This was my second stay at London Inn Motel. The location is okay and the room condition was acceptable, but I had a serious issue with the security deposit, which has still not been resolved.
The motel charges a 200 deposit. During my first stay in November, 200 was deducted from my account. I waited almost one month, but the money was never credited back. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it was only an authorization and to contact my bank. After checking with my bank multiple times, they confirmed that the amount was fully deducted and never returned.
During my recent second stay, I spoke directly with the manager and showed him my bank statements proving the money was not credited back. After checkout, I again contacted my bank, and they confirmed no refund was received. When I called the hotel, I was asked to call after 5 PM. When I did, the manager was very rude and claimed that the money had been deposited the previous day—nearly three months later.
I asked for a receipt or proof of refund, which my bank specifically requested, but the hotel refused to provide any documentation. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. The manager did not cooperate at all in resolving this issue.
I am still waiting for written proof or confirmation that the $200 deposit was refunded. This experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. I would strongly advise future guests to be very careful with the deposit and to keep all records if staying here.

This is not an motel for a family. There was a lot homeless people and drug addicts in the area. It is okay for night stay , you get what you pay for. I recommend spending an extra $70 a night and get a good hotel.

Room is definitely not clean. There's hair in here that was here when we arrived and I don't think that it is splitting any part of the fee for the night. There's strange holes in the sheet, there's also no fitted sheet just in their flat sheet. Clearly people have smoked in here. I don't know what's nearby. I know nothing about the shops nearby but it is London so I assume there's something. Parking was fine.

There was nothing good about my stay here. It is absolutely my worse experience at a hotel/ inn. All the rooms are DIRTY. It took 3 TIMES before finding a decent enough room that didnt smell mouldy or like smoke and it was STILL DIRTY! All the sheets on the bed are very old with tears and stains. Two beds had white stuck on excrement on them and a brown/red stain. I am not sure if it food or bodily fluids but they're all disgusting. I booked for a king bed and ended up sleeping on a double/ queen bed. The walls are nasty and so are the washrooms. The toilets aren't cleaned properly, one room had no towels and damaged shower curtain another room had towels but no curtain and the last room had a dirty ring around the toilet. The walls and curtains are stained with brownish type of splatter and I'm not sure what it is. The headboard of the bed has dried up dripping liquid that looks like bodily fluid. I was looking to extended my stay for an additional day while checking in, but after encountering these issues, I've decided to cut my trip short and go home. I slept on a sleeping bag I had in my car from my camping trip and with a blanket I keep in my car for emergencies and park visits with my kids. I didn't sleep well. taxes they said the room would cost an additional $130 and that is TOOO EXPENSIVE for this type of hotel. Its more like a hostel that should charge $25 a night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WANT A REFUND! EWWW!!

Was a little out of the way for the event but so was every other hotel at that price so that’s just how it’s gonna be! The hotel itself is old. It needs a lot of upgrading. The room was clean for what it was. We saw no bugs, and the staff was amazingly friendly. Outside at night can be a little sketchy.

Overall a decent room and stay. The property is a former Howard Johnson's, fairly tired in furnishing and decor, and wanting in renovation and updating. However, it is clean and convenient, and I'd stay again. The air conditioning wasn't working in the first room they gave me, but the nice lady at reception moved me immediately which I appreciated.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and im an frequent traveler. Upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman who performed a friendly and quick check-in.The rest is downhill... got to our room and the bathroom sink was located directly at the front door. On the other side of the wall was a bathtub and toilet, so squished that if you misstep getting out of the shower, you would land directly in the toilet. Tried to get some work done on my laptop and the internet connection was so slow, it took almost 15 minutes just to ipen the internet. Then the TV would not let me connwct to any pf my third party providers such as Prime or Netflix. The connection was so bad it would open a program and lag trying to load forever, forcing me to reatart everytime be ause it would freeze. After calling the front deak swvwral times i was tild the TVs were too new for the internet connwction. Overall our stay was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean with clean towels and sheets. However, there was some garbage and dust bunnies under the bed.The bed was quite squeaky but I slept alright. The hotel was mostly quiet and I appreciated that they were dog friendly at a more reasonable price than comparables. I would stay again.
