We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good selection. A little noise from trains passing below (we were on the north side of the building) but they do not sound their horn at road crossings.
Room was clean but needed maintenance. The desk chairs were torn, the barn door to the bedroom would not close (one half fixed in place), the bathroom fan was loud and sounded like it was falling apart, bathroom wall had many chips out of outside corner. Carpet in halls was worn.

We ended up getting stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes, nobody at the front desk answered the help button or acknowledged the alarm ringing. We went to London to watch the pbr show and ended up missing the whole beginning and missing our dinner reservations. Only got help when we heard a couple talking outside of the elevator and we told them we were stuck through the door and they said they would go let the front desk know. It was extremely hot in the elevator after about 15 minutes and one of the people with us was claustrophobic. When we finally got out, the hotel manager assured our rooms and and parking would be comped no problem. Great. Then when we were checking out I had asked the lady at the front desk to ensure we would not be charged and she said she was unable to do anything because it was booked through expedia. Obviously the elevator getting stuck was not the hotels fault but what bothered me was the fact that it took over 15 minutes to get a hold of the hotel staff, were told our stay would be covered and then it wasn’t.

Staff was ill-inforned and rude. When I checked in the person at the front desk told me breakfast was until 10:30 am. When I came down at 10 the staff was tearing down breakfast. I asked the staff if they could give me 5 minutes to get some breakfast. One woman helped out but the other one unplugged the toaster while I was using it. When I went to the front desk, the clerk laughed as if my complaint was a joke. I will not be returning.

Checkin was fast and we were up to a beautiful suite in no time. We had two queens and they were very comfortable. There were three pillows on each bed and to my surprise they were of different softness so you could pick the type of pillow you were used to. Never had that sort of choice. Breakfast was ample. Apart from a toaster, all of the choices were cold which is all right. They had gluten free bread for those with allergies which was a nice change. Underground parking meant that we could leave our car and walk to the various places we had to go. Overall a great stay.

There was dog hair on the tables from past guest. The face cloths had black hand prints on them. The free breakfest is muffins, bagels and sandwich meat dry cereal .. Very poor service at front counter when checking in.

Room was exactly as shown on the website. Very clean, nice and updated. Staff I spoke to were all very friendly and helpful (note the ice machine & water bottle fillers are on the 3rd & 12th floors). Parking is underground. Great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving to our room, we immediately discovered that the heat is not working in the room and the temperature was 18°C. Front desk advise that I tried to troubleshoot the issue by resetting or as a last option change rooms. After packing up my family of four to change rooms we were then moved to a room one floor above. Opening our door we unknowingly woke up a chorus of dogs only to realize that our floor was pet permitting. This also included the room that we were switched to that had animal marks all over the floor and furniture. When trying to call down, we quickly discovered that the phone was not working and I had to go into a second room change. Once settled in our room we spent the rest of our day there where the amenities were at best subpar I’ve stayed at park place hotel for several spring hockey tournaments but will not be returning to this hotel in the foreseeable future. It is worth noting that the parking is definitely overpriced and the so-called complementary breakfast didn’t contain a single prepared breakfast item travellers would appreciate.

Bathroom corners were a little dirty. Overall the whole room was nice. It was great to have the option to close the bedroom/bed from the living room as there were two of us staying. I did also enjoy the separation from the bathroom and the sink. Mini fridge was a little smaller than thought. Gym was a nice addition as well.

Breakfast was a little sad as the protein options for meet were cold deli slice but we made do.

We stayed here for a long weekend, and were pleased with everything. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had good amenities. Breakfast was a good assortment of options. The location is walkable distance to many restaurants, shops, etc., so we walked most to dinner every night. Jack Astor's (restaurant) on the corner was good, but we greatly disliked Chuck's Roadside grill.

