The person who checked us in, called Joseph was very rude and condescending and snotty. When our air conditioner wasn’t working correctly in our room and our television continually going out and saying no service, I did not call the front desk because I did not want to deal with that person again.
Won’t return and will not recommend to other people. My entire family of 12 all had rooms with you this week and won’t be returning.

On the hotel . Com website it is breakfast included but they charge and nowhere on the hotel . Com charge for dogs at the hotel they charge me 50 dollars per night I didn’t know if I did I would’ve not gotten the hotel .

Our stay was okay, we stayed for 5 days at Holiday Inn. Checking in was easy but as soon as we entered our room their was a horrible smell like rotten fish we called house keeping & the lady checked the fridge and there was blood inside the fridge… luckily we got to change rooms which we appreciate but later on during our stay our key cards were not working so we had to go get new cards. Other then that we were comfortable staying there short walking distance to the park which we loved.

The hotel charges $50.00 for early check in even though there are many clean rooms available. Parking is $34.00. They keep the $100 deposit for 5 days before returning it. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

This Hotel is not as great as expected. We reserved 3 rooms and 1 room was infested with bed bugs. So I asked to get another room that night but I wasn't able to get one due to fully booked. So All my kids had to sleep together in another room. So next day they had 1 room available. I asked them fully check and clean the other rooms we were staying. They didn't offer any discount for that 1 night. The hotel is not very clean. Staff is so unfriendly except the Manager. Also their breakfast is not free. It's $21.99 per adults. With this experience, I won't booked another time with them in the future.

I like that it was in walking distance to Disneyland, the floors carpet elevator a mess tub dripped The $30 breakfast was buffet style I would had rather they called it Continental Breakfast waiter on second day extremely rude reservation the$30 for two guest with child was included so first day I covered 4 extra family members, not a problem the second day waiter running to my table yelling you have to pay for extra person I said ok not a problem but he kept making it one. When I arrived room door was opened I checked it out , unpacked car making w trips now key card stopped working Keep in mind I'm traveling with disabled niece and a 5 year old grandboy so I walk back to desk get new door key get back it's not working. Go back again still not working. Return again this time it works. Not too mention parking cost $35.00 a night ,towels little stiff

First off I DID not like that building 4’s door that was “supposed” to be auto locked was broken and was never locked. I did not feel safe with a door unlocked for anyone to come in our building. 2: I did not like that our ac unit every-time we left for the park would raise to 80 degrees making our hotel hot as hell when we came back from the park. I even called the front office to complain and ask for help to get our room cooler and stay cooler and they could car-less and did not help with our issue.
3: the parking lot was completely filthy with food trash all over the ground. The grounds looked terrible! I have never stayed here and booked based off reviews and I was HIGHLY disappointed! We usually stay at Anaheim majestic hotel or desert palms hotel and suites and I regret not staying there. We will not ever stay here again.

My room had hair everywhere; the bed, the tub, the bathroom door. The lamps were dusty and the one by the bed had a blue feather hanging from it. The furniture is from the 70’s. The vent in the bathroom sounds like a helicopter landing. The shower is extremely hard to turn on. The hallways have patchy white paint. The rooms have carpet and there’s no wooden slab to block underneath the bed. When I told the staff there was hair in my bed that was not mine and asked for accommodations or a renovated room because I have an infant, they said they can “try to have the room serviced the following day” and “they are just a 3 star hotel” I asked for my sheets to at least be changed that day and they sent housekeeping who handed me one top sheet and said have a good night leaving me to change the sheets myself. The next day they did not change the bedding so the entire stay they never changed the bedding. They’ll come in and throw trash away and give toilet paper. That’s it. If I had the money I would’ve left the first night & went elsewhere worst experience I’ve had a hotel ever.

It was an ok stay. Price was decent. Close enough to Disneyland but damn, the staff weren’t nice. As a seasoned traveler, I felt like I was a bother. Idk if it’s the new generation of staff or the knowledge of customer service, which I think they need training for. I was asked “What is it that you want?”
No smiles when approached at the desk. The only staff that was nice and customer service inclined was the lady assigned at the bar/restaurant on Saturday night of May 30th. That’s all.

Room was clean, a little outdated but no issues. The walk was about 20 minutes to the entrance to Disney resort, through downtown Disney. Our toddler loved the splashpad play area, and the pool was heated. Additionally they were separated so I didn't have to worry about my toddler playing at the splash pad and falling in the pool. (2 separately fenced areas).

Definitely will be back, the location was perfect (if traveling for Disneyland) The staff were incredibly helpful. One thing I will say is when booking through the site it asked if I wanted to add the Buffett for 34 a day but the pricing there is 21 and kids 11 and under eat free (2 per paying adult) Definitely recommend just paying for buffet on site.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. From the moment we got there, we had problems after problems with our room keys. No matter what, they blamed it on us. They said that they weren't very good keys, that cards, phones and water make them stop working, that the side gates make them stop working, that the pool gates make them stop working, etc.
Every interaction with the staff was negative. They were rude, talked to us like they did not care, and would make inappropriate comments like \"I know, we just suck.\"
The breakfast was more cold than warm. I notified a worker that they were out of cups for the juice. They provided me with a single disposable cup for me and my 2 children to share..
Our sheets were dirty, towels were not replaced, someone came into our room, despite our do not disturb sign being on one of the days--we were in the room.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There is another hotel right next door.

