Clear view of beach limited amenities we had 4 guest 3 towels and were told to bring dirty towels down to front desk which is in another building 🤔 we went out on the balcony, the door locked me outside and kids out front with the room keys inside😒somehow on first night it was after 9 and all i could get was reservations number they were hella rude no help to be being stuck out on the balcony had to call 911 which gave me beach police they came quickly one had a knife which we had to use to get inside no damage to the door but very unsettling due to not being able to get in contact with front desk after 9 pm no emergency number nothing

This was one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. First the room had no hot water whatsoever, we brought this to the attention of staff and nothing was done. Then a water main broke on the 4th floor drenching the entire hotel top to bottom, setting the fire alarm off and causing everyone to leave the hotel. After which the elevator did not work for 4 days causing us to carry all of our belongings down flights of stairs. We checked out early and went someplace else it was so bad. We will never stay here again.

The room was great . The floor was very dirty but I wore shoes around the room .
I don't think the tile has been properly cleaned after they remodeled. There wasn't a bath mat so I had to use the other two towels as such and the towels turned black after I stepped on them from shower.

The fridge was leaking which stained the floor

But over all good night sleep beach time was great

Room had a lot of air flow, sheets were clean, but no hot water, so had to change rooms. No towels, so had to request, no hangers, so took from previous room. Cleaners knocked once and did not have more towels. Staff was nice though but had to walk to the next building for service. View and beach access nice, but no beach chairs:( It served the purpose we needed for a few days.

The best part was being able to just walk out on to the beach. Just wish the parking was better. Shared parking with the restaurant next door was impossible to find parking. Out handicap daughter couldn’t make the walk to the parking lot that was across the road more handicap spots would be nice too

The first thing I had to do when I walked in the room is get poop off the wall when we went to lay down on the first night there was sand in the bed tell me how if the sheets were changed?? We needed towels went down and there were no towels we had no hot water the smell of sewer made us all sick we could only do 2 nights there so the 3rd night we didn’t even stay it smelled soooo bad the workers can’t understand what your saying I went to lock the top lock and it literally just fell off they got maintenance to come in put A new lock and they were supposed to fix the hot water which was never fixed! I’m so very disappointed these pictures they have posted are nothing like the property if you walk on the floor with no shoes your feet are immediately black! I’m very very disappointed plzzzzz READ THE REVIEWS AND LISTEN BECAUSE I DIDNT AND I LOST MONEY AND HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ROOM BECAUSE THE SMELL WAS SO STRONG IT HAD ME AND 2 OF MY KIDS THROWING UP!!!

The location was the best thing about this hotel. Price was not bad either but….. the beds are trash!!! As in, you lay down and there’s no support. The mattress will literally buckle with your body weight. Also room was older and needed better cleaning. The blinds has mildew on them and the ac had mildew also. Also no one works before 7am or after 11pm and no one works on Sunday at all, so if you need clean towels you have to go to the sister hotel down the road to do so. Speaking of towels, you have to take your old towels down to exchange them for new ones in the office. The housekeepers are not very nice either.

I’ll start with the good. Staff was courteous at checkin. Hands down the A/C was the best of any place we have ever stayed. Now the bad: 1) the bed was terrible. We had to go to a nearby store and purchase a $150 mattress topper just to continue our stay. When we went to put the mattress topper on we found mold all over the mattress. The room had been freshly painted but not professionally with many parts not even painted. Then there was the ceiling which was literally falling off into the floor, dirty and moldy. They operate 2 motels out of one office so if you need anything you have to walk to the other motel to get it. We asked for our room to be cleaned one day and when we got back the bed had been made with exact same sheets and pillowcases. When they “cleaned” they did not sweep or mop the floor and left sand everywhere nor did they leave any new towels or washcloths even though they took the dirty ones. Once again another hike to the other motel to get towels. The swimming pool was nasty and had algae everywhere. We had never been to PCB so we didn’t know about this place when we booked but they should not be able to call themselves a hotel or even a “resort”. It would be best to tear it down and start from scratch. The worst part, and the reason I will never stay here again is the parking. They share a parking lot with sharks restaurant and their customer take ALL the parking spaces.

Love the easy excess of beach...but just wish they would paint and do proper repairs...such as no hot water in kitchen sink... low water pressure in shower..no cover on hood light on stove...no silverware for kitchen... dangerous uneven pavement on sidewalk on back of hotel..I tripped and almost fell...on shower coming off beach was out of order .. and the step off walkway sand needs to be shoveled up..hard to step up and down... without falling... Office not open to request towels or other supplies..have to get in vehicle and go to other office at another hotel...no parking at hotel if you leave hotel and come back during busy hours at Sharkey's...not convenient for family with children or the elderly...to have to park across road and travel to hotel and cross against traffic... Very dangerous at night...

After not being able to find a parking spot after driving through multiple times, we parked across the street about a block down and carried all of our luggage along with my 2 children down to check in. Check in hours were listed as 4-5:30 and we got to the door around 4:15. The doors were locked and there was no one at the front desk as we could see through the glass. I called the # listed on the door and was told we would need to walk another block down to check in at their other location. After walking so far with our luggage already, I asked to just cancel our reservation and get our money back. I was told that if I canceled the reservation, I would not be able to get my money back, but since I booked with a 3rd party, I would have to call them. She gave me the # to call, but when I called the # it took me back to the same office I had just spoke with and as soon as they picked up, I was hung up on. I did get another # to call the 3rd party with and was placed on hold so that they could call the hotel and confirm there were problems getting checked in and even they couldn't get ahold of anyone. We ended up booking another hotel and I'm not sure yet if I will be able to get my money back or not. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve never had issues, however the property should really have reserved parking only for guest of the Reef of Seahaven. People coming to have dinner at sharkys should be made to park across the road to prevent people whom are staying at the Reef at Seahaven from having to park a block away and then walk to there rooms. Unfortunately this was the biggest complaint we had. We will be looking at staying elsewhere next visit which I might add is unfortunate, but the parking situation is out of hand.

