Good place in the heart of town, but too noisy.

It was a happening place in the middle of the town, pretty close to the cathedral. The problem was it was too noisy. The revelry went on till 2 am and there was no way to shut the noise out. Some stayed till 4 am. Only after that we were able to sleep. The host was very friendly and helpful though. Wish we had known about the noise :(

Great apartment in central loaction

Stayed for extra long weekend. Great base for seeing the city. Highly recommended. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the cathedral. Clean and tidy and helpful receptionist staff.

Very bad experience.

The first thing that we noticed on our arrival was the bad smell through the building, we arrived after 4 PM and we left the room after an hour as we booked a tour and Flamingo show, we arrived back after midnight and went to bed, next morning I have discovered that two cell phones were missing, they were left in the living room as there was no safe in the apartment, there was no sign of any forced entry.
I went straight to the office around the corner and the female staff said that it has never happened before and suggested to go to the police, I went for a quick breakfast and packed up our bags and went back to the office to hand back the keys, the office lady told us that she called the \"responsible person\" and they are looking into it seriously but she confirmed that there was no cameras in the building and said it is unlikely it was done by the cleaners.
At police station they told us that two more apartments reported stolen items at the same address last night, after we got back to give them a copy of the report, the office lady said that she didn't know that until after the other customer reported it to them, she took my details and said they will contact me to arrange compensation through their insurance.
I emailed upon my return and they replied after 3 emails that the insurance company will not compensate as there was no forced entry but they contacted them again and waiting for reply, I have since emailed them 3 times but it was totally ignored.

Great place to base in Seville

Everything was great except we never got details on how to find it. It took 2 taxis and some wandering around asking people to finally find it which was stressful (we had no phone number or email of the place.

Great location, central to everything.

Only tip- Definitely look for the sign RESERVATIONS in GREEN over a door. It is all located on that corner, so if you make your way to the address, just look around that corner/restaurant area for where to check in. As long as you know to look for it, it;s easy! Great spot, walkable, nice staff, super clean, would stay again.

The location is PERFECT but it is a funny place.
At first it looks spectacular, until you realise that:

1. It is extremely noisy and not because of background street noise but because you can hear very clearly ALL you neighbors ALL the time. Brutal!
2. There is NO SOAP, even soap, in the bathroom, let alone other toiletries. There is a dispenser in the shower only (1?) and you can only get a tiny drop at a time..... not fun
3. The lift was not working the entire time (3 nights - 4 days). For me this would have been a deal breaker, had I known! My husband has serious mobility issues and had to walk up and down, including carry luggage, 3 floors.
4. There is no daily service, which would be ok, had they not made the effort to inform you that a change of (their paper tin!) towels would cost you 40 euros !?!? Never experienced that before!

I would say it is more of a freshly renovated hostel than a 3 star hotel.

Beautiful little gem in city center.

Amazing little apartment in city center. Arrived well before check in time and got to check in early,always a bonus! The lady at the check in office was very friendly and gave us lots of info on the area. Apartment was small ,but big enough for what we needed it for ...a quick trip into Seville. The roof top terrace was a added bonus! Would stay there again.

Great location. Very clean and tidy. We were only there one night arriving late afternoon. Check in was slight difficult as reception is around the corner however we had a very friendly taxi driver who rang to check on it for us. Also that may have been in the instructions but I had did not have access to the entire email. All in all worth staying in.

Splendid appartment in center of Sevilla. Near to the cathedral and a very good location to explore the city, shops nearby.
The appartment is clean, spacious and provided with the basic needs. The bed is great, so is the sleeping couch.

Nice apartment, close to everything

The room has a great location to restaurants, shopping, and Sevilla's main attractions like the Cathedral, the Alcazar, and Barrio Santa Cruz. It is just around the corner from the checkin office. There are stairs to the room or an elevator. Everything was clean and the room is a nice size. Once you open up the sofa bed, it's a little tight in the living area. My teenage daughters said the sofa bed was really comfortable. When we opened it up, you could tell it was a nice, thick bed for a sofa bed. The bed in the Master was comfortable too. The two small balconies are very nice to look out onto the busy street. The only negative I can give this apartment is that it's pretty noisy at night because there is a popular restaurant right below, even with windows tightly closed. Bring ear plugs. Also, I wish there were some kind of shelving or more counter space in the bathroom because there isn't anywhere to put all of the toiletries we brought for 4 people. The girls in the office are very nice and really great at communicating everything. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect location and perfect accomodations

This place is perfect in every way. The best location in the city, just a couple of blocks from the Catedral and a couple of blocks from the river. Shared rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the Catedral. Amazing value for the price. The apartment was clean and modern with a full kitchen. Beds incredibly comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect! Office staff very friendly and helpful at check-in. Recommend 100%

+ The apartment was comfortable and in a very good location for exploring the old town.
- The kettle wasn't working and there was no knife in the kitchen. These were not replaced when we mentioned about them to the staff at reception.

The street name on this site is spelled wrong!!

This place was hard to find because the street name is spelled with an \"n\", not an \"m\". Also where to check in was not made clear in the information. This apartment is located down an alley near a restaurant. To check in to this place you need to go to the opposite side of the restaurant to a little shop that has the word \"reservations\" in Spanish written above it. There you will find the girl who will check you in. We knew none of this. We called her and she was not helpful with directions to find her, she seemed upset with us that we were calling her. She never told us to look for the \"reservations\" sign! We happened up on her by mistake -- we were at a loss on where to go and I happen to glance in this little shop and saw her handing out keys to another couple. Once all of that was settled and we were in our room, it was a great place to stay. Air conditioning and a roof top terrace. Close to the cathedral and Alcazar. There is no parking nearby. It is about a 15 minute walk from the parking garage to the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a vibrant area. We lucked out with free parking on the street on the Sunday night and Monday parking was subsidized. The one minor complaint was that there was a sewer smell sometimes that was not very pleasant. All in all it was very good value.

