This hotel was so convenient to public transportation all around the city. The room was very well designed. Even trout room faces the train, it was very quiet! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful, giving us great ideas to do around the city and marking them on a map for us.

The location around the hotel did look a bit weird on approach but it was a lovely hotel. Rooms were ok but breakfast was a bit limited and not replenished in a timely manner. No irons in room and had to put down 10 euros as a holding deposit for the iron. Never had to do that before in any hotel so not sure if it’s standard practice in Austrian hotels. We used Ubers and bolts throughout so cannot comment on the public transport. We were allowed to check in early to 2 of our 3 rooms so that’s a plus.

Bedroom ok for two people but a little on the small side. Very warm rooms. Unable to reduce air conditioning to less than 18c. Tain nose quite annoying.

No room service. They confidently say their front desk is 24hrs but there is no way to reach them from your room. They ask you to email but wont respond anyway. They cant be bothered. Youll have to physically go down each time you need something. Toilet no bidet. Shower area is open so water gets everywhere in the sink area. No toiletries provided except soap. Bed is comfortable. Train noise all day, cant sleep. No heating. Its 22 degress or nothing. I had to turn the main off to just not have it at all. They wont help with bags, not even bring it up. Youre on your own. If you just need a place to sleep and dont require any service, this place is fine but not worth the price without service. They have a tablet in the room that was supposed to send an email to them if you need something. But even the front desk person didnt know where is the button for that, nor can be bothered to find out. Technology and service isnt their strong suit, so dont expect much. Never recommending this place to anyone.

We can ssy that the hotel staf were great, specialy a guy named milan.
The aircondition was not that good.
It is a noisy envoierment because of the subway near the hotel.
The hotel is 4 k.m from the center , so you need the subway.

Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom and shower are not combined and have only one sliding door for both. So you either taking a shower or sitting on the toilet with a door open. The show does not have a door or curtain so water covers all the floor in the bathroom.

I liked the warm welcome by the front office staff and generally friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the slightly extended time for the breakfast service. Also the hotel exudes a new and fresh feel.

I did not like the washroom and toilet design as the shutter closes only one part exposing the other and the shower screen does not prevent water spilling into the floor beneath the sink which has weak drainage or ventilation causing water to pond for an extended time.

Also the room air conditioning could not be adjusted to the temperature of your choice (always returns to a preset temperature).

Overall, both my partner and I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel.

First room was dusty and had hair on the bed, so we changed room. There is no air conditioning, despite what they advertise, it was blowing out 29 degree heat all night and we couldn't sleep. I've seen other reviews with the same complaint, and staff confirmed A/C only works at certain times. The bed sinks in when you lay on it, and I ended up with a bad back.The toilet door doesn't close fully in any of the rooms, so you can hear eachother, and see eachother through the crack in the door. Hair drier didn't work, they replaced it with another one which would overheat and stop working after 30 seconds of use. Housekeeping came in and invaded our privacy when we left do not disturb on the door. They also never changed our sheets during our visit, they only made the bed. Breakfast was incredibly overpriced for what they offer, and it was always an unpleasant experience because of how busy and cramped it was. The location is in a really rough part of Vienna too, lots of drunk people. All in all, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, particularly not for a couple.

Property is very close to the U-Bahn station on U4 line which makes it a very convenient location. Interaction with the staff was minimal as I had late check in (11pm) and early check out (3am) and didn’t use the breakfast facilities. Was a bit wary checking in and out at these times with a darkened reception area and minimal people around but this was more because I was a solo female traveller. There was a lot of noise on my final evening however when this was reported, the staff did go and ask them to quieten down which was appreciated. Other nights nice and quiet. Room spacious and clean with everything I needed. Powerful shower. Comfy bed - only thing I’d prefer was a double duvet for single occupancy instead of two singles but again this is personal choice. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

Modern? Yes. But Ikea furniture. Not my thing. Sliding door between shower and toilet, definitely not my thing. Clean? Yes. Minimal stuff provided - shower/shampoo gell but nothing else. Coffee -2 pods, 2 sugars, 2 whiteners and the coffee maker. No extras provided no breakfast included. I was questioning my choice of hotel when arrived to the area. But.. you keep your nose clean, you don't get in trouble. Very close to tram and subway.

Excellent hotel at a perfect location, my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, reaching the city center just within a few min away as there is a metro line near by the hotel, we reached the hotel earlier than the stated checking time, however, without any issues we were able to check in as soon as we reached the hotel, from the airport its easy to reach the hotel just by the city airport train and then take the metro to the hotel, so its really convenient for us in terms of finding the hotel. Room service sometimes not punctual as they come late on the day, but its not a major issue for us as they are kind and happy to assist whenever we request the room service.Rooms are cleaned and exactly looks in the pictures.

The property itself is clean and the room looks modern. It is near to the U4 tube and therefore easily assessable to most tourist spots.

Please remember to bring your own slippers as they don’t provided it. Though you may ask the front desk for one, it is not guaranteed you can get it. For me, it was out of stock when I asked… :(

Overall clean hotel however, the customer service was not great at all. We had informed them beforehand we were coming for our first year anniversary trip but they did not attend to any of our requests. They would not even let us check in earlier and made us wait from 8:30am till 3pm (aprox 6 hours). They mentioned early check in would be 30 euros on the day of and once we agreed they said we can no longer check in earlier as it is very busy. Once we got there at 3pm there was no line to check in and not busy at all. The room was average, fairly small and the washroom had a sliding door which would not even close properly. To top if off the washroom had no exhaust either. We had hoped for a better experience when celebrating out anniversary but the hotel made no efforts whatsoever to make it special.

