We recently stayed at Noosa on the Beach Apartments to celebrate my partner Connie’s birthday, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making us feel so welcome.
The thoughtful touches — including the beautiful fresh flowers and chilled champagne — truly made the occasion feel special. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, with unbeatable views and direct access to the beach, which we absolutely loved.
The location is second to none — right on picturesque Noosa Main Beach and just steps away from all the wonderful restaurants, cafés, and shops along Hastings Street. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep.

The only downfall was that all the restaurants close early, the one that was supposed to be open and do room service shut at 8pm but otherwise a fantastic stay. Just try to eat early. We had a wonderful big lunch so weren't hungry in time. All the food places in the area are lovely. The best part about this was you're on the beach and there's a hot tub where you can watch the beach. It was fantastic. Staff are lovely too.

Great location and nice unit. Frustrating design that you lose the sun in afternoon on the terrace as half of it is planted out with signs saying stay off the planters. Weird design. Also gym was pretty awful. Didn’t even have a water machine.

From the phone call from reception to ask if needed a parking spot prior to my arrival and then check-in, the staff at On The Beach are fantastic. Our room was fantastic, modern, clean, quiet, everything you could wish for, then throw in the view of the beach. The pool area was perfect. We've previously stayed at other Hotels on Hastings Street. On The Beach is easily the best we've stayed at. We were able to easily walk to any restaurant for dinner and the same for breakfast, with cafes just a short stroll away. Thank you On The Beach we'll definitely be back.

This has been our best hotel in Noosa. The room was amazing. Ocean views. Great restaurant underneath that delivers to your room. Jacuzzi overlooking the water on the deck. We had champagne and oysters which were amazing. We ordered breakfast and ate it on the deck looking at the water. The staff were really nice. The bed linen was excellent and all the cushions were feather. The pictures were beautiful and the Arpelles toiletries were lovely. The pool is heated and my son loved it. I cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful position of a somewhat tired hotel. Built a while ago and hasn’t been updated since by the looks of it. Small gym but it works, pool works but very average. Room was comfortable and air on worked well! We got a very good deal through Expedia but wouldn’t have spent $450 a night on it.

Perfect location with private access to the beach, with pool overlooking the ocean for a quick refresh when the beach gets too hot. Don't even need to leave the building to access a convenience store, bakery, salad bar, ice cream, coffee shop, and excellent restaurant (Bistro C - Noosa's Best). Didn't like that the glass balistrades were never cleaned, and so made the view a bit dissapointing - only way to see a clear view was to stand up. Also shower screens were never cleaned and grout was mouldy.
Felt like a bad retrofit job. Also had to contend with the paint & chemical smells from next unit which was being painted/renovated - so the balcony use was limited due to this.
All up I would say it was overpriced for what it was.

On The Beach Noosa is exquisite. We booked a one bedroom beachfront view, which featured a spa on the balcony. Tremendous views and fabulous location. Straight through a gate and you have sand between your toes on one of Australia's most beautiful beaches.

On the Beach at Noosa is literally that. The patio had a lovely spa bath, bbq, loungers, and table and chairs with a view of the beach and ocean. The apartment is modern, quiet, and clean with all of the facilities you may need. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the towels were big and fluffy. Also, the pool is heated with an adjacent steam room which was a treat on a cool Winter night. The staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in room 28 (studio penthouse), very run down. Cracks in walls,dirty,dusty,remote controls filthy. Wasnt what was in the pictures online, old appliances. Just booked this for a relaxing weekend away with a spa, but the jets didn't really work and very run down. Amazing location and view but that's all this place has going for it.