Super séjour à Séville,

L'appartement est très bien situé pour se promener dans le centre ville mais bruyant avec les restaurants au bas de l'immeuble. Il est agréable même s'il manque un peu de luminosité.

Es gibt viele Tapaslokale.
Wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist, sollte man ein bisschen Spanisch sprechen können.

Punto favorevole nel centro di Siviglia

A pochi passi dalla Cattedrale, Plaza de toro e alla torre d’oro.
Gli appartamenti nuovi e pulitissimi. A noi a detto male soltanto il fatto che stavano rinnovando l’ascensore ed eravamo al terzo piano con uno splendido terrazzo. Ci tornerei, però con l’ascensore.

Imposible to sleep. Noise noise noise

Never again. My family stayed for one night and it was more than enough.

First, we were inform at 4:00pm that the lift wasn’t working but we had the chance to cancel our reservation at 4:00pm during peak season ... not a lot of room to say ‘bye’.

Second, the flat was located just above some bars and the noise was terrible. My baby, my wife and myself couldn’t sleep until 4:00am. The flat isn’t prepared for that kind of noise.

Horrible experience !!!

Hôtel bien situé mais attention au confort

Hotel trés bien situé, mais le confort est à revoir.
La literie est de très très mauvaise qualité, difficile de se reposer. Quartier assez bruyant et ascenseur en panne. Qualité et finitions de l'appartement plus que basic mais cela reste correct.

L emplacement est parfait pour être rapidement au cœur historique de Séville .
L appartement est d un très bon rapport qualite prix
N hésitez pas à aller sur le toit terrasse en fin de journée ...
Seul bémol , la salle de bain n a pas de tablette pour poser des affaires ... il y a du gel douche et du shampooing .

Apartment with nice location

We had booked an apartment with terrace/balcony but got an apartment situated against the center of the house. There were no windows facing the streets but only facing a small opening in the center in the house (the opening ran through the whole house and ended on the roof with a glass window). There were no balcony or terrace what so ever. The furniture and equipment was of the really cheap kind. The woman that received us in the office/reception wasn't to interested in informing us about the city of Seville. The biggest benefit of the apartment was the location that was perfect in the center of the city. The downside was that there were no parking connected to the apartment so you had to use parking garage (but this we n´knew in advance).

Appartamento spazioso e comodo

Credo sia una delle migliori posizioni di Siviglia, in prossimità alla Plaza de Toros e la cattedrale e da li si puo girare tutto il centro a piedi. Nei dintorni è pieno di localini bellissimi (non di catena). Un appunto....la reception si trova su Calle Arfe, alle spalle dell'ingresso per gli appartamenti.

Studio très bien placé et très propre

Petit appartement avec une chambre séparée, tres propre. Seul inconvénient : aucune isolation phonique. On entend les personnes des appartements à côté. Malgré cela on y retournera sans soucis pour l'emplacement très pratique, la propreté, la gentillesse de la personne de l'agence qui nous a donné les clefs dès notre arrivée à 9h30 au lieu de 16h....

Haben die Appartamentos für 6 Nächte gebucht.
Die Lage ist super zentral keine 5 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt.
Die Größe und die Ausstattung sind sehr gut.

Negativ war die Lage im Haus - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Seite zu einem innen liegenden Lüftungsschacht, aus dem selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern laut und vernehmlich die Geräusche der Lüftungsanlage drängen - Tag wie Nacht.
Negativ war auch der Schimmel in Bad / WC - hier könnte auf einfache Art und Weise Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Fantástico

O apartamento é sensacional e novinho, tem geladeira e fogão, é muito bem localizado, próximo a supermercados, dezenas de restaurantes, ao lado das principais atrações de Sevilla. Na sala tem um sofá-cama que aberto é uma cama de verdade - o material inclusive é o mesmo da cama que está no quarto - nunca tinha visto algo de tão boa qualidade e conforto). O staff foi super atencioso. Certamente ficarei lá novamente em uma próxima visita.

1층 3호에 묵었는데 화장실이 장애인 전용으로 디자인 되어서 그런지 사용하기에 편하지 않았습니다.
주방은 있을건 있는데 실제로 사용하기에는 매우 불편합니다. 식기는 있으나 잘 씻어져 있지 않았고 칼이 과도만 3개라서 요리를 하기가 힘들었습니다. 에어컨은 잘 되긴하는데 냄새가 났습니다.
My room number was 3, 1st floor. The restroom was not good for us may be it's because designed for disabled. There is kitchen but not really useful for cooking. Dishes were not clean and they only have 3 small knives and not good for cooking. Air conditioning was working fine except it smells bad.

Remaquablement situé

Nous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits dans cet appartement qui est remarquablement bien situé en plein coeur de Séville littéralement à quelques centaines de mètre de la cathédrale et de l'alcazar. Le quartier regorge de petits restaurant et de bar à tapas et est très vivant. L'appartement est neuf en excellent état avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour court ou moyen. S'il faut dire un peu de négatif on peut regretter une literie un peu trop molle et u n léger manque dans la vaisselle (1 seul petit mug pour les petits déjeuners par exemple) mais franchement tout le reste est à la hauteur. Le seul vrai reproche consiste en l'écart de prix entre notre réservation par ce site : 90 € / nuit et le prix annoncé sur place par l'hébergeur : 75 €/ nuit...un conseil contactez les directement!
