I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. Tha magical show very good and the live music also good. We had enough of the staff entertainment throught out the day wasnt necessary also the night. Will never go back years ago i went and it was brilliant gone down a lot.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of October 2018. The hotel was still very busy and the weather was still hot. I wouldn’t consider the hotel a 4* star, more like a 3*, but we enjoyed it. The room was a good size for the 3 of us and had 2 double beds which was good. The bath tub was very big and the balcony is a nice extra. The location can not be faulted; if you walk out the back door you are straight on the beach. The pool area was very big and was quite busy with entertainment but it was all in Spanish so we could not participate. The food was average; typical of a Spanish resort. Only downside was the restaurant was very busy. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would not like to stay for longer than 2 days.

L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel a été très apprécié. L'accès à la mer en 2mn à pied, impeccable. La chambre très spacieuse.

Luego comentar tambien sobre el mal protocolo sanitario anti covid, servicio de restaurante con poca o ninguna medida de seguridad.

nous avons séjourner a l hôtel ou l extérieur est magnifique , doter d un 4 étoiles qui je pense sont filantes , car arriver a l intérieur nous avons pu constater que le personnel ne parlait aucunement français .a peine arrivée que nous étions déjà dépouiller de la totalité du séjour soit 1387 euros mais la surprise fut a l étage lorsque nous avons découvert notre chambre . la salle de bain vétuste , le robinet qui coulait en continu, la poubelle en osier toute cassée , lavabo bouché. nous avons découvert notre terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer , mais la vitre garde corps du balcon toute brisée . nous devions avoir une télé écran plat avec toute les chaines comme mentionnée sur le site , a la place une télé 15 pouces des années 80 de marque grundig avec7 chaines espagnoles . quand nous sommes descendu a l accueil pour demander un changement de télé , ils nous ont dis quils allait régler le souci , ils nous ont fais poireauter 2 jours comme ça pour qu au final , ils nous disent quils ne peuvent rien faire .dans aucune chambre ils n y a de télé écran plat

En la habitación, ha destacar la amplitud de la misma y a mejorar el silencio, el ruido de la nevera y el aire acondicionado era molesto.

Excelente ubicación enfrente de la playa, con un paseo hacia el puerto. El personal tanto de restauración como de barra trabajan sin parar para que no esperes en ubicarte en mesa, comida aceptable de buffet, excepto salsa carbonara que no sabia a nada. El personal de animación un grupo de chicos jóvenes (Lorena, jose espero no equivocarme en sus nombres..) que dan todo su entusiasmo en animar la estancia. Habitaciones y baño amplias, el colchón bastante cómodo, quizá por poner una pega los muebles aunque no están mal una pasadita mejoraría mucho su aspecto. TV plana de 42 pulgadas por lo menos en mi habitación. Las chicas de recepción muy majas y agradables. Las instalaciones de piscina .. bastante bien lo único aconsejo que se lleven escarpines dado que las playas son de grijo y a los que no estamos acostumbrados es algo incomodo. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme sin problema en este hotel.

Nuestra estancía ha sido agradable, la comida aceptable con falta de variedad y cantidad de pescado y una pega muy gorda es que o te bajas a las 8 a reservarte una hamaca o no coges una, ya que no son suficientes y la gente las deja pilladas todo el día, es un tema que debería controlarse.

El aire acondicionado de las zonas comunes es pésimo y el estado de los ascensores también.
