The reception staff was very nice, however, the room wasn't ready when we arrived. We did the online check-in before and suggested arriving time 2-3pm but the room was still not ready until 3:24pm. The unit was in average condition. There are things laying around the garage when we arrived. This makes the small garage even smaller. The washing machine is moldy around the seal rim. The lights in the living room and 3rd bedroom were flickering occasionally. Furthermore, the living room air conditioning can't be turned off at all.

The room was what we would have expected for the price. The amenities were only a 3 rating ....pools and spa were never cleaned the whole time we were there for over a week. The gardens not kept what I would expect in a expensive resort. We wanted to play pool only one cue was available and you had to pay to use it. Is really for families with kids no where for adults to relax .....Wouldnt go there again.

Absolutely amazing accomodation to fit anyone’s needs.
Travelling with our adult children and they were all wanting to extend our stay.
Had a great time at the pool. 20 min walk to Gympie terrace and we hired a BBQ Pontoon boat and spent half the day on the water.
Super easy check in, staff were kind and helpful at all times.
Our apartment was big enough for the 6 of us and we had direct access to the pool.
Would most definitely recommend Ivory Palm resort and would 100% be back again.
Thank you kindly for the memories our family have made during this trip.

We loved the resort. Our apartment was in the perfect spot and it was very spacious, modern and tidy. Staff were lovely too! We would love to come back again.

The only suggestion would be to make sure cleaners do under the beds. We checked underneath when packing up to make sure we didn't miss anything, there was a hat, childs toy, dummy and some food wrappers under there that didn't belong to us.

Everything else was very clean! The extra little touches like having a vacuum available and a good hair dryer was also appreciated. This was our first time in Noosa as a family and we can't wait to come back! Would definitely stay here again and try get the same apartment.

The resort is nice and staff are friendly and helpful, but your experience will depend on what apartment you are allocated as they appear to be separately owned and there is no standard level of accommodation across the resort. I would not recommend apartment #81or any apartments that back onto the main road/roundabout as traffic noise is unbearable. We had to keep doors and windows closed the entire time, which was awful because who wants to live like that? Kitchen was poorly equipped, furniture and decor was dated and carpet and lounges were absolutely filthy. The place was riddled with cockroaches and fleas.

Accommodation was budget friendly and ok. It was clean and quiet at night. The 3 pools were a great option for the family.
There were narrow garages/areas for parking. Dishwasher tray was all broken and needed replacing. Limited pots and dryer and in the kitchen. Taps in bathroom leaked. There were no spare blankets and poor wifi.

The only negative thing i have to say about the place was the beds were very hard, this is only an issue for me as i have a bad back. This would not put me off staying here again though, thats how good this place is

On check in I would recommend you ask your exact car park allocation. I would only suggest you book a superior room which hopefully has a clean sofa and carpet and a room that you cannot hear the TV in the next room. Quite noisy with cars at night. I would ring ahead and check location of your room.

I’ve stayed at the Ivory Palms twice now. I would highly recommend this property for solo travelers and/or families. I would suggest the superior apartment over the standard apartment as this is quite outdated. The staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic. The resort is walking distance to both Noosaville and Tewantin.

Mould in the shower floors in the bathroom kitchen the room wasn’t clean have considered refund as the room that you have now given us is beautiful we extended our stay and requested we change rooms. It was a pretty good stay, however: 1. There was a renovation going on therefore the restaurant and the main pool were closed. I did get an email about those works but it was well after I booked my stay, I wish I had known it at the time of booking what might have altered my decision. 2. There's no grocery shops within a walking distance, there's a pub nearby and fish and chips and Pizza Hut stores within about 10 minutes walk. 3. It can be a little noisy if your windows face the main street. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay, the staff was pretty cheerful by Queensland's standards.

We had such a wonderful 3-day stay at Ivory Palms Resort! The place was fully equipped with everything we needed—from a complete kitchen setup to all the little things that made it feel like a home away from home. Overall the property was pretty good though dated. They were very accomodating when we realised we had booked a night less. However, the curtains were broken in all upstairs rooms (inc bathroom) which let unwanted light in; the couch we went to pull out the sofa to watch a movie and it was filthy and full of crumbs. So we skipped that idea. Had to share a BBQ as a lot weren’t working. Only one of the pools were heated and the shop wasn’t open every day so we had to drive to get a decent coffee. I’m sure if some of these things were fixed it would definitely be a better experience. It’s pretty central and close to Noosa beaches etc so a good location and the staff were lovely.