The front desk was very rude and not willing to help with the situation in hand. They stated that these are queen size beds, and they are very comfortable and they are not. The bathroom was dated and very small and the room was very noisy and somebody was trying to break in to our room and security lacks in this hotel. The breakfast is not even worth buying and they only give you two when you book your room if you pay for the breakfast.

I typically stay at this property on my trips to the area. This time I was severely disappointed in my experience. Staff at check in we're unprofessional, loud, and rude to not just myself, but 4 other customers that were trying to get assistance during check in. The room itself was also disappointing as our door had issues opening everytime, the air conditioner barely worked (it wasn't even hot outside but we couldn't get the room below 72 degrees, 69 is the average we keep it on, I've never had trouble before or anywhere else), the bathroom had mold spots on the ceiling, the tub leaked constantly (we hadn't even run it or used the shower yet, but it was consistently dripping and audible), the shelf/structure that held the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was broken and trying to use the bottles caused them to fall off the wall, and in doing that, all the bottles were marked for 10/05/2025, so just interested to know how frequently those are expected to be changed or cleaned.

Though I love the location of the property, this stay over all was heavily disappointing and I'm not sure I'd make a return to it again.

The image showed a splash pad play area, but they dont have that they have a pool and hot tub now. But we loved it regardless and actually more then we would've like the splash park. Super close to disney, made the trip easier and lots of fun. We had a rental car, and they did make us do a 100 deposit, and pay 35 for parking at the hotel. The extra fees wernt stated when I made the reservations online and paid, so I think its important people know so they bring enough money. The food from the restruant downstairs was amazing, doordash also delivers to your door. Had a nice shopping area downstairs in lobby to buy food, drinks, stuffed animals, and more. Kinda pricey but good size and quality items.
I will say our room only had one available plug in open which wasnt near any bed which was difficult but we managed.

Conveniently located near Disneyland. Staff was helpful to accommodate a room change for late check-in and early check-out. Room was generally clean, bathroom outdated, nice toiletries. Great price!
Main downsides were the fridge didn’t work so it ruined our food and bathroom floor was not clean- had hair on the bathroom floor when we first checked in :(
Might stay again if these issues were addressed but we were on a tight schedule and weren’t able to make changes.

I tried to avoid checking in at the exact time. Reason for that is because I know how long it can take to check in with other people there also. So i decided to check in 20 minutes before. They said the room wasn’t ready. So I waited until 4. I came back a few minutes later just to be told I did not have my Suite anymore, it’s been taken… so I was down graded to a smaller room but they offered “free parking” which didn’t really help make the stay better. During breakfast there was a lot of rude and obnoxious staff workers. Every one of them were Hispanic, had attitude all the time. I would ask for something they’d just say “I don’t know” did NOT want to help. I tried to make my stay there as happy and polite as possible. Over all, I won’t go back, some people also weren’t happy, some I spoke too but this is my review.

We booked this hotel for my 30th birthday because it had excellent reviews and was conveniently located near Disney. However, when we arrived, the pictures on the booking website showed different furniture than what we actually received. Apparently, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which explained the lack of comfort.

To make matters worse, I had booked a week-long stay, and during that time, building three of the hotel was scheduled for maintenance. I understand that this was not the fault of the staff, but it still caused inconvenience. I had booked a king suite so that my brother could use the couch, as I was still breastfeeding and needed some privacy. Unfortunately, due to the maintenance work, we had to move rooms and were downgraded to a two-queen room. I didn’t feel like we received any understanding from them because the only compensation they offered was for breakfast.

The beds in the two-queen room were not comfortable, and the overall experience was quite disappointing.

I’ve attached two photos. One shows us filling our pack and play and hauling it to another room at 10:30 p.m. The other shows us squished into a smaller room.

Ok…. I can not take away the amazing front desk clerks on arrival and departure. (Check in staff was more helpful and amazing though) :-) However, they are most definitely in need of upgrades… the fact that they can charge the prices they do is only because Disney is not far and it’s more “financially feasible” for a family of three+.. we did get upgraded to a “StarWars” room. It was mostly just posters and stickers on the doors and walls. We appreciated it because it was more room for three toddlers. Pool and hot tub was good and the separate kids sprinkler area was a good time for the kids. Again, staff amazing, Building, rooms, and hallways need major upgrades.

Room was okay, The bath faucet needs repair. We had to yank it to have it work, but even then it was tricky to get good temperature water. Furniture was almost broken or stuck. The building door was broken and our key kept stop working so we had to go to the front desk several times to switch it out to get in the building or room. The pool and water play area was nice for the kids. Breakfast food was decent, the staff was mixed, It was whether really nice staff or workers that were there to just do their job.

Staff has no customer service, especially the night manager. The pictures look nothing like the inside of the hotel. It looks like the walls have water damage all throughout the hallways, wall paper is coming off. The cleanliness is not there, stuff stuck and smeared all over the walls. The maids always took the towels but never replenished them. Only one elevator that is loud and noisy that you can hear in your room if you’re close to it. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t care about cleanliness. Only thing is it’s in good location to disneyland

The halls (walls, carpet, baseboards, and elevators) were in rough condition. There was remodeling going on during our stay so perhaps it will be improved but I wouldn't give it another chance unless I toured before booking.

Upon my arrival I was checked in by a male employee at the front desk. he seemed disinterested and over his day. The room was mediocre. The thermostat in my room was temperamental and I was surprised to find out that beds are not made daily nor are you given new sheets each day as this is a \"request\". I was not informed this upon my reservation. I would not recommend this hotel.

The check it was smooth however they did not have my reservation with 2queen beds available so they were able to accommodate me with a king bed and 2 complementary breakfast buffets …
