Everything was great. It's very close to the U4 subway station. There's a supermarket in the same building. The hotel has a café where we had breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly. We arrived in the morning, left our luggage at the hotel, went sightseeing, and then returned to check in. It was very quiet at night. Overall, Vienna is a very safe city. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel for anyone checking my review.

Staff was excellent, especially young lady with braces! Room was great - very clean and we had an amazing view from up on the 10th floor. Love the location, 10 steps from the tram. My only complaint - and it’s with H2 across the board - is that the shower has clear glass doors and there’s a mirror directly across from it so you can see into the shower from anywhere you’re in the room. For a mother and her adult son traveling together, (and I would imagine for two friends, or pretty much any combo that is not ) this is not comfortable.

Room was very basic but clean and warm. Don’t expect any room amenities. There’s none. This hotel is what I classify as a transit hotel. Not suitable for a stay of more than 2 days. The plus for this hotel is its location. It is located in a shopping mall with Schönbrunn train station at its doorstep. There are several restaurants that are walking distance. The staff are friendly. Breakfast spread is amazing. If you didn’t book your room with breakfast included, the cost is only €11. Highly recommended if you are transiting from one destination to the next.

This hotel is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the supermarket, shopping mall, and restaurants in the same building are closed on Sundays. However, the metro station outside the building is very convenient for getting around the rest of the town.

Lovely, brand-new feeling, modern hotel. The included breakfast is fantastic and beats out most normal hotel breakfast offerings in the US. The location is ideal—steps from the subway which takes you to the old town, walking distance to Schönbrunn. The bunk beds worked out well for our friend trip—power outlets by each bed, comfortable beds. Highly recommend! They provide an all-in-one shampoo/soap in the bathroom.

We had a 4 day stay and had a great time.This is a modern hotel which is next to a train station U4 thus, you can reach all the major destinations by just hopping on and off the trains and avoid too much walking. The free breakfast buffet is also awesome. For a family of 4 like ours, this is a huge saving. It is also attached to a mall so there are groceries and restaurants you can just go to. I can definitely recommend this hotel to whoever comes to Vienna for a visit.

There's system issues and I was asked to come back later a few times. Right after check in time, the system check in is done manually. Staff didn't want to process my check in and ask me to wait. This is despite seeing another guy gets his check in done. When I asked for kettle to have hot water the lady said not available while giving the there's nothing I can do look. In hospitality industry you cannot choose who you serve, if you have issues with certain people it's best to work in other industry. Body language says alot about the person.

If this place wasn’t built yesterday…
…you’d hardly know from staying there. Everything more or less brand new and spotless. Thanks to cunning layout rooms seem much larger than they are. Gigantic breakfast spread (hot as well as cold selections) and friendly, competent front-desk service. Lacking a couple of typical conveniences (microwave, fridge) that I never use anyway. Literally 50 steps from the U4 subway line, with restaurants, ATMs, and even a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. I do hope the price doesn’t double once everyone finds out how desirable the place is…

I was a late arrival and the entrance was locked. I activated the door bell continuously for 15 minutes and called the hotel multiple times, the phone saying the number is busy. Fortunately a guest opened the door for me and when I arrived at the reception, tyey said they are aware of the problem with the door bell. I tried to call the reception when phone not active and it still said it’s busy.
The hotel itself is brand new and in dxcellent condition but after this experience I will never choose this hotel again.

2 things needs to be fixed, there are no phones in the rooms to call the hotel stuff so we had to go down for everything we needed, and there was no water or teapot or anything like that if you wanted to make a cup of tea late at night

One of the nicer places I have stayed at. Lift system are a little peculiar though as the hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor but it is right next to a shopping centre, supermarket and fast food restaurants..

A truly excellent hotel. Great location, immaculate facilities, very friendly and professional staff, excellent breakfast, great coffee. Needless to say, it's not a 5-star hotel, but it's very hard to fault it.
At first, the hotel may look \"a little odd\", as it is based in a very modern building, and it shares the ground-level lobby with some offices. But it works very well. The reception is on the 2nd floor. There is a very spacious underground car park, with designated parking spaces.
The rooms are relatively spacious, and very modern, well sound-insulated. The aircon worked well (it was 32C outside). There are multiple and easily accessible power sockets available to recharge your phones, etc.
The restaurant is well spaced, and although it got very busy during breakfast, there was definitely plenty of excellent food and coffee for everyone.
Meidling Hauptstrasse train station is just 20 meters from the hotel. Schönbrunn Palace is only 2 block away, a 10-minute walk. The main shopping street Mariahilferstrasse is about 15-20 minutes away - don't bother, just take the train instead, and save time.
There is also an excellent cafe/bakery across the intersection (Der Mann) with great coffee, cakes and sandwiches. Highly recommended.
BTW, in case you have a roof box attached to your car, the car park height clearance is 2.5 meters.
