Noosa Hill Resort is centrally located between Hastings Street (beach, restaurants, Surf Club) and Noosa Junction (supermarkets, cafes, shops). Walking distance to all but, as the name suggests, we are up the hill, which means that many of our apartments have a view over the Hinterland to the west (but not all).

We are about 750 metres from Hastings St and 350 metres from Noosa Junction. The apartments are very spacious and have a full laundry, kitchen and living areas as well as separate bedrooms and bathrooms and balconies.

Relax and enjoy the newly refurbished pool area including a beautiful Hamptons style pavilion, comfortable sun lounges, heated outdoor pool, and poolside spa.


Located in Sunshine Coast (Noosa Heads), Noosa Hill Resort is within a 15-minute walk of Noosa National Park and Hastings Street. This aparthotel is 0.6 mi (1 km) from Noosa Beach and 1 mi (1.6 km) from Little Cove Beach.

Perfect location.

Great location. Short walk to beach and Hastings street and close to the Junction as well. There is a bus stop right in front so if you can't walk the hill you can just get the bus up. Bottle shop just across the road as well.
The staff were so wonderful and helpful and apartment was exactly like the photos. It was clean, beds comfortable and showers were great. We will def stay there again.

It’s not the Ritz nor is it priced that way.
Everything was neat and tidy and comfortable.
Could possibly do with some more crockery etc. to suit 6 people rather than 4 (room slept 6 and we had 6 people) but that was only a very minor issue.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Best part……
10min walk to the main beach and a bus back.
5min walk to village for shopping, dining and coffee.

Going to reception every day for sugar and tea is defiantly unacceptable.
Room service needs to be at least every 2 to 3 days not ones every 8 days.
We staid 7 days and had no room service at all.
Rooftop spar should have a sunblock cover.
It can not be used during the day time at all.
To hot.
Umbrella can not be open because of the high winds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noosa Hill, especially our Penthouse room with spa on the rooftop. The views from our balconies were gorgeous and having a self-contained apartment meant we had everything we needed. Check in and parking was a breeze and everything was explained prior to arriving which was great. The staff were lovely and the pool and surrounding grounds looked clean and well taken care of. A 10 minute walk to the main street and beach was no problem for us, even if the hill was a bit tough on the way back up. We would love to stay here again.

$ bit high for master room no air con and no TV.
Air con in living room really need to clean.
No cover for Rooftop spa. Can't use it when raining. If there can be a moveable cover. The spa will be perfect.

Close proximity to Noosa Junction, and about a 10 minute walk to Hastings Street. Kitchen facilities in good condition but we were not supplied with enough toilet paper and were told to purchase more from the supermarket. Rooms did not have Aircon and were very stuffy on the hotter days. Overall resort facilities were great - pool, sauna etc.

We’ve been coming to Noosa for 30 yrs. We’ve stayed at Noosa Hill previously. Our apartment was spacious and well cared for. A lovely deck to watch gorgeous sunsets. If you want to do your own cooking you must bring basic provisions for longer stays. The location was close to shops and in walking distance of Noosa Junction and Hastings Street. A short drive to favourite beaches.

The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. It was a one bed apartment with all mod cons for our use. There was secure parking allocated for each apartment with no charge! It was located On the brow of the hill withNoosa Beach and the main streets with quality shops Just a shirt walk to the left, a supermarket Just across the road And more shops and restaurants at the bottom of the hill to the Right. Swimming pool, tennis courts and hot tub on site. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Buses operate outside for ease too.

First time at this resort but not at Noosa. The resort is an older build and appears to be going through a gradual upgrade (although you don’t notice any work) Good facilities and we stayed in the Penthouse with hot tub and private rooftop area. The resort overall is reasonable but the competition at Noosa is pretty tough so I think in terms of value for money the offering is good but I can, from experience, say there are better places to stay. If you are staying in a room that has been upgraded it would be hard to find actual complaints about the resort, assuming you are not expecting high end luxury and ultra modern surroundings. If you are needing a trundle bed, don’t bother and use the couch. I wouldn’t recommend anyone sleep on it, adult or children. That would be the only complaint I would have. As a side note, there was an unfortunate mix up with charging to my credit cards, it eventually got sorted but I felt it really should have been avoided in the first place.

