We have stayed at Noosa Tropicana a couple of times now and always enjoy our stay. Accommodation is spacious and nicely furnished and our preference is the garden view accommodation that we have chosen each time in preference to the pool view. Location is excellent as it is situated between Noosaville and Hastings Street at Noosa Heads for quick access to the best the locations have to offer.

Great place to stay - super friendly owners that were great at communicating up until and through the stay. Nice apartments with new furniture etc. Perfect for our girls weekend. We were on the 3rd level with no lift but we didn’t mind - something to be aware of though if you had kids/were older (i would just ask for a lower level floor as it’s definitely somewhere worth staying)

Great place to stay highly recommended

The staff, location, room and amenities were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and having a dedicated carpark included made exploring the area a lot easier so we didn’t need to worry about finding a park or whether our car was secure. We feel relaxed and recharged. We definitely will be back again.

What a fabulous place to stay for a holiday! The apartment is stunning and has everything you need. It is really tastefully decorated, has a beautiful rooftop terrace and a lovely pool area. The accommodation is within walking distance of the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes. This was our first visit to Australia and we loved our time in Noosa. We couldn't have asked for better and would definitely stay here again.

Units are individually owned and outfitted and ably managed. We had a ground floor unit with private garden that was lovely and suited us. Other units on upper levels have balconies overlooking a pool area and courtyard ideal for families.

We loved our 3 night stay in the 3 bedroom roof top spa apartment. Daryl was so welcoming and kindly offered for us to check in before official check in time and allowed us a late check out. The room had ample space for 5 adults. Parking was easy and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would of liked would of been AC in bedrooms.

The property was good but only one air conditioner in the living room, it was rather hot and stuffy in all three rooms. There was only 3-4 parking lots for all guests so we parked on the street most of the time. The floor was sandy, could be cleaner. Otherwise, the property is good. The swimming pool is family friendly, we loved it.

In the welcome booklet there are many rules among them are some clear egulations about pool times in spa- apartments, which are not very vaguely known or interpreted by the security guy.

Great sized apartment and location, easily accessible to Gympie Terrace and a short drive to Hastings Blvd. Bus stop was only a short walking distance which was great, especially as there was a free holiday bus service available during our stay. Very quiet complex with secure access and parking, however as it is on the main road the traffic noise in the early morning was quite loud. The Apartment itself was dated and could do with a renovation and requires air conditioning in the second bedroom. Comfy beds and pillows. The pool was nice but way too small to accommodate all the guests especially when there are large groups travelling together as it becomes very crowded. You can’t really swim as such and just stand in one spot in the pool which is not really enjoyable for young children. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I liked the size of the apartment as it was large, roomy and well appointed. I didn't like all of the stairs or that there was no air conditioner in the second bedroom. The second bedroom got quite hot.

The PRICE of a fully serviced apartment without any of the benefits. The property/apartment itself was nice and although stated that the apartment is minimally serviced this indicated that beds would not be made etc, however for a 7 day stay costing close to $2,000 we were only allowed TWO towels, TWO packets of washing liquid, and were expected to take out our own rubbish to avoid a $50 fine. Not only this, but the bedrooms did not have air conditioning which made it difficult to sleep, as did the fact that the bedrooms faced the busy main street which was extremely noisy.

Really lovely apartment, great for the kids. As people have reviewed the internet is literally unusable (their limit allows for around six minutes of browsing time). Very dated and frustrating. A few things in apartment didn't work (hairdryer!) but overall the apartment was fantastic.

The 2 bedroom apartment had a great setup with ensuite of main bedroom. There was a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment. The apartment was very nicely furnished. Two balconies, one off main bedroom and one off living area. We also had an apartment with a rooftop spa - this area was great as had spa, BBQ, loungers and dining table and chairs. Pool in apartment looked nice although in our short stay we didn't use it. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Location nice and quiet and the swimming pool was nice and clean. Disappointed we had to climb stairs to the third floor particularly with luggage. The apartment looks very tired and is in need of a renovation/modernisation especially the bathrooms and the lounge suite and the rug. The airconditioner serviced only the living area and did not adequately cool the bedrooms, so rather warm to sleep at night.

