The room was okay but requires improvement especially the bed. The mattress wasn't really good. The pillows are soo thin that you required 3 pillows stacked together to sleep.
We also had some visits of cockroaches at night coming from the vents into our bedroom, the place needs to work on pest control.
The aircon felt like it required cleaning of the filters, there was a smell of wet residue after you turned on the aircon.
However, the ladies at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The dishwasher did not work and the reception lady was not only rude, unresponsive but sent useless cleaner staff that traipsed mud over the apartment and left puddles of water next to the malfunctioning dishwasher. Made us uncomfortable and tried to spend more time out of the room.
We had planned to cook and eat in as we didn’t have budget to eat out. Instead, as a result of the dirty dishes piled up in the kitchen due to faulty dishwasher spent $$$ eating out.

This was a great property. Self contained, you could cook/prep meals if you didnt want to eat out every night. Rooftop spa was great which also had a BBQ. Location was walking distance to Hastings Street or Noosa Junction which was very convenient. It was also on most bus routes if you wanted to go to Noosaville or Eumundi etc. Very quiet too as it was more catered to couples, not families so there were less children. This suited us as our kids are adults now and we wanted a more relaxed atmosphere.

It was the perfect location for me. My main purpose was to go to National Park everyday, shopping and relaxing by water either the beach or the excellent pool at the resort. I loved the room the only downside was that is noisy at times.

I would not stay anywhere else in Noosa. The property is perfectly placed between Noosa main beach and Noosa Junction shops for groceries & Restaurants, BWS & Pub across the street, public transport at the front entrance and if you book the Penthouse Suits facing the west no noise and your own private roof top hot tub & BBQ area. I would highly recommend this place and it is very reasonably priced in comparison to other properties in Noosa.

Dirty, Coachroaces, Noisy & run down. This place is not as advertised. Arrived to find Coachroaces in the kitchen and dishwasher. Building works in the apartment next door and on the property next door. Concrete cutting starts at 8am and goes all day. No warning or notification about this when booking. Entire place is run down and grimy. Hot tub wasnt cleaned properly and way lights all blown and not working in the \"Oasis\" area

The room was ok though it was more of a studio than an apartment - the bedroom was completely open to the rest of the space. It was on the ground floor and didn't have enough sun or privacy as it backed out onto the walkway to the pool area. Also the hotel advertises a gym but only had a room where yoga classes are held, and a few weights, no machines at all.

A nice resort with good sized rooms and lovely pools. A great spot if you want to avoid the noise and business of Hastings Street but the walk back up the hill from the beach and restaurants to the resort would be problematic for some - especially in the heat of the day.

00pm. Our facilities will be closed at times during the refurbishment works, in particular the main pool area from late April until late September.