The location and facilities were as I would expect to a good standard. However for an apartment in a tropical location the lack of an air conditioner in the main bedroom was not adequate, the bed needs replacing due to a canyon in the centre. Unfortunately the most disappointing feature of our stay was when a complete stranger gained access to our apartment given keys by reception and apparently booked in to the room that we were occupying. Apart from disturbing our privacy this I consider to be serious breach of security on behalf of the management, No explanation or apology was offered......poor!

Had a wonderful stay at Noosa Hill. Lovely welcome on arrival and told us we had been upgraded. A beautiful modern suite with excellent facilities with large private balcony at back and terrace at front. Laundry facilities in house a real bonus. Really nice owner managers- helpful in every way. Just a short walk up from Hastings street and a 50 % of the price premium you pay down that way. Rooms are spacious clean and fully equipped apartments

Fabulous!

Was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the apartment was, beautiful view from balcony, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Extremely helpful young man at reception when we checked in.

Close to good restaurants and shopping.

Great place for families. Not really suited for Business travellers. Can be a bit noisy, not much soundproofing so noise was an issue. Bed was clean but not comfortable but if you like a firm bed, it would be good.

Couldn’t ask for more

Great location and a short walk to Hastings street (10 minutes). Older apartment block but Bedrooms and internals were modernised, aircon was great. Bbw area overlooking tennis court and pool was a great spot to relax. I have stayed in a couple of other apartment resorts in Noosa but this one hits the nail on the head. 100% would stay again.

Great location

This is a great resort! The room we stayed in had a nice homely feel to it and beach decor to match. 5 min walk to the shops was great to pickup supplies and 10 mins walk to the beach meant we could just walk down And not worry about parking. Staff were fantastic and the room was very clean.

cold and uncomfortable

I suspect that booking through expedia and not paying full price at this resort caused us to be given the worst room with no view and a 'hard as a rock' bed, no sun reached any of our rooms, the aircon was noisy and made the air feel stuffy. The best feature was the pool and spa which was really clean, pleasently warm with a relaxing community atmosphere.

Disappointing accomodating sleeping arrangements

In my accomodation request with last minute I listed that there would be three occupants, myself and my two sons with the ages given. We were put into a one bedroom apartment offering only one bed. Each of my sons being 10 and 13 had to sleep on a small lounge each - not even a sofa bed offered.

Superb weekend getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay at Noosa Hill Resort. The resort is in a perfect position- a nice easy walk down the hill to Hastings Street and the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa.

Very central and the staff are great!

My partner and I live on the coast but just needed to getaway and relax. The apartment was spacious and had all you needed to self cater. We didn't really have a view but we could walk to wherever we wanted as parking in Noosa is almost impossible.

There is a little hike up the hill but it is pleasant and helps you to wear off your dinner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were there to relax so didn't really use any of the faciliites but they do have tennis court, spa and pool.

Exceeded my expectations

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 nights and thoroughly loved this hotel. Not only were the staff very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is clean, modern and has everything you need and more.
It's location is great, situated just outside of the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area near the beach so it is lovely a peaceful, yet still within a 10min walk to the beach and 3min walk to the closest supermarket.
I would definitely come back here again!

Apartment on the hill in Noosa

Great hotel if you want something not right in the heart of hastings st and with a bit more room. Apartment was great, resort also good - good pool , tennis court etc. Coffee shops and places to eat close by and not too far down to Hastings St.
If you are not keen on walking though this place isn't for you - but if you don't mind a wander then go for it.

Good value for money

We had a penthouse room with a private deck and spa, which was a great extra to have! The apartments are self-catering so it's not possible to say much about the service, but when we did need help the owners were very friendly and obliging. The location was pretty good, right between Hastings St and Noosa Junction - an easy walk to the main beach, handy to shops and convenient for driving inland. All in all, very good value for money.
