Brand new hotel, rooms were clean and had everything you needed (including a safe in the room and a steamer instead of an iron), really liked the heated floors in the bathroom and complimentary slippers. The dimmable lights in the room were an added bonus.

We had a last minute stay at the Hark Rock Hotel in London. The lobby was clean and smells amazing. The pool was nice. The outdoor pool connects to the indoors. Could be nice in the summer, but the water was a bit too cold for the winter. Definitely bring your key card when going in the hot tub as I didn't bring one and got locked out. Had to knock on the door for someone to open it. The rooms were clean and facilities looks brand new. Parking was free.

Better than I expected. Good wait rooms, very clean, fresh feeling! Cute market inside the hotel, along with a Starbucks, restaurants, deli, am a museum. You don’t even need to leave the hotel. Love the areas that were preserved from the original Kellogg’s factory. And they have a cute “dive bar,” that’s a part of the hotel in the back with amazing food and service…

This is a wonderful place and those wanting a high energy, fun and beautiful vibe. Room is amazing regardless but venue is not for meant for a calm peaceful getaway. But that as my oversight, the hotel is transparent in its offerings!

We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in London, ON and were very disappointed with our experience. We chose this hotel specifically for a staycation, with the main draw being the indoor outdoor pool for our 9-month-old.
Unfortunately, the pool was not heated and was far too cold to use, making it completely unusable for us. This was the primary reason we booked the hotel, so it was a major letdown.
Additionally, our room was located right next to the train tracks. Trains passed multiple times during the night and woke our baby on more than one occasion, which made it very difficult to rest.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and was not worth the cost. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

Short staffed resulting in poor and slow service. Could not order food over the phone as no one answering and after going down to order, they called after an hour and told us they are still behind and need another 45 minutes. Upon arriving, check in was very slow and we could not use the pool in the morning before checking out as they were doing maintenance on a Monday morning. We came one night for an event and stayed there because there was a heated pool we were hoping to use before checking out in the morning. Last bathroom have no hooks to hang towels or clothes..if hotel want to save on towels and have people use it more than once, they need to provide a place to hang it.
