We received a warm welcome and were allowed to check in early. The apartment was well located and spotlessly clean. It was well equipped - only thing missing was a corkscrew, which the neighbours weee able to lend us fortunately. There were plenty of shops, eating places and coffee shops a 10 minute walk away, uphill at Noosa Junction. Although we did enjoy walking down to Hastings St, Noosa Woods and the beach. Although we had a car we didnt use it much other than goi g to the supermarket.

Serenity Apartments exceeded our expectations, we had a three bedroom apartment, it was so spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location walkable to different areas of Noosa with a bus stop ten minutes walk away too. It would have been good to have 2 sets of keys as one was a bit tricky with a party of six but overall we were really happy woth our stay.

The property is in a great location close to shops beach etc but it is dated and could do with updates to the furniture and bathrooms, the toilets dont always flush properly. The multiple keys to get in various doors is annoying. I reported that one of the windows was stuck slightly open nobody came to check or fix this. It meant that nearby rooms could be heard and the potential of someone breaking in. The front desk staff did not show you around or tell you about the amenities. It was difficult finding the way to the pool due to the multiple doors to each section of units.this could all be solved by better customer service.

Not as Advertised — Disappointing Stay
The photos provided were a bit misleading, to be honest. The listing showed a modern apartment, but the one we got was quite dated and looked nothing like the pictures. It was advertised as having two queen beds — one in the master and one in the second bedroom — but instead, we had a king in the master and a double in the second bedroom.
The Wi-Fi was virtually unusable, and the ceiling in the second bedroom was noticeably dirty, which made it quite unpleasant when lying down. We were expecting a shower/bathtub combo as shown in the photos, but ended up with two showers instead.
There was also a small lizard in the bedroom, which was a surprise. The pool was advertised as heated, but it definitely didn’t feel like it. On top of that, the parking garage remote didn’t work, so we had to rely on the key — a minor inconvenience, but still worth noting. And since we were renting a three-bedroom apartment, it would have been much more convenient to have two sets of keys instead of just one.

What a great find. We booked a one bedroom apartment it were given a two bedroom apartment which was huge. Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely comfy bed and fully fitted kitchen. Walk into town was ok but a bit of a trek up the hill back but easy to get a taxi or Uber if needed. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

This property was great for us. Just up the hill away from the bustle of Hastings street , yet very walkable to the the main beach and cafes etc. Noosa Junction which has cafes, restaurants and good shopping was only about 8 minute walk through a lovely shaded area. Also the main bus station is there. Free buses on the weekend.
Our spacious accommodation was perfect for our needs with balcony that gave us both pool and sea views.
We would recommend this property and we plan to return for a longer period. Only downside was no lift in our block and had to carry bags up the stairs.

The property was run down but still completely functional. All the apartments are completely different and extremely big. Perfect for a big family or group of friends. The property is close to shops and within walking distance to Noosa Heads which is good since parking at Noosa head is a bit of a pain.

The property is in a very quiet area which is unusual for Noosa but still very close to everything. It has direct access to the river with a private beach area. I have stayed here twice before and have never been disappointed. We stayed in unit 10 and is a good size and very comfortable.

I wouldn't market the apartment as 'luxury'. It's dated n a fresh coat of paint (lots of patches on walls) would help. We ran out of milk n coffee n had to pay a small fee for it which was disappointing.

This place is in need of serious renovation
The 2 bed room accommodation was in need of a paint. The bathrooms wall paint were peeing off. The kitchen was in a very bad condition. The damp smell in the cupboards was horrible, and the kitchen drawers had lots of damp black spots. Some essential kitchen utensils were missing and and some were broken. On arrival we found a small pack of complimentary milk in the fridge which was completely off!
Overall I would not give more than a 2 to this hotel and would not recommend it. Very unhappy with the experience.

We were very happy with our 3brm apartment. It was very clean, tidy and spacious. Lovely breeze outside on the balcony made it feel even more relaxing. Great view over the river and could see the ocean from our balcony too. Kids enjoyed using the pool. The apartment was well equipped for cooking if needed as well.
I arrived a little late but it was a smooth process to access the keys with simple instructions on how to get into the complex and our room. Safe undercover secure car park with 2 spaces was a great bonus! Would highly recommend this complex. Great for families and only a few minutes to Noosa Junction or Hastings St. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 4 individual women friends staying at Macquarie Lodge for 8 nights and after reading some reviews, we were a bit worried about what we were booked into. However, we were very pleasantly surprised as had a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor, overlooking the river and out to sea (Apt. 35). It was exactly what we needed and we couldn't fault it in any way - large, comfortable, clean, well-kept, plenty of dishes/glasses etc., short walk to Hastings Street/main beach and an even shorter walk to Noosa Junction with supermarkets and restaurants. Pool was clean and sunny most of the day, with comfortable loungers. Staff were very helpful when we had any queries. Wi-fi was generally very good. Would highly recommend.

Ideal for a weekend away but probably not for a long period. Need your car to get to beach and Hastings street as walk to long with kids and beach gear. Parking at Noosa is not good so maybe not ideal for most families. Seemed to be lots of permanents who wanted quiet so makes it hard when you have kids. Great rooms and large - would suggest a bigger bed in the main bedroom as double was to small when the room would allow a queen or king.

Our very spacious three - bedroom apartment was on the first floor at the end of the complex overlooking the garden and the walkway down to the river.
The walk down to the river was a mini rain forest walk. I enjoyed watching the bird life and listening to their songs. We saw a handsome monitor lizard in the garden. It was so funny to see the monitor lizard get a fright when a beautiful grey egret flew away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Macquarie Lodge in Noosa. Our room was fully renovated, extremely clean and comfortable and very spacious. Only downside was that the second bedroom was unprotected from the sun which made it warm and stuffy and not great to sleep in. The main bedroom was larger and benefitted from the roof over the adjoining balcony. We hired a car from Maroochydore and drove everywhere. The supermarket at Noosa Junction was easily accessible, and there were plenty of things to do every day.

Good option for self-catering. The apartment was really spacious and clean. Great location within easy waking distance of both Noosa Junction and main beach/Hastings Street.
