There was still some garbage leftover from the last passenger and some food in the refrigerator. The aisle smells and the sound outside (probably AC engine) is too loud to fall asleep. The phone in the room doesn’t work.

Value for money. Breakfast was included which had a variety of items e.g. waffles, cereal, yogurt, omelets and sausages. However, the warmer didn't keep the hot food hot, it was lukewarm. Staff was friendly snd helpful.

I was a little disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in my King bed room, as was listed. The only remedy the hotel had was the option to move to a room with 2 double beds. The room was neat and clean, but in an other room that was family was staying in, the carpets were very dirty.

Expedia listed this hotel as having a hot tub, but it did not have one. I specifically chose this hotel over others in the area as my son requested a hotel with a hot tub. Quite the surprise when I asked about hot tub hours at the front desk when checking in only to be told that they don't have one! Very disappointing!

The bedsheet had stained on it, the couch was poorly managed, I got scratched on my side. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Breakfast had nothing left when I went at 9:30 when the time on weekends was 10am to close.
The only good thing is parking.

The chair, bathtub, and children’s high chair were extremely dirty. The sofa and the bed were not comfortable at all..I believe the word “comfort” in the hotel’s name is misleading; “dirty” would be more appropriate..

I stayed here on 4/1/26 and 4/4/26. The refurbished rooms are an improvement but not perfect, especially the shower. There's no place to put your soap, ie no soap dish and I think it needs another grab bar. Trish and Jen were very helpful and they'll do what they can to help you. Brkfst is ok, standard included brkfst fare and will save you $15 going out to eat. Pretty good restaraunt next door. If you eat there you get a $5.00 discount off whatever you order. If/when I return to London, ON I'll probably stay here because I know what I'm getting. It's also close to the freeway if that matters.

Their entrance system after hours is completely bogus. You have to ring a bell after hours and so when I arrived at 2am, rang the bell, and no ring, no staff, had to wait in the cold for 20+ mins. Why can’t they be a normal hotel and have card entrance available?

The actual room I had at this location was nowhere near what the photos made it out to look like. My stay at this location started out rocky when I checked in and found out that the room I had just moved my luggage into hadn't been cleaned yet after the previous visitor. The cleaning staff member who came to tidy up was irritated that I was in the unit before it was cleaned, then I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until she was done. The room and the building are somewhat rundown, but if you need a quick place to stay for a night or two, it would work. Besides the one cleaning staff member I interacted with, the rest of the employees were courteous/nice, and the location is close to all kinds of restaurants and a mall.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived for check-in after an 6.5 hour drive, staff wasn’t friendly, stairway access only to second floor rooms, updated room but the rest of the hotel feels rundown, loud guests in hallway throughout the night resulting in poor sleep.

Staff was very nice. Hard beds but very clean. Dated bathroom and more. Crappy breakfast with questionable meat sausages and water downed juices on our second morning. Smelled like cannabis late nigh Saturday feb 14th upon arrival from concert.

Should invest in frosted patio door or some sort of window block for the people living on ground floor. Looks like homeless/poor people homes with lots of disturbing scenes.

Light swith was caked with dirt and on and on. They moved us to a renovated room where the matress was harder than the floor and the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and bathtub. We had booked for 2 nights and left after the 1st. Been here many times but will never again.

Only one entrance out of 5. Room was at the far end of building. Came and clean sidewalks after 11pm at night!! No sofa in 1 bd when the room could accommodate one on either side. Couldn’t regulate the temp! Either no heat or too much. Room was redone and comfortable bed.

I’ve been a loyal Comfort Inn guest for many years and have always had great experiences at other locations, particularly in North Bay and St. Thomas. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the London location did not meet the same standard.

The room appeared quite rundown and not as clean as I’ve come to expect from this chain. There was visible dirt and grime on the light switches and lamps, and the shower was not in the best condition — I even found someone else’s hair. The toilet also did not appear very clean. I’ve attached a photo for reference.

The complimentary coffee station was disappointing as well — the area looked dirty, and the machine was out of order. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; the mattress was very thin, and I could feel the springs poking through.

One of the main reasons I choose Comfort Inn is because of the breakfast, which I’ve always enjoyed in the past. However, this time I was let down. Breakfast was advertised from 6–9 a.m., but when I arrived around 8:10, the waffle mix had already been taken away, the coffee was empty, and there was only one sausage patty left. While there were still eggs, cereal, toast, yogurt, and muffins available, I was disappointed since waffle

Staff were extremely kind and upgraded us to the newly renovated rooms upon inquiry. They have plenty of amenities and are willing to provide extra. The breakfast was a simple yet nourishing one and extremely appreciated. The rooms are clean. There is a faint smell of smoke here and there and the ac was not working in our room but it wasnt that bad. Overall would come again! The staffs kindness made it much more enjoyable.
