The hotel catered very much for the Spanish, by that I mean the times of the restaurants - breakfast 8 - 11am, lunch 1.30 - 3.30pm and dinner 8 - 11. So if you are an early riser or have children ! We have lived in Spain so didn't bother us too much.
Pools also didn't open until 11am which was disappointing as it was so hot.
The food was repetitive but good.
Location was fantastic right by local marshes that are a parc natural.
Cleanliness was very good and housekeeping team were fantastic. Staff in general were friendly. Overall a great stay

Great location and facilities. It was my birthday and I appreciated the bottle of bubbly in my room. The cleaning staff were were very friendly. The indoor pool was lovely.
The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing.

Very nice property for the money, breakfast buffet was only 11E. Bed & pillows soft and comfortable. Just stayed for the night so we didn’t take advantage of the pool, and the ferry to the beach. Wish we had more time. Only complaint was that the room was hot and stuffy, no a/c available due to cool temps outside. No room fan was available either due to it being late when I called the front desk.

from the moment we arrived - (no even before I had emailed to ask that we could have an early check-in and reception phoned not once but twice to say this was no problem ) - we were made feel very welcome. Check-in was fast and efficient.
Our room was only 50 metres from reception. A double sea facing exclusive. I noted the corridors were all carpeted...this goes a long way to kill noise of other guests walking by your room. Nice touch!
Our room was wonderful - everything as was pictured in the website. Nice touch of welcome gift. Plenty of fluffy towels and a huge bathrobe.
Breakfast every morning was a huge buffet......freshly refilled even minutes before the end of service. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner as we ate in the village every evening. But speaking to other guests I believe this was wonderful too.
The pools were spotless - ( sadly the water was very cold ) and more than enough sun beds so need for early risers to reserve beds with towels!!
The hotel is only mins from the village through the very conveniently placed back door.

The Hotel is well maintained and there’ are a lot of activities provided daily. The rooms are rather small and compare with Hong Kong size rooms. The staff are very pleasant commencing with reception, Elena to the Barman Andrea.
Unfortunately it is a huge complex and it needs to explain that there are two parts..... family and couples.... the noise and yelling in the area our room was in was totally unacceptable. The breakfast buffet is huge, but the volume of people showing up at one time makes it a very unpleasant experience. maybe they could get some rubber castor wheels for the table clearing carts so it doesn’t sound like a train when collecting the used crockery.
I would stay here again but would be careful of the location of the room.

Superb hotel in a great location,we will return.

We received a fabulous welcome from the very friendly and professional reception staff. Special mention should be made of Antonio who provided us with a welcome drink and diligently outlined all of the facilities available in and around the hotel. The reception area is very impressive,spacious and airy,well furnished/decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was also very spacious,spotlessly clean,well equipped,comfortable bed,good bathroom/amenities and spectacular views of the sea and golf courses. The public areas were superb with great swimming pools,spa,gym,children's play areas and gardens. The bar and restaurant were excellent and breakfast was plentiful and of very good quality and variety. The hotel is within easy walking distance of El Rompido's beach,restaurants,bars and shops. On site parking is available for a small fee (€5) and is well worth it for security and proximity to the accommodation.

Unexpected stop over.

We chose this place as an alternative to Lisbon would you believe, after struggling to park in Lisbon and the weather being atrocious we decided to move on and stay here as our next stop was Porto, it was a good choice as this is a resort and had all the amenities, very tidy and clean with attentive staff at check in. The restaurant was self service but what a choice available, both in the evening and at breakfast.

Lovely location and hotel very nicely laid out. Outdoor pool area very relaxing. System for getting towels for the pool a bit silly as they have to be obtained from Reception. Also, the instructions for entering and exiting the car park not very clear. Overall a great place to stay.

Short stay as part of driving holiday from UK

Efficient and polite welcome by English speaking reception staff. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights B&B during our driving tour of Spain & Portugal. Great food , very clean rooms, great location & good standard all round. Excellent buffet dinner (18 Euro pp) .
So good we tried extending our stay by 3 nights but unfortunately the hotel was full over that particular weekend.
Would have given 5 as overall rating had it not been for the very very high bar & cafe prices. The good news was that a small & very nice \"Centro Commercial\" was no more than 100 metres away , accessed through a security gate in the hotel grounds . Here you will find a few very nice bars & restaurants with excellent views over the lagoon / marina . All at very reasonable prices .
Do take the free boat trip to nearby beach where you'll enjoy a secluded unspoilt beach.

A work venue with a difference

Everything at the hotel was perfect - offering a standard of service far beyond that expected at the price. The breakfast was a lengthy affair, with so many options on offer, including the Cava to enhance the orange juice, that it became the main meal of the day, drifting into coffee and rum. This was an excellent way to enjoy the patio and most of the day. This provided a perfect work venue.