Great facilities for children and adults alike. Close to shops for groceries; beaches and national park for exploring and restaurants for dining out.

Loved the sauna - you’re allowed to throw water in the rocks for löyly - there’s a cold shower right outside the door and pool very close by for post sauna swim.
Would be great for a longer stay too but we really enjoyed our 2 night getaway! Will certainly come again!

Whilst the facilities and location of Ivory Palms was fantastic, our stay was let down by the actual unit. It was tired and lacked some basics. Simple things like extra cutlery, a proper flipper and chopping board would go a long way. The lounges were very dated, dirty, stained and uncomfortable.
It was evident that vacuuming doesn't always happen under the lounges and beds.
There was no vacuum available in the unit.
The shower bathroom was dated was missing the shower door and so water often drenched the floor. The water pipes make an awful bang when flushing the toilet and using the washing machine.
Besides this we are returning visitors because we love the facilities and location with several cafes a stroll away. We hope to be back soon.

Terrific facilities for families and couples. Great staff. Small deck off loungeroom, overlooking the pond was relaxing area to sit and read with a duck and water dragon keeping me company. Plenty of eateries, shops and Woolworths supermarket at nearby Noosaville. Short drive to Hastings St, Noosa and to Tewantin Marina. Free bus (during xmas/January school holidays), to Noosa and many areas, regularly stopped out the front of Ivory Palms.

This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed in a different apartment last time, which was amazing, which made our decisions to stay agian. My family were very excited and looking forward to stay again. Except unfortunately this apartment was so dirty and dated, it was in a BIG need of a spring clean. The beds were that old and extremely uncomfortable. The couch was ripped OLD and just made you feel dirty and itchy. The floor was sticky and covered in sand. You felt like you were about to fall through the dinning chairs. And there were cockroaches EVERWHERE!! Every time someone.had a shower they you would have about 10 roaches come up through the dirty drains. To be honest, we were contemplating going home early it was that uncomfortable. The resort it self is great, our kids loved it. Its close to everything,
Just this apartment was really dodgy, i dont think anything had ever been dusted or floors moped in a long time. Oh and the throw pillows were mouldy looking. To be honest i could keep going on and on how bad it was.

Apartment was ok for day time stay and to do activities around Noosa, also the swimming pool and surrounding area were good, but the apartment had some problems. The curtains and blinds were so bad, by 5-6am the room was so bright that one can read a book. The bed was so old that each time one makes small move, the whole bad moved. Also, some kitchen equipments were either not working, something missing or causing issues. As an example, the fridge was dripping water continuously, also missing bottle holders, the coffee machine was missing dispensing cup, dishwasher was so old that it does not clean and dry well! Well, other apartment might be better as it appears that each has different owners, but the one I stayed were not so well kept! Overall, not a good value!

The room was very nice except for the shower - a shower curtain for privacy would have been ideal as the shower had glass walls that showed in the bedroom and bathroom. No one offered to make up the room either and we were there for 3 nights. We stayed during the week and didn’t realize that the restaurant was only open Thursday- Sunday. Otherwise our stay was very nice.

OK But I Wouldn't Stay Here Again

Our villa was clean and a good size and convenient location as long as you have a car.
Our checkin email advised our villa would be available by 3pm. We arrived after 4pm and it was still being cleaned. I said we would hang by the pool to fill in time and could reception message when our room was ready. They said yes they could.... they didn't.
I advised reception that the dryer in our villa 121 kept stopping after about 5-10 mins regardless of how long I set it for. They said they would get maintenance to check it.... they didn't.
I could feel the springs in the mattress so had to remake the bed to put the topper on (which was in the wardrobe).
The lounge sank in the middle so was quite uncomfortable.
The cafe/restaurant was only open Thursday to Sunday which I understand, but we were there Monday to Friday so had to go out to eat every day.

I booked to stay in a one bedroom apartment and was lucky enough to get an upgrade. Perfect for a single lady to chill in the complex and feel safe. Beautiful patio with gorgeous views of the ponds and relaxing sounds. Local native wildlife came to visit. Great cafe with friendly staff open breakfast lunch dinner Thursday through to Sunday.
Only issue i had was the garage door i couldnt open it easily so had to leave my car outside. Otherwise beautiful quiet relaxing spot to get away and short drive to get anywhere.