Parking is horrible

The parking is next to Sharksys restaurant and we never could get a spot at our hotel. We are handicapped and had to park across the street half a mile to park and get our luggage to our room. We never could get a decent parking spot. They allow sharkey customers take the hotel parking so a permit to park at the hotel is useless they should love sharkeys parking across the street and prohibit its customers from using the hotel. This is hard for handicapped.

Our stay was $369 + $50(refundable) fee. I looked at my bank account the morning after check in to find an additional 184.71 charge. No one can tell me why. The $50 was pending on my account until I checked out and she said she released the hold, but the $50 actually came out of my account as well. The front desk tells me they don’t have a charge for 184.71 on my account, the receipt doesn’t have that charge, but it clearly came out of my account. And I showed it to them. They told me to wait 7-10 days and call them back. The parking here is horrible, they will only clean if you ask(found that out when I went to get more towels and toilet paper), they gave us trash bags and told us where the dumpsters were to take out the trash. The rooms were dirty, not well lit, and only 3 outlets for the entire room(to include the fridge/microwave). We had to walk across to the sister site the night we checked in to get sheets for the pull out couch( we booked a room with 2 beds and a pullout for 5 ppl), and the elevator got hung up with us in it, and then just stopped working all together.

Wonderful views, nice balcony, but the outside noise was loud and the parking was horrendous!! They need to set parking just for the hotel. Sharkys diners parked in all of the parking spaces. We won't be back because of the parking.

When I call to make reservation the reservation agent told me one price when she read me my confirmation she had entered the wrong date so when she put the right dates in it took the rate up and she wouldn’t adjust it. First of all the picture of this property on the Expedia app is deceptive. This hotel looks nothing like the picture displayed because if I had’ve seen the condition the hotel was in I never would’ve booked there. Let’s start off with the parking lot it’s too small and narrow and shared with a restaurant next door. The elevator is only big enough for about 3 ppl if u are using a cart with your belongings u barely can get the cart in the elevator. The pool was cloudy the entire time of my stay never was clear and blue it was a greenish color. The furniture in the room needs to be thrown in a dumpster. One of the chairs in my room looked of what it appeared to be a big semen stain on it. The sofa had stains all over it. I had to go to the front desk and get extra towels and sheets to cover the furniture. In general this is nothing more than a run down motel it needs renovation badly. It needs a good thorough cleaning pressure washing also painting. There was a lot of rust on fixtures. No complimentary ice machine on the property. To get ice u have to purchase out of the freezer for $7 what a joke. Lesson learned u get what u pay for. I don’t understand how the condos across the street stand to look at this eye sore. I won’t be back.

Property was average. View and access to the beach was wonderful. Accessibility to area attractions was great! The down side, beds were awful. They were hard, making for a horrible night of sleep. Blankets were extremely thin. Weird smell when you entered the room. Outside on balcony smelled of smoke and weed. Office was closed the whole time, so had to walk to the companies other property down the road to receive towels or toilet paper. (They did not check rooms daily)

It’s an older hotel so of course it’s not perfect but for the price it is a very nice stay ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody. Seeing the ocean off of the balcony is top tier.

We didn’t have a broom and kept having to find staff to replace towels. Parking was a nightmare next to the restaurants, but we made it work. There’s like two outlets in the whole room. Elevator was iffy at times so my kids weren’t thrilled. It half worked. Bathroom was clean! Bed were comfortable and the view out from the room was pretty.

I liked that the walk to the beach was closer than most hotels. I didn’t like the parking. People from Sharkys restaurant parks in the hotel parking lot. It’s hard find parking. My advice is go early to get parking. Oh and the main office was closed. I had drive to other location for toilet paper, towels and even pay at that location.

Clean spacious room with refrigerator and microwave. Excellent location with balcony overlooking beautiful beach and ocean.
Pleasant staff. Overall, very good value for money with a large, well maintained Pool, and Sharky's Restaurant and Bar which is a big plus, even though it makes parking a bit congested during peak hours. We will be back!
My only negative comment would be the elevator, which is rather slow and a little sketchy - needs servicing

Great Location,run down, priced right.

Bring your own sheets just incase theirs are not to your standards. Its on the beach with a view, but its run down. If it was priced higher I would never stay there. Good short beach trip on a budget. Was clean.

Great Location for a Beach Getaway!

This hotel is in the perfect location in PCB. It is flanked by restaurants on either side. Both restaurants have great beach views. The beach access for The Reef is the best! and the pool was always busy with younger families and children. The room is dated, but it's clean. Our bathroom had been newly renovated in the last few years and was very nice. We will be staying there again soon!

sorry didn’t really know what to expect but ceiling falling due to the AC leaking bug in the bed water on the floor is what we walked into

Should have stayed at a better hotel

Beds were falling in. No support up under them. Tv never worked or got fixed despite telling the front desk 5 or 6 times over the course of 2 days. Balcony door would not lock. Black mold was all over but had just been painted over. Bathtub was dirty when we got to the room. Only nice thing was the AC was very cold.
