It's a great location. Very clean and very friendly staff. The pool was great. No gym unfortunately. Free morning coffee was perfect. Definitely worth it for the price point.

This is a motel that really run through, yes it’s cheaper compared to others in the area but looking at the condition of the hotel, and how bad it is! It should be even more cheaper! If you need a place to sleep and leave in the morning then go ahead, otherwise look for another option.

Pool was clean salt water great temperature and open late until 10pm. No hot tub. Room was very clean and equipped as described. Beds and pillows are lower quality but it did the job for a one night stay. We booked based on low price, pool and located right close to our plans of a great dinner and shopping.

It was AWFUL!!!! Room smelt like black mold, beds made me itchy , 3 light switches were broken, TV didn’t work, the remote for tv was missing a button, I have 2 small children I had with me they can’t be in that. When I told the staff the issues the one girl was VERY rude. Only stayed for an hour then checked out and went and stayed at the stay bridge. When I went back the next morning to get my refund they only wanted to give me 50% because of “ damage to reputation” because while we were arguing for our refund the night before someone came in seen how they were treating us and left. I told them it wasn’t our fault they walked in to check in and walked back out. They did end up giving full refund but I do NOT recommend this motel to anyone !!!

This hotel should be closed down, elevator was broken wich caused us to take the stairs. Half the lights in the pool area didn't work. Vending machines were out of order. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. The elevator that did work had duct tape holding pcs together. The room ceiling looked to be leaking. light swiched in bathroom were broken. Beside the bed looked like vomit not cleaned up. I will never return to this motel6 ever again

I have a suggestion when you have an accessible room please ensure the room is fully accessible. The door to the room was difficult to open and close for that matter. Toilet seat was very low but did have the appropriate grab bars. No coffee or tea in the room?

Room was pretty beat up, lock barely hanging on, kind of expected so i wasn’t too bummed about that, you get what u pay for. What upset me was the people in the room beside us screaming and slamming stuff, smoking in the room to the point it was drafting into my room, arguing about drugs, there were about 5 people that kept coming and going, from when I checked in at 1 pm up until 2 IN THE MORNING. The front desk said they kept getting complaints and they “gave them a warning”, yet they did absolutely nothing and seemingly didn't care, told me to call the cops if stuff got out of hand, is it not the managers job to keep things in order and look out for the safety of guests? I suppose not here, i would've had a better stay at a homeless shelter if I'm being honest. The manager just gave a blank stare with a dumb look on his face, didn't care at all. Don't stay here, the super 7 up the street is leagues better for the same price. The front desk staff were very nice and tried their best, but i put full blame on management for my terrible stay. I would love a partial if not full refund

The smell is bad, it’s not clean there, i barely used the washroom because its really dirty. Remote is missing the bedsheets smell bad. The elevator is not safe as the buttons are not working properly and they I don’t see their elevator license which supposed to be displayed LEGALLY. The staff however is nice but the hotel generally was not.

Asked for second key and it didn't work fortunately, Security was doing rounds and used his master key to open our door. I found nothing unique average hotel,staff were friendly upon arrival and easy to work with although morning staff must of needed coffee, dangerous electrical issues that could cause fire if not watched carefully, property outside was clean and cleared of snow very quickly and as it fell.overall if i were to rate it out of 10 it would be around a 7 out of 10

The entire hotel seemed like it was in disrepair. We had booked 3 nights but left after the first night as it was dirty, noisey and the smell of smoke and weed was unbearable. The door to the room didnt fit the jam and there was a 1/4inch gap and you could see into the hallway, the bathroom door was held on with scotch tape, the heat didnt work in one of the rooms we were in and wouldnt shut off in the next room we were in. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience and we couldnt wait to leave!

The hotel has been neglected over the years. It needs some serious renovations. A coat of paint would go a long way here. There were so many stains on the walls. There were cigarette burn marks in the counter, cuts in the desk, wonky light (goes on and off by itself), damaged baseboards. Pulling the door behind you didn’t lock it. You had to jiggle the handle a certain way. The gaps around the door were significant. We joked that it was our night light. I believe this is a fire code violation.

I’ve stayed at this property at least 40 times in the last decade while travelling the 401 corridor for business and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s not five-star, but you definitely get what you pay for: clean room, clean shower with good water pressure and ample hot water, excellent customer service. It’s an easy choice for me for an economy stay.

The hallways need some TLC. The elevator felt like it needed some TLC. The buttons stick. The room was good. Clean. Non smoking 🚭 which was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed that i have ever slept in. Staff were very nice and curteous.
