Easy check in polite staff clean room fantastic breakfast really enjoyed my stay. Only one thing needs addressing asked about taxi service to airport when checking out staff quoted 44euros fixed rate for hotel guests so booked it when arrived at airport driver insisted on 54euros and got in my option aggressive and loud insisting payment in cash was disappointing end to my stay;

The property is located just over 10 minute walk to a direct tram straight into Vienna. It us easy to purchase tickets online. The rooms are large but coukd do with a redecoration, especially the bathroom.
There was a heatwave when we travelked and the room was cool enough with the help of a fan.
Beds were comfortable. Sound proofing good between rooms.

Hotel was nice although 10-15 mins walk to the nearest Tram stop. They took 50 Euros from my bank account for a deposit which currently I am still waiting to receive back. However I was going to have breakfast one day but they would not take the cost of it from the deposit so what the point of having a deposit is I have no idea.

More 3 than 4 star quality. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful.

If you arrive a bit early, even if a room is available they will charge for early access. This isn't typical in 4 star hotels in my experience nor is it good customer service - it costs nothing if a room is ready to allow a customer to have access slightly early, it's just a way of trying to make extra money

The hotel is a good way out which you know when booking. The bar is closed Sunday/Monday which they don't advertise, if you want a drink after a day in the city on these days they'll direct you to a local petrol station to buy your own supplies as there aren't a variety of places you can go to nearby.

My room was a bit worn, paint coming away in bathroom, panel missing below sink exposing pipework, damaged chair to desk.

Would not stay again.

Hotel overall was clean and comfortable, further out from city than we would have liked but once you get to grips with public transport it is ok, lots of Ubers as well to get around. Google maps is brilliant if you put your start and end location it gives you route options with u bahn, bus and tram numbers and timings. The hotel does not however cater to guests needs. The restaurant is purely for grou bookings and there is nothing the area to go and have a drink or meal, so best to stay in town to eat. On our first full night we were told we could not bu s drink from the bar as they were two busy serving around 12 people in the restaurant, they would serve us if they had time. If we had realised this we would have stayed in town. We ordered pizza delivery rather than spending another 30 min to get back into town. Vienna was beautiful but a bad choice for hotel unfortunately. We did not check out the gym and spa so can not comment on it.

I liked how close it was to shops, transport can be expensive but if you have a car this would be a great place. The only reason I gave 2 stars for staff was because when I went to check out and give my card to the 24hour reception, no one was there, I waited 5 minutes and walked around no one was there. So I just wrote my name on an envelope with my cards inside and left it on the desk. I saw the night before that there was no one at the desk aswell

Various marks on carpet in room. Reported to staff who declined to see it. Comfortable beds great shower. Fridge in room which helped as weather very hot. Asked for room to be serviced. Only changed towels and made bed did not hoover as some food debris still in situ on my return. Great choose at buffet breakfast

Me and my family booked two rooms, the hotel took the money, got the confirmation email. When we arrived we've been informed there's only one room available even if we booked two in advance. The receptionist told that we can go to a different hotel than get the receipt from the other hotel and they pay it back..Fuming..

We stayed just one night. Check in was very easy. If you get there before 6pm you can help yourself to complimentary coffee in the lobby. Parking is easy but 20 Euros extra. Breakfast was included and offered plenty of healthy choices. Even fresh squeezed orange juice.

Positive experiences at Radisson Blue.
Receptionist Claudio was friendly at check-in, and we got a nice room.
Receptionist Simon was very service-minded and, together with his colleague from Estonia, should be praised for being helpful in investigating various questions we had about parking, the area and a trip to Strasbourg.
Negative experiences:
After the first night, we found a small animal in the bed, and we were upset about that.
Cleaning the edges behind the bed rail by the light panel was not done properly.
We complained about it to Simon, who sent extra cleaning and offered free parking.
At the entrance to the hotel, ashtrays are set up, so smoking hotel guests stand on both sides when you pass by. My husband has asthma, and we are both non-smokers, and therefore it is very unpleasant to have to go through cigarette smoke when you enter the hotel.
We would suggest that you move the smoking area to another place than at the entrance to the hotel. Attached pictures for information. Kind regards from two hotel guests

Nos alojamos 2 noches y salimos encantados. Les informamos que, tras 3 noches en Bratislava, volveríamos a alojarnos otras 2 noches más.
Este hotel tiene una política estricta de no permitir el check-in antes de las 15:00. El argumento es siempre el mismo: que la habitación no está lista. Curiosamente, a las 15:00 en punto, todas las habitaciones parecen estar limpias al unísono. Está claro que, aunque tu habitación esté preparada, el personal del turno de mañana no realizará el check-in.
Si la limpieza es la razón para no adelantar el acceso, deberían asegurarse de que las habitaciones estén realmente limpias.
Nos hicieron esperar hasta las 15:00 y, sin embargo, la bañera estaba llena de pelos, al igual que la parte interior de la puerta del baño y el suelo.
Al día siguiente, al regresar, nos encontramos la habitación sin hacer. A pesar de haber colocado el cartel solicitando la limpieza la noche anterior —tal y como indican—, la camarera de piso se limitó a retirar las toallas, que además no repuso. Nada más. Totalmente inaceptable en un hotel de esta categoría.
Como el último día salíamos muy temprano y no íbamos a poder disfrutar del desayuno buffet —muy bueno, por cierto—, solicitamos un desayuno picnic. En varias ocasiones les indicamos que nos gustaría tenerlo la noche anterior para poder guardarlo en el equipaje de mano. Aunque por la noche nos confirmaron que estaba preparado en sus neveras, no consintieron en entregárnoslo hasta el check-out por la mañana

Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con aire acondicionado y caja fuerte. Las camas muy cómodas. Son justo como se muestra en las fotos del hotel.
El desayuno buffet ofrece una buena selección, aunque se agradecería una mayor variedad de fruta fresca. El encargado del desayuno, siempre pendiente de que no le falte nada al cliente.
Todo el personal del hotel ha sido amable y educado, dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite.
El hotel se encuentra a unos 30 minutos del centro, lo cual no supone un inconveniente, ya que, como ocurre en toda Viena, está perfectamente conectado mediante transporte público.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm, jedoch haben uns 2 Punkte etwas gestört: In der Nacht wurden wir durch gelegentlich bellende Hunde aus einem Nachbarzimmer geweckt, und in unserem Zimmer waren tierische Gerüche (Hunde Fell) wahrnehmbar. Gerade für Gäste mit Allergien – wie bei unserer Tochter – wäre es eine willkommene Verbesserung, wenn künftig spezielle Zimmer ausschließlich für Gäste mit Tieren vorgesehen würden. Ich bin überzeugt, dass das engagierte Team des Hotels diese Anregung berücksichtigen kann, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten.

An sich ein gutes Hotel, aber man merkte, das nicht allzugründlich geputzt wurde (Staub in Ecke und an Wandränden, Flecken im Bad, ...) Keine Katatrophe, aber auch nicht top. Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Wien am Wienerberg, man muss immer erstmal den Bus nehmen - da wäre eine Lage an einer S- oder U-Bahn Haltestelle doch vorteilhafter. Fitnessstudio etwas ausbaufähig, kaum Gewichte...