Nice hotel in a central location. Extremely loud on Saturday nights as there are bars nearby that play music late. Parking is really high at $32/ night. Breakfast is just the basics - breads, spreads, salami and cheeses , two cereal options, instant oatmeal, yogurt ect. Nothing hot, but good for a quick bite before starting the day

I found the rooms not overly inviting. The bed was comfortable with food quality sheets. The pillow were not comfortable. The shower head was pulled out of the wall and it took forever for the water to heat up. I didn't realize my room was going to be close to the train which was annoying when trying to sleep. I love the recycling box under the sink. I would stay again. One minor thing. Breakfast being served at 7 is late when you have to be somewhere for work by 730. 630 would be better. Great customer service, great area for convenience. I was a bit shocked to see I was charged a third party booking fee. Seems like when you are trying to save money and get the best rate, you end up paying for it in the end. It's a bit misleading when booking online through a third party, but i did call the hotel, and had that been mentioned on the phone I would have just booked it then through the front desk clerk.

The room was clean but needed a fresh coat of paint to cover paint chips in the walls. The bathroom door need a good washing to remove spots. The bathroom needed new chalking. The breakfast even though continental was definitely minimal compared to other hotels. The staff only greeted us as we walked through the lobby after we spoke to them. The parking was great. The bed frame stuck out into the bathroom doorway so that it was a hazard especially at night.

The room was spectacular! The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was not what we were expecting; the photos show a waffle maker and hot contacts that would have eggs, meat, hash browns, etc. There were bagels and some pastries. Meat and cheese sitting out… didn’t look fantastic. Good selection just not what the pictures show. Otherwise was a very enjoyable place, rooms are amazing, very spacious, loved that you could close the door between the living room and bedroom!

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. I checked in on April 4th, 2026, between 10:30 to10:45 PM. When we arrived, the staff member was in the back room on her phone and asked us to wait. Shortly after, she came to the front desk and completed our checkin without issue.

Unfortunately, things changed when we requested two additional towels, as the room only had two. The staff member became noticeably aggressive and condescending toward my wife. With a raised tone and wide eyes, she questioned, “Why do you need two more towels?” We explained that our four year old daughter and mother inlaw were also staying with us.

She responded sharply, “You only booked for two adults.” At that point, I stepped in to de escalate the situation and clarified that it was likely an honest mistake in the booking, and that we were more than willing to pay any additional charges if needed.

Instead of resolving the matter professionally, she walked into the staff room, returned with two towels, dropped them on the counter, and rolled her eyes as she walked away.

This interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessary, and it significantly impacted what would have otherwise been a straightforward stay.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have been very pleased but our last stay was less than remarkable. The bed sagged, the shower pressure was poor, and it was not as clean as I would like it to have been. The staff is generally friendly and helpful but this last time the gentleman at the desk was standoffish and acted as if it was a burden to answer questions and provide us with more towels. If this had been our first visit I would not be back.

Yes, we shared our concerns about the room and was told there was nothing to be done.

The parking lot was spacious and easy to use. We did not eat breakfast so we cannot comment on the food quality. The only issue was we were awoken in the early morning hours with loud banging across the hall when another guest was locked out of his room. Otherwise the room was very spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent.

The heater w very loud when it kicked on and off. The sink was plugged and it took a long time too geyt hot water to sink and shower. Also, i booked this hotel theough hotels.com and when checking out the hotel charged me a 3rd party bookg fee of $14.95 plus tax per day. I have never been charged this by any other hotel and i uae hotels.com regularly. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Parkig was also exxxpesive at $32 plus tax per day. Becaus of the nickel and diming by the hotel i will not be staying here again. Not happy!

Spoke with a few staff on the phone and they seemed frustrated when requesting early check in. Early check in is a “call on the day to see” but the message could’ve been delivered in a better way.

Would stay again, but would track the price better to see if there’s a lower rate.

From the moment we arrived to secure our room, i knew that our stay was going to be more than we expected. The attendant on the front desk was professional , engaging and made me feel like I was visiting a beloved friend. That set the tone for our visit.
The room was a welcomed surprise. Everything was well thought out and appointed.
Since we were in the city to attend a medical appointment at St. Josephs Hospital the complimentary breakfast was so very welcomed. The later check out time of 12 oclock afforded us the flexibility of returning to the room and resetting before beginning our journey back to Windsor.
