos. El comedor un verdadero desastre. Estuvimos el año pasado y nos gusto mucho por lo que decidimos volver este año a pasar un fin de semana. Los pobres camareros no daban a basto. Las bandejas vacias, tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. Una ronda de postres para los primeros 10 comensales, para los restantes no volvieron a reponer. En el desayuno las bandejas vacias, colas para coger pan, los zumos, huevos, bacon, tortitas...cuando las traian solo habia para los 2 o 3 primeros de la cola el resto a esperar 10 minutos de nuevo...un verdadero desastre...nos hemos ido muy decepcionados y sin ganas de volver...

Une semaine en all inclusive en famille dans un appart de luxe D01 , vue magnifique sur le golf et la campagne environnante
Nous avons pu profiter de prendre les repas sur la terrasse, la nourriture correcte, ce à quoi nous nous attendions pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, l hôtel est situé à environ 2 km de la plage mais il y a un petit train à disposition qui amènent une fois par heure les résidents à la plage privée de l hôtel, transats gratuits

Leuke hôtel maar helaas heel slecht restauratie!!!

Het is een harstikke mooi, schoon hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden half board formule geboekt voor een verblijfperiode van 10 dagen, het is helaas tegengevallen wat eten betreft, de ontbijt was beetje standard maar niet een ontbijt van 4* hôtel. De dinner was dramatisch, slecht kwalititeit, bijna alles was van diepvries, niks vers en heel slecht gekookt!! Laatste 4 dagen gingen wij in de omgeving zoeken waar we beetje normaal kunnen eten met 2 kinderen. En helaas hadden wij voor die 10 dagen een flinke bedrag betaald, voor het restaurant het was niet waard.

Adoramos desde o primeiro momento, desde a super simpática recepcionista até ao espetacular apartamento. Uma distribuição de espaço exterior exemplar para diferentes tipos de famílias. Excelente organização nas refeições.
