We booked a short break to Vienna. We Had visited Vienna many years ago so it was nice to see it again.

We were so lucky in our choice of hotel, from when we entered to when we left the staff were so nice and welcoming. Our room was on the 7th floor with excellent views across the city.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The reception staff were a great source of inspiration for what to see and places to go. Boris was very friendly behind the bar and all the breakfast staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay more memorable.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast and everything was replenished quickly.
The hotel is minutes from the underground train and has a Spar supermarket around the corner for anything you forgot to bring.
We were so lucky with the weather and we had a wonderful time.
A huge thank you to everyone at the Leonardo Hotel and we look forward to coming back. We have already recommended the hotel to friends.

I had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn.

The hotel was excellent overall — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get around the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Superb hotel, only let down by no restaurant for the evenings, however Erni's nearby is very good for food although the owner can be hard to get on with LOL; make sure not too late getting to him pre 20:00 is advised as he shuts kitchen early. Hotel breakfast is very good and location with public transport is very good only 4 stops to main attractions.

I had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn. The location is very convenient, with a metro station right across the street, making it easy to reach the city center in just 5-6 stops.

The hotel is clean, modern, and recently renovated, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with parking arrangements, which come at a reasonable fee.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Vienna, and I highly recommend it!

A great place to stay in Vienna. The subway station just outside means you are only 10 minutes from the old city centre or to the parks at Schonbrunn.
Hotel was clean, newly refurbished rooms are comfortable and a good size and staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast hostess was extremely rude. As a result our party of 3 did not eat breakfast on any of our 6 day visit.

One evening around 5 PM, 3 middle eastern men knocked on our room door to ask if we were happy with the room service. This made me incredibly uncomfortable.

We had to ask for bottled water. It was left on the day of arrival but not replenished until we asked and for that day only.

Had to ask the receptionist for more soap in the shower/ bathroom. Not replenished.

The elevators were slow. Also, the room service staff took priority over guests.

You can check in online prior to arrival. This is good. However once we got there we were given the room key and not explained anything else. for example where the breakfast room is or how to self prompt about room cleaning service on an Ipad in the room. For this reason our room wasn't cleaned till 5pm on day1, there was dirty cleaning cloth left on the bed, no bath was provided and used cups not removed and no refill of teas and coffee

Excellent location to just pop in an Uber to the centre, although subway over the road. A very well kept, modern looking hotel. Staff lovely, family room was spacious and comfortable. Optional breakfast at 15E is well worth it. Couldn't fault anything, if I'm visiting Vienna again I'd definitely want to stay there.

Was a very nice stay. Room was clean and convenient. There was a functional a/c and a little fridge also. A lot of room to manage clothing. We had breakfast at the restaurant. Very nice european type buffet. It was really conveniant to be only about 20 minutes walking time fron the Shönbrunn Castle.

Was a very nice place, however we were given a room with a broken fridge. We told the reception desk about it and they said it would get replaced or fixed while we were out. And it never was. Our food and drinks had to stay out on the desk. We stayed 3 nights and it was never fixed, it was disappointing.

The hotel is close to public transport, easy links to tourist areas and palaces. Not much choice for meals locally although grocery store nearby.
Hotel staff were good, 1 member of staff stood out but i didnt get a chance to get his name, he checked me in and gave really good advice and helped me with some German phrases.

Close to all amenities, station over the road for central Vienna, walking distance to Schonnbrun or by train if necessary, Spar shop next door for any extra needs. We like this hotel and will definitely return. Meidling market is close, also Gleis Garten a great foodie option. Don’t forget most things are closed on Sundays and bank holidays though.

Amazing hotel with a great and helpful staff. The hotel is just across the road from the underground station which makes it easy to travel around. All the mazor tourist spots are within 10-15 minutes of public transport journey which makes it an ideal place for a tourist in the Vienna.
Staff is amazing and really helpful and hotel itself is great with clean good size rooms and a nice common area with cozy sitting.
Me and my wife did a semi staycation and wifi and surrounding were just ideal for that.
Only improvement they can have is that they should add a small restaurant which can serve food in lunch and dinner times and also add some more vegetarian options in breakfast buffet

Good hotel for the price. Proximity to the Ubahn station gave good access to the city and to Schonbrunn. Ok breakfast for the price but I wish they would offer real orange juice rather than squash.
Nice to have a fridge, bottle of water and a coffee machine. I had to ask for more pods but these were provided. I had an issue with the door lock and this was attended to very promptly. Useful Spar supermarket next door but closes at 8 and not open on Sunday. A reasonable choice if you can get it at a good price.
Only two stops on U6 from Westbahnhof. Need to change to get to Hauptbahnhof. Direct train from Mitte if arriving at the airport. Limited options for food nearby but I got the 72 hour travel ticket and it was easy enough to reach other options.

First of all it was stated there is a concierge to help us for tours, but unfortunately the agent said that we have to go to the city center and it was freezing , 2nd it show that it is a few steps away from subway but we walk for more than 40 minutes to get to the hotel, 3rd no telephone, refrigerator is broken so we have to move to another room and still not working, we don’t want to move to another room again and then when we need to ask questions we have to go down to the lobby and ask questions to the ladies which is one of them is not very nice, 4th, is do not believe what other people say that this hotel is good because it’s very far from city center and concierge as it stated..and then it shows free water we got water one time and that’s it…never believe again… and the reward change which is no good….
