Our family had a great stay at Verano. The room was very nice; new fit out and tastefully decorated with high ceilings and a lot of natural light. We made good use of the pool and facilities and the couple managing the resort were lovely. The location is excellent with a ferry stop on the door step and some really nice restaurants. We'll definitely be back when we can

The resort was nice, spotless grounds and in a great location. Close to the Noosa River and the restaurants etc. Five minutes drive to Noosa Heads and Noosa Junction.

Grubby hand marks around door handles and light switches etc, the high traffic areas were not great. It's obvious that the cleaners are not maintaining these apartments to a good standard, just giving them a quick wipe through.
Due to the Louvre type windows in the bedroom, it was very noisy. Conversations outside other units could all be heard inside. Children out playing at 7.30am was not ideal.
The resort was ok and reasonable value, but we wouldn't stay again.

We had a brilliant stay at Verano Resort Noosa. The room was very clean, tidy and fresh. It was a home away from home with a chic style of living. Jenny and Sue were both very lovely and such a high level of customer service. Our stay was so much better because of their friendliness

The property had numerous kids staying there & all playing respectfully as kids do until management decided to step in and complain about the 10 kids making noise in the pool during the day.
No bad language… no fighting … just kids enjoying the summer. Extremely disrespectful of management to do what they did.
Oh but it was ok for adults to make noise drinking on the balcony at night ..

We did not have working air conditioning for 3 days until they finally moved us after complaining so much. Very hard to sleep as fan was not great either! Not acceptable for 4 and 1/2 star.

The two bed apartment was large and perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had all of the expected amenities that one could expect.

The two bedroom apartments were large and comfortable, there is a fantastic heated pool for the kid and a hot spa for the adults. Lots of restaurants nearby as well, within walking distance.

From the time of booking until we left, Jo and Ian’s communication was brilliant. We were return guests from five years ago and as before, we were impressed. Our unit was spacious, clean and bright and in a perfect position for peace, privacy and a nice view of the pool.

This place was great value for money. It was huge and so well appointed. There was a large and private balcony - big plus. The hosts were lovely. We loved staying here, we wanted to move in. Unfortunately we can’t, but wouldn’t hesitate to come and stay again next time we’re in Noosa.

We loved our stay in the Unit towards the back of the Complex. The location is excellent and the Unit is spacious for a family of four. The Unit is a little tired with faded kitchen laminate cabinets & broken fridge handle and in need of attention. When we arrived the toilet cistern was cracked and unusable. We reported it and the managers responded immediately. Although complete repair was not possible a bottle of white wine was accepted in exchange for the inconvenience.
