In town for a family get together, I stayed at the Eventhotel Pyramide because it was the chosen hotel by other family members.

The quality of the establishment was adequate, from cleanliness to quality of food.

However my issues range from impolite staff at the bar/restaurant to also unclear or false information at the time of booking.

The resort boasts an airport shuttle, yet when requesting transportation for my flight, I was told they do not transfer 1 passenger at a time. They would call a taxi which would be at my own expense. I was told, too bad. The employee said he was empathetic to my cause, and when showed the booking information, he clearly agreed with my point, but said he was not authorized to send me by shutttle at the hotel’s expense.
The added cost would have totally changed my place of stay.

Clearly not what was advertised.

As for the impoliteness of the bar/restaurant staff. The two men working last night were extremely impolite and ruse with many guests, not myself. I overheard them at certain occasions yelling at patrons. Telling them just to leave rather than staying for drinks or dinner. Absolutely unacceptable for someone working in the hospitality industry. Shame on them.

The staff were freindly and helpful, our roo. Was large, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. The hotel was on the outskirts of Vienna ehich is normally serviced by a direct train and easy to get to, unfortunatelythere were works on the line duringour stay, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. Its opposite a large shopping park that is on foot. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Very nice hotel , staff friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable, the restaurant is limited, but the food is reasonably priced and very tasty ( didn’t have breakfast) the only thing that let it down was the non existent air conditioning, it is just a fan , it doesn’t cool the air at all . The pool area both indoor and outdoor is lovely, very relaxing. I will definitely return, but maybe not in high summer due to the non existent air con

The pool was very unique and pretty. Unfortunately we didn't have a long enough stay to use it. If we ever spend time near Vienna, we'd definitely go back there. It is easy to get to from the highway and the train station was a short walk from the hotel and it went straight to downtown Vienna.

They do not have an operating restaurant.

Their restaurant was not open which was not indicates anywhere. That was one of the main reasons to book a room there to have a proper nice dinner without going anywhere, but we were told to go to a shopping centre.

The female staff were arrogant unlike the male staffs. She was not helpful. Her attitude and explanations when we checked in were as if she were not be bothered attitude. The female staff gave stupid remark when my son’s room key did not work. Her words were she sees my son more than her mum. The hotel should mention that there are a lot of pickpockets in the lobby and my friend’s handbag were stolen. And the female staff did not offer help at all when my friend’s handbag was stolen.

Suited our needs.

We needed an overnight stay after an early evening flight into Vienna before travelling to the Alps and not wanting to stay in the city itself. The Eventhotel Pyramide was just what we were looking for, half an hour’s easy drive from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a meal in the evening which was good and the breakfast buffet was very good with a wide choice on offer.
All in all a very good hotel for a short stay before travelling on elsewhere, recommended.

Overall a clean, tidy and well laid out Hotel. Some signs in some areas looking a little tired and either requiring a lick of paint or wall paper. WiFI signal is good in most places but be warned some bedrooms lack a decent signal. The Conference centre 'pyramid' needs the ceiling cleaners in as its clear there are areas that don't get reached very often. Staff are friendly. Bedrooms are clean. There is free car parking which involves a 5 minute walk to 'P4'.. the nearest car park costs.. a lot! €15 / day which is a rip off. Tram service to the city centre is frequent but does take a little time to understand the info. Hotel is right next to the largest shopping centre in Vienna but be warned that it shuts at 7pm and closed on Sunday. There are a couple of restaurants within the complex that stay open later. On the whole though, an enjoyable week!

1. Non smoking floor smelled of smoke.
2. Parking was $25/day unless you walked 400 meters behind the hotel to a remote and dark lot.
3. Staff was very friendly and gave us a good room (albeit smoky).
4. Quiet and clean with old furnishings.

Big and good hotel, specially if you go for events

Good and big hotel, with free parking zone and about 30 min from Viena.
Good hotel specially for groups and if you go for an event in the Vosendor o Ebreichsdorf.
Hotel has a very nice indoor pool (beatiful area) and humidity zone and exterior pool too.
Reception and hall is very big and animated place for nights.
Our room for three people, was very comfortable and big and the bathroom spacious. It has a cafe maker but coffee must be requiered at the reception.

The beds were really bad and gave me a very bad backache.
The location also is pretty far from the city..Should look at other options

Hotel situated by a large modern Mall and adjacent to Metro line which can take you anywhere. Great cab service as well right on site. Main building fairly well kept. Surrounding grounds in disrepair. Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. We got a suite and loved the spacious room. A king bed would have been nicer - had two twins put together with separate sheets and comforters. Wifi in lobby only. Great breakfast buffet and very reasonable.