Extremely frustrated with my stay! The room that I booked has an A/C in the room that was not “working” when I questioned the receptionist about, she said that the hotel is a green hotel and during winter time they just use the heater. Note that it’s not even winter. My room had no ventilation, was extremely warm. The AC was needed!
The window just opened a small portion and of I left it open during the night the noise of the street was unbearable. 3 nights with no sleep.
The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, since I didn’t get any assistance with my room!

We can’t find the hotel sign board on the building! Next to rail track but noise is bearable for us, might be hard for light sleepers. Room is Very modern and has good lighting and facilities. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station, convenient to train to city. We walked to schonbrunn palace in 35 minutes, took the opportunity to see the area on the way.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir waren für einen Städte-Trip in Wien und haben uns das Leonardo ausgesucht. Liegt ziemlich zwischen der Innenstadt und dem Schloss Schönbrunn. Man ist mit der U-Bahn (die ca. 5min. zu Fuß entfernt ist) in ca. 8min in der Innenstadt und in 5 min. am Schloss.
Das Hotel selber ist relativ neu und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Einrichtung modern. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Es gab verschiedenen Kaffeespezialitäten zur Auswahl. Frisches Obst, Brötchen, Marmelade usw. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We chose the hotel because of the good transport connections and the metro stations were right next door. Otherwise, there wasn't really anything to see in the area and it was a bit restless in some places.
The hotel was in good condition, clean, quiet, easy and quick check in and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Globalement, le séjour s'est bien passé, mais très mauvaise évacuation de l'eau dans les douches et comme il n'y avait aucune spéaration avec le reste de la selle de bains, le sol complet de celle-ci était inondée, voir le sol de l'entreée de la chambre. D'autre part, inacceptable qu'il y ait une porte cmmune pour la salle de bain et les WC. Vouloir gagner de la place n'autorise pas tout !

Oppholdet stemte ikke i forhold til de gode anmeldelsene. Opplevde personalet som lite tilstedeværende. Lite utvalg til frokost. Mat som blir tomt ble ikke fylt opp. Mye skittent oppvask og bord i frokost rommet.
AC virket ikke. Mye støy fra trafikken og toget som er rett på utsiden. Skyvedøren til toalett / bad gikk ikke å lukke ordentlig. Ikke kjøleskap på rom, og dårlig renhold.

Bel hôtel situé près de deux stations de métro. À bonne distance de marche du centre de Vienne et près du château (de sissi)
La chambre est bien, elle est propre. Le lit aurait besoin de nouveau matelas et la douche devrait avoir soit un mur de verre plus long ou des portes de douches, car l'eau se ramasse toujours à l'extérieur de la douche
Le personnel est sympathique.

Morgenmaden var ikke den bedste med et stort udvalg.

Toilettet lå separat fra badeværelset og de delte en skydedør. Problemet var bare at du ikke kunne lukke døren helt til toilettet, så den stod på klem hele tiden. Meget upraktisk hvis man ville have et toiletbesøg for sig selv.

Struttura estremamente comoda per quanto riguarda i trasporti grazie ai quali si riesce ad arrivare a tutti i punti turistici maggiori. Oltre a questo, colazione discreta, un po' carente sui dolci ma nel complesso buona. Camera molto accogliente, ci è stata offerta acqua e del caffè.
Nel complesso un ottimo hotel, lo consiglio per chi vuole visita la città!

Das Personal ist mit den Frühstück überfordert. Unter der Woche war der Zustand des Frühstückraums noch gerade so akzeptabel. Samstag war das eine Zumutung. Wenn viele Leute da sind muss eben auch mehr Personal her. Idealerweise eines das auch Grüßen kann und die sonst üblichen minimalen Umgangsformen berücksichtigt.

Das Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Aussicht auf die U6 ist laut, trotz neuer Fenster. Einer entsprechende Warnung bei der Hotelbeschreibung wäre da hilfreich. Da die Dusche keine Tür hat steht immer das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Wer hatte eigentlich die glorreiche Idee die einzigen Hacken für die Handtücher in die Dusche zu montieren?

Bei Buchung eines Superior Zimmers hätte ich eine ruhigere Lage (U-Bahn) erwartet.
Die Reinigung des Zimmers nach der 1. Nacht war unzumutbar: Nachthemd hing über der Wasserflasche, benutzte Gläser nicht abgeräumt, Wischspuren (zu nass) auf dem Schreibtisch, keine Auffüllung der Kaffeepads. Das Bett sah aus, als hätte es ein kleines Kind gemacht.
Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption war die Reinigung am nächsten Tag gut.

Ich bin mit einer Freundin gereist und fand es sehr unpraktisch, dass Toilette und Dusche getrennt waren und man die Schiebetür entweder nur zur Toilette oder nur zur Dusche schieben konnte. Ich hätte mich wohler gefühlt, wenn es zwei Türen für beides gäbe oder Bad und Dusche zusammen sind. Ansonsten war das Zimmer groß genug für zwei Personen und das Bett sehr gemütlich.

God plasering av hotelet

Behagelig og rene rom. Fin plassering. Hotelet ligger ved gata, men har god lyd isolasjon. Men må si at vi hadde rom i 5 etasje og på annen side enn gata.
Veldig hyggelig personale som hjalp med alt.
Plassering er perfekt, siden hotel ligger 4min fra offentlig transport. Eneste som kan trekke ned er veldig enkel frokost. Men de har alt basic.
God hotel for god pris.

Danke für den freundlichen Check-in/out und den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
Das neue Hotel ist modern und in bestem Zustand. Es liegt zwar etwas versteckt, aber in sehr guter öffentlicher Anbindung an die U4 und U6. Zimmer top, kein Problem mit Lärm von der naheliegenden U-Bahn. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Wir kommen gern wieder!