The hotel with its many amenities was indeed impressive, with nice view to river and sea. Only the quality of the hotel restaurant service in the evening was not satisfactory. Only buffet service was offered. Although wide selections were available, the \"warm\" dishes were luke-warm and the quality of the offered fish was not the best. Morever a fee was charged for a quiet unnecessary reservation for dinner service, as the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived.

Good family friendly hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Stayed 2 nights, pedicure in the spa was pleasant, didn't use other spa facilities. Pools good, quite cold! kids club am and pm, can leave kids over 4, craft activities etc, ball pool, playground. short walk to ferry to the beach and short walk into the village (restaurants etc) Satisfactory visit. Most visitors were spanish.

Wonderful location, excellent value for money

Wonderful location, amazing scenery from almost any point on the hotel grounds. Large rooms, clean bathrooms, beautiful pool area. With free breakfast, free boat rides to to beach across the estuary and free entertainment, this has to be the best beach-oriented tourism hotels I have been to in the seven years I've been living in Spain. The hotel organises loads of activities for those who are interested, and also offers bicycles for rental.

Gros soucis internet pour se connecter.

Un todo incluido que no incluye todo

En general la experiencia es buena y seguramente volveremos a repetir pero de seguro no en todo incluido (TI).
El hotel es muy bonito, tiene buenas instalaciones, animaciones, el buffet es muy bueno y tiene mucha variedad pero tiene algunos peros:
- El parking no está incluido en el TI.
- La caja fuerte no está incluida en el TI.
- La cerveza, coca cola y agua del minibar (siendo las mismas que te dan incluidas en el restaurante Dos Faros) no están incluidas en el TI, algo totalmente ilógico.
- Solo te entran dos cócteles con alcohol y dos sin alcohol, el resto de cócteles son pagando, eso sí, combinados todos...
- En el restaurante Dos Faros me quisieron cobrar un café!, resulta que el café bueno de máquina cafetera típica de un bar (café bueno a mí modo de ver) no está incluido, el que sí está incluido es el café pachanguero de la maquina del buffet (si es que a eso se le puede llamar café).
- Éramos dos adultos y dos niños y solo pusieron tres toallas grandes en vez de cuatro
- Dos días se olvidaron de rellenar el gel...

Inicio de estancia raro

Una primera visita curiosa, llegamos con calor y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, al mencionarlo a recepción fue curioso, pues nos dijeron que llevaban varias semanas con problemas, yo les reclame como me dan una habitación sabiendo que tenían problemas, incluso me iban a dar un habitación más cara en planta más alta a ver si así corría más el aire. El problema es que si la puerta de la terraza esta abierta se apaga el sistema. Evidentemente al legar a la habitación (4 de la tarde) la terraza estaba abierta y el aire apagado. Al cerrar la terraza arranco el aire. No entendí que recepción dijera lo que dijo. Salvo ese inicio por lo demás la limpieza y los alrededores del hotel están muy bien, todo limpio y cuidado. En cuanto a comida puedo decir que el bufe de desayuno (10) y el de cena (8,5) pero el de almuerzo (4). Está claro que es un hotel de media pensión. La comida es de muy buena calidad y el servicio de primera, Los alrededores del hotel y sus servicios externos están muy bien, para disfrutar del campo y de actividades de ocio. Nosotros tuvimos la mala suerte de estar acostumbrados a camas más duras y por lo tanto el descanso no fue el optimo. Pero para lo que buscamos esos días disfrutamos de la paz y tranquilidad suficiente, ya que la habitación daba a la zona trasera del hotel y entre pájaros y arboledas pudimos disfrutar de la estancia.

Nos hemos alojado en este hotel por motivos del campeonato de Andalucía de ajedrez, en MP, tengo que decir que la habitación amplia con 3 camas para mi hermana, mi hija y yo, baño amplio, todo muy limpio, respecto a las comidas, excelentes, tanto por la variedad como por la calidad.

Si sales por la puerta traseras das directamente a un centro comercial y al puerto deportivo.

Déçu du choix de l’hôtel car pas de plage et obligé de prendre un bateau pour si rendre, parking payant, coffre fort payant, spa payant, bateau navette payant, accueil moyen, dommage car l’hôtel est bien et repas bon! Chambre trop chaude impossible à rafraîchir sans dormir la fenêtre ouverte, lit confortable, Il y’a mieux ailleurs qualité prix, les détails font la différence, le litre de glaçons avec du coca 10 euro, c’est un peu exagéré, restaurant beaucoup de bruit, les serveurs tappe chaque assiettes avant de les lancer dans la pile, bref très bruyant, très beau parc et piscine, visiblement hôtel qui a du succès mais pas trouvé la raison des bons jugement

Trevligt hotell nära El Rompido centrum där det finns gott om restauranger. Bra parkering, fint poolområde, rent och snyggt.
Vi fick vattenkokare till rummet då vi frågade efter det.
Åt frukostbuffé som var mycket bra. Middagsbuffén var okey, lite mera kryddat hade höjt upp smakerna.