We really enjoyed staying at Noosa Tropicana. The spa was a highlight and the apartment was spacious, clean and with high quality fixtures. The location was close to the river and very convenient, a short drive to Hastings St and a pleasant walk to nearby cafes at Noosaville. Our kids enjoyed the pool and complimentary pool toys. Very pleasant stay!

I was offered by last minute consultant a spa/pool for 4 people on a terrace, (as it appears on their website!) but instead got a spa that didn’t work, a spa that it was booked for repairs at the end of the week after we have checked out (rediculus)
A monster size cockroach in the living
A reception that was not open after 2 pm
A burned out vacuum cleaner
A spa in between neighboring fence instead of a terrace (as offered)
A portable barbecue thilthy as nothing before seen.
The furniture was nice!!!
Service was more like: take it or LEAVE
BUT ONCE PAID IN ADVANCE, very little you can do,
Over all, if it wasn’t for the furniture!? I would give them 2 out of 10
The spa/pool was the main attraction but the thing didn’t work, only at one ☝️ corner seat
So embarrassing with family members

Great Hotel and a Great Location.

We chose a 3 bedroom apartment to share. We are a group of 3 couples. We needed somewhere close to Hastings Street to attend one of the couples Daughter's wedding.

The Lady in reception was exceptional. Very friendly, courteous and above all efficient.
The tone of our stay began at reception, with a text message from the receptionist at 11:57am on the morning of the stay to let us know that our room was ready. We hadn't left our home town of Toowoomba at that stage so we relayed it to the couple that would arrive first. We then received another text message from the receptionist to advise us that our friends had arrived and checked in.

The apartment was lovely. It was very spacious, clean, modern and very well looked after. We all enjoyed a quiet and comfortable catch-up with the advantage of taking a 5 minute drive to Hastings Street.

Lovely stay for 5 days at this little paradise between the river and Hastings St. Superb modern rooms with everything needed plus a couple of outdoor areas per apartment, BBQ, outdoor/indoor spas and a couple of TVs. My teenagers thought it was great. Would definitely come back here.

Fabulous Hotel and wonderful Management

This is the second time myself and my film crew have stayed at this location. The main reason we keep coming back is due to the wonderful management. Very friendly and helpful and they have always made our stay memorable. We were fortunate enough to have a Private rooftop Spa room which was very clean and a lot of fun.

One of the BEST experiences!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was better than we expected. What really made our stay fabulous was the management. They were amazing. I have stayed at thousands of places over the years and very rarely do you find the people in charge as accommodating as this group. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a stress free time. I want to thank the management of this location for all that they did for us.

Great to have a barbecue.

The location is very good for access to all that Noosa has to offer. You need a car and paling is complimentary. The apartment was large being designed for two bedrooms, the second being locked off for our visit. The furnishings are beginning to look a bit tired.

Very enjoyable stay, Had problems with taps in one bathroom, Plumber arrived within half an hour and new taps were installed. Good size TV in large living area.Good sized fridge- freezer. Modern cooking appliances. Good secure parking.

Thought I was getting a rooftop spa and was really looking forward to it to find we had a rooftop BBQ which we never used, I would of just paid for the 2 bedroom unit and not paid to upgrade if knew but otherwise everything was great, probably stayed again, long walk from unit to car parking space with luggage. Apart from a bit of wear and tear showing, (one being lumpy carpet in doorway of master bed, should be 5 star.

Perfect, relaxing family holiday

Things went well from the beginning: our arrival flight was delayed, so our online supermarket shopping arrived before we did. But the lovely owners took the delivery to our apartment, putting away perishables in the fridge and freezer. A lovely act of generosity late in the day - and a great start to our holiday.
The complex is well designed and beautifully maintained by the managers: built around a central pool, the landscaping is so well thought through you get privacy from the palms, but can keep an eye on yr (older) kids from the balcony through the foliage.
Lovely clean apartment, well kitted out so it was fun to cook in and relaxing to hang out in. The best bits: second tv for the kids to watch their programs; and communal pool toys and skate board in the garage.
We came without a car and hired bikes for the duration: the complex made it easy to keep the bikes safe yet accessible through the day and evening; its legal to ride on the pavement, but there are also plenty of bike lanes on the roads. Beach and shops accessible and terrain easy.
A great family holiday. We can't wait to go back.
