Owner is very kind so sorry for the negative review but our stay was not enjoyable. TV doesn't work, owner said he would come fix it but didn't. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra anywhere. No blankets just sheets, they could have put some blankets in the dresser? No hot water and when you're not feeling well a cold shower is torturous. No mat or extra towel to put down when you come out of the shower so you're just tracking water all over the bathroom. And the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors getting text messages and coughing. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Habitación con lo necesario (mini-fridge, micro, buen internet, agua caliente, a/c). La ubicación del lugar es buena, con servicios cercanos. Buena atención, comunicación, y limpieza. El cuarto da a la calle, por lo que puede haber ruido y luz desde temprano.

Very Good place in Playa

Easy checking although that my cellphone stop working and lost communication they were there to greed us with a smile. The owner is very attentive and give us information about the area, we felt comfortable and safe. The place is very tranquil, day and night, exactly what we wanted for a couple of nights.

Modern, safe non-touristy boutique hotel

This lovely newly renovated hotel is located off the beaten track, yet close enough to enjoy what Playa del Carmen offers. If you enjoy being nearer to where the locals go, this is a nice choice. There are plentiful grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Colectivos run up and down Avenida 30 for 9 pesos (2017 price) but I had no problem walking all the way down to the Cozumel Ferry. ADO station Alternativa (Avenida 25 at Calle 12) was a convenient, economical way to get to Cancun Airport, it was a manageable walk from Playa Natural, even with a heavy-ish backpack plus tote. One must inform the manager of arrival time in order to check-in as they are not on the property 24/7, however, everything worked out fine.

This is a nice place, even though they don't have front desk, Isidro is the one you will see, and he is very friendly. location is good, 2 big supermarkets in less than 5 mins walk. Collectivo is also right there. beach is about 10 mins walk.

Great place to be able to stay for a while. Great kitchen to cook meals and grocery store not even 2 minute walk away.
No television, but that's ok. You can entertain yourself with what playa del carmen has to offer.

Devant l’excellente note affichée, je ne me suis pas posé de question ! Et la déception ! Ma chambre l’avait aucun extérieur comme on aurait pu le penser avec les images quand on clique sur la chambre, mais en plus la chambre donnait directement sur l’entrée de l’hôtel, donc obligés d’avoir les rideaux fermés et de rester dans l’obscurité.
Aucune insonorité. Nous avon été réveillés à 1h du matin par la conversation téléphonique du propriétaire (je crois).
Nous sommes de bons marcheurs donc la distance ne nous a pas gênés, mais il faut compter 2 km pour aller au centre où au terminal de bus.
Sinon le personnel et le propriétaire sont très aimables.
En tout cas, précisez bien que vous ne voulez pas la chambre 1 !

Un petit hôte très sympa dans une rue hyper calme et pourtant à quelques rues de la rue commerciale et de la plage ! Nous avons eut une chambre avec très grand lit mais pas de balcon comme sur les photos ! Le gestionnaire était très sympa ! On recommande !

Lo mejor del lugar es el servicio. El dueño nos recibió,fue muy amable. El lugar super bien ubicado, llegas caminando a restaurantes y playa, a pesar de estar cerca de todo es muy tranauilo.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Zimmer, schnelle und stabile Internetverbindung, lautlose und super gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, kleines Kühlschrank, schöne sichere Gegend, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und 5. En realidad era muy distinto a lo que imaginé porque más que hotel son como suites con todos los servicios y detalles que te hacen sentir muy cómodo, las camas nuevas, las sábanas muy limpias, todo perfectamente aseado y vale mucho la pena por lo cantidad que pague. Los responsables sumamente amables y muy simpáticos y algo importante, te dan privacidad y hacen q te sientas como en en casa

部屋は安いＢＢみたいな感じ

値段の割には、設備があまり整っていない施設。机もないし、ベッドがあるだけの部屋。ビーチには徒歩で20分ぐらいかかるし、ちょっと不便でした。スーパーマーケットが近いのが良かったです。小さい冷蔵庫が部屋にありました。アメニティは一切ないです。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。部屋代もPaypalでデポジットを払ったりと通常でない方法に困惑しました。（大丈夫でしたが）Hotels.comって登録したクレジットカードで完結しないんですね。

Nos mandaron a otro establecimiento que estaba mucho más lejos del centro. El hombre que nos atendió nos metió prisa, nos quiso cobrar ha iendo el cambio a dólares a un precio mayor. Malos modales y chulería. Por la mañana al entregar las llaves invierno dos personas para seguir discutiendo absurdamente sobre el tema de la localizacion, con tonos ironicos y malos modales. La verdad es que no recomiendo nada este sitio y hotels.com debería investigar el caso de cambiarnos de hubicaciln porque Le pasó a más huéspedes y a cada uno nos dio una excusa diferente. Por lo demas, el alojamiento estaba bastante bien, aunque bajo la cama había mucha suciedad. No había champoo.

Terrible teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas y solo nos respetaron una reservación y la persona del front desk nada amable, solo dilo hay no nos dimos cuenta y nisiquiera nos ofreció apoyo para encontrar otro lugar donde quedarnos! Y huele a cigarro todo el lugar!!

Es una casa,rentan habitaciones la nuestra estaba en planta baja, limpia y agradable,sus anfitriona patricia muy amable y atenta, nos indicó y nos llevó a un restante para comer mariscos El Pirata. Solo agregaría que teníamos coche pero lo tuvimos que dejar en la calle sería ideal permitieran estacionar en la casa, el baño tenía un bote, pues quedaba un charco luego de uno bañarse lo que es incomodo. Y colocaría café y agua de cortesía. De resto muy bienLo recomiendo 100 %