The matrasses are hard, the pillows are so thin, when I woke up, I was so tired. Parking by the hotel is empty and cost 15euros, but the free parking is 200m forward. Can't see the difference why they charge 15euros for hotel guests.
Breakfast is 15euros per person. Too expensive. We just had a coffee for 30euros. No comment
Awful customer service- very rude front desk persons, bar tenders.... They hate you if you ask them something.
Hotel with 4stars doesn't have a fruit salad. Any kind of fruit
Too crowded with some old people, groups of bikers, the hotel is for conferences and other types of group meetings.
The location is away from everything, it is good for SCS, 2 minutes walking distance from shopping centre.
Definitely will not stay here again. Too expensive what you get

Just an overnight stop on my way from Vienna airport. The hotel and rooms aren't anything great but they're perfectly adequate. Sadly the spa was out of use when I was there but it should be open again now. What's really good is the breakfast - it's probably the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen!

OK hotel, but we had to move rooms due to the stench of smoke from the smoking lounge directly below the bedroom (255).
The lounge door was also open most of the time, leaving the whole lobby reeking of smoke.
The pool area is much smaller than before, and very run down.
No spa facilities, no sports facilities other than a squash court, no staff to assist at gym

Rooms are nice, but we couldn't find one that had more than one queen bed. So we had to book two rooms, which caused a bit of confusion at check-in. Has the feel of a larger hotel. All in all, a short stay with no complaints. Very close to Shopping City Süd.

Nice hotel close to the highway and to SCS

I came with my family from skiing, we slept one night at this hotel and in the morning I let them to the airport and I continued my trip home by car. After we arrived to the hotel, in the evening we made a short visit to Vienna center, and then we went to a restaurant in SCS, that is near by. The hotel has free parking and it's about half an hour far from the Airport, by car. Nice stuff and clean room. The single problem is that the breakfast is not included, and you have to pay about 17 Euro for it, that I consider expensive.

Customer service and the room was good. Hotel amenities would be good, if would be useful. The two outside pool drained, not in use in July. Inside pool was nice and they have a sauna area, have to be at least 15years old and naked. Men or women. Can't wear your swimsuit. If I read it correct. The exercise area was very hot to do anything, but well equipped. Squash, ping-pong, weight lifting and other exercise stuff. The hotel didn't have much customer and it seem, mostly visited by sport teams. The place felt so empty. The biggest problem for me with this hotel and many others is the promised free internet. Only way able to get some connection with any of my gadget is with a wireless repeater. I carry one these days. Long as you know, how to use it.

This is a nice hotel, the front desk clerk upgraded our room upon arrival. There is free parking but it is behind the hotel and a bit of a hike when they have a huge parking lot right in front but you have to pay for that. Was one of the only hotels on our trip that did not include breakfast and the pool, hot tub, steam room area is a loooong walk through a series of maze like halls. We ended up not using the facilities once we finally got there as one of the guests was in the steam room buck naked with the door wide open. Kinda creepy!!!

Not impressed with this hotel. Restaurant expensive with no atmosphere and grounds poorly kept. We booked for the last night in May, weather was good however outside seats in the bar area were not open. Rooms OK but air conditioning switches itself off afer so long, not ideal if you want to leave it on during the night.

Vienna vacation.

It is a comfortable hotel for business, but for a Vienna tourist visit, it is too far from the city. The parking lot is free which it is a plus, but when raining it is required to walk on block under the rain to get to the hotel.
As a tourist, it may not be the best choice for sight seen.

The hotel itself was very nice. It lived up to what they were selling on the internet. The problem was with the staff. I arrived after driving for 4 hours around 315 pm, I was told the room was not ready come back in an hour, hour later still no room. I did not get checked in until 445 pm. The staff was very unfriendly. The gentlemen who works in the pool area, very unfriendly. If the staff being uncourteous doesnt mean anything to you, I would recommend this hotel.

Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Brot und Gebäck waren frisch, ebenso die süße Auswahl. Bester Mohn-Nusstrudel ever😍.
Tolle Teeauswahl. Nicht so gut waren die Säfte, leider keine frischen. Gefehlt hat auch Wasser, ohne Zusätze. Aber auf unsere Wünsche wurde sehr nett eingegangen.
Mittagessen gab es keines. Die Bar schaut zwar toll aus, auch das Personal sehr nett. Aber am Feiertag vor 15 Uhr nur 4 Pizzen zur Auswahl, sonst nichts. Das Kuchenangebot ist wirklich top und alles hat richtig gut geschmeckt.
Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und wir haben auf den Betten wunderbar geschlafen.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht gebraucht, daher auch keine Bewertung.
Richtig schade fanden wir den Zustand vom Gastgarten und Innenhof. Alles sehr lieblos, ungepflegt, Riesen Pool ohne Wasser, keine echten Blumen. Weder im Garten noch auf den Tischen. Auch nicht im Wellnessbereich draußen.
Ungemütliche, verschmutzte Liegen. Der Innenbereich Wellness zwar bis 22:00 geöffnet, aber so finster, dass man nichts lesen kann.

It was a very nice high quality hotel with very friendly staffs. It was only a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance while there are event cent(pyramid building) and another entrance on the left side which were under renovation. After walking around 15minutes, I could find the hotel entrance. Other than that the hotel was perfect for me.