La verdad que el hotel está bastante bien ubicado y está muy limpio y cuidado en general. Lo que más destaca para bien es el trato impecable de su personal que hacen que tu estancia sea muy agradable.
En lo negativo podría decirse que el buffet de cenas no está del todo correcto, ya que los productos productos frescos de plancha carecen de la calidad que se supone para este tipo de hotel.
Nosotros volveremos a ir pero solo en régimen de desayuno.

Habitación con olor a humedad, hay que andar mucho hasta llegar a ella. He repetido varias veces en este hotel. Las camas son de colchones muy blandos y no hemos descansado de noche. Levantamos con dolor de espalda. Jardín muy cuidado. Desayuno aceptable. Personal muy amable. Encontramos amigos y tenían precios de habitaciones de derribo, 49€ dos noches sin desayuno. Imagino que a los clientes que repiten se les debería de cuidar más en este tema de ofertas...

Hotel acogedor muy bueno para familias con niños

Hotel acogedor con aceptables servicios, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, personal servicial y agradable. Billetes para el barco que te llevan a la hermosa playa de La Flecha donde puedes pasar un día agradable y disfrutar del buen pescado del chiringuito.

Nous avons à plusieurs reprises retrouver la baie vitrée grande ouverte de notre chambre et on nous a pris des serviettes et maillots de bain
la réception à fait intervenir quelqu' un à 4 reprises et comme le coffre fort et payants nous étions obliger pour garder passeport et autres...
De plus le sèche cheveux ne fonctionner pas et beaucoup de service payants dommage.
Point positive club enfants et gratuit
Point négatif la bariere de la langue car il n'y a pas beaucoup de personnes qui parler anglais et personne ne parle français..

Hotel bien situado, cerca de terrazas con vistas a la ría del piedras , restaurantes etc.
Hay piscina de adultos muy agradable . Ofrecen el Ferry a la playa gratis , buen detalle .
Los baños del hotel un poco anticuados ...

Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado de todo.

Es un hotel agradable, para familias, está cercano de todo, centro comercial, bares, para coger el Ferry para ir a la playa que está a sólo seis minutos. El trato del personal del hotel con sus huéspedes de diez. Lo recomiendo.

Totalt i orden

Der manglede ikke noget, alt var som det skulle være, vi ankom lidt tidligt , men kunne komme ind på værelserne med det samme, hurtig ekspedition, og dejlige værelser med en rimelig stor terrasse, det kan ikke gøres bedre, tillige maden på hotellet - upåklageligt.
Den lille by kun 200 m. derfra var meget hyggelig, med gode spisesteder.
En gratis tur med den lille båd over på ½ øen , må man ikke snyde sig selv for , husk vand til at drikke .

O hotel é muito bem localizado na vila de El Rompido, dá para fazer tudo andando. O Hotel tem piscina interna aquecida e outra externa, já inclusa na diária. Café da manhã excelente, quarto muito bom e com bela vista para o mar. Achei a internet um pouco fraca. Para quem vai de carro tem estacionamento amplo, porém pago. Fui para passar meu aniversário. Eles só pecaram por não ter notado esse detalhe e ter feito algum agrado, como um simples parabéns!!!

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde

Ottima struttura situata in un ambiente naturale fantastico, vicino al mare ed immerso nella natura.
La struttura è recente e ben curata anche se molto grande e per questo un po' dispersiva; ciò vuol dire avere i vari servizi a volte un po' distanti dalla propria camera.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile, stanze ampie e confortevoli, molto silenziose e dotate di tutti i confort.

Forget if you expect aircondition in May.

Cheap room in the middle of May, but they save money on aircondition. In my room aircondtion dosn't work.
I reported this fact to reception. They tried to explain that weather suddenly change and climate system is not ready. It's not professional because they should check forecast weather. I don't recommend this 4 stars hotel without aircondition.

Para repetir...

Hotel totalmente recomendable para familias con niños pequeños, grandes zonas ajardinadas, zonas de parque dentro del recinto, piscinas para niños y no tan niños con toboganes, habitaciones bien equipadas con balcón con vistas a la piscina, trato del servicio impecable...y todo esto en un entorno maravilloso.
