Lovely apartments, great central location within Granada. Very comfortable bed and nice view from the window. The only issue is, it wasn’t clear on the advert when booking that parking is €22 a night. Having said this, we would stay again.

One small issue was the washer dryer are in a common area only open at certain times during the day when you are sightseeing. The washer worked fine but the dryer was broken.

This was such a great place!! firstly we loved that it had parking… secondly the staff were just so lovely. We only stayed a night which was a shame but we saved it for next time because we’d like to stay longer for sure. Oh and to our surprise Alhambra was right outside our window. I don’t remember reading anything mentioning the view so this was a lovely treat.

Really good but beware parking

Really nice and central hotel. Hotel feels very new and friendly staff.
Car park works ok if you are driving a small car, otherwise it’s quite difficult (car lift and tight turns).
Hotel very central for shops, public transport, bars and restaurants.

We had an excellent stay and would stay again. The location was perfect but the parking was difficult and driving to the hotel was very difficult. We needed police escort twice to find the correct way to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was better than we expected. It was clean, tidy, quiet and very comfortable. It had cooking facilities with all the necessary utensils. The bathrooms were so nice and a decent size too. The staff were super helpful. The pool was nice after a long hot day of walking. The parking was at the actual hotel and was secure. It was in a great area with everything close by. Couldn't ask for much more (and I can be fussy). Would definitely go back.

- super friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful room and overall feel to the hotel (the lighting in particular is lovely). Amazing location, easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. We stayed on the top floor, so could see the Alhambra from our window! Also lovely views from the rooftop terrace/pool (note: as is common, pool is unheated). This was our favourite accommodation on our whole holiday (we stayed at 6 other places around Andalucia). Was great to have parking (paid) on site, but somewhat stressful to drive to if you aren't used to driving in narrow streets with lots of pedestrians. Hotel helpfully provided driving instructions before hand so we knew exactly where to go, but unfortunately by chance a road happened to be closed temporarily, but we managed to get to the hotel fine. You can park temporarily in a small spot just outside the front of the hotel to check-in and then the staff will guide you to the parking, so that makes parking easier.

Our suite was lovely, with ample space for three adults, wonderful views, good service and in a terrific location close to many sights, restaurants and other conveniences. The roof deck offers spectacular views all around. We highly recommend them and would eagerly stay again.

Step free access if you are with buggy or wheelchair. There are two lifts to all floors. One of them is also going to carpark but we didn't use that.

Super friendly staff and very clean apartment. There is no cleaning service, so if you are staying longer take that into consideration.

It was quiet and safe since it was a bit away from the city center, and it was more spacious than any other hotel I stayed at in Spain. There were two sinks and two showers, which was great. The downsides were that one of the showers only had hot water, possibly due to a malfunction, and the bathroom floor tiles looked dirty because they were quite old. Also, the towels were a bit too stiff. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price.

This hotel is pristine! Wonderful front staff. Christina offered great suggestions and was very helpful with parking. The neighborhood is perfect with shops and restaurants and so much was an easy walk from the property. The room was huge with a living area and king bed and kitchen with a dishwasher. Double sinks in the bath plus separate tub and shower. There is a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool. We didn’t want to leave!

Loved it! Super clean and an amazing hidden gem. The room was very spacious and the amenities were great. Great attention to detail. Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. Love the open plan hallways and the keyless entry into rooms. Was amazing, will definitely come back!

Only two things to raise:
1) the pool had a strange smell at points in a localised area (around the changing room), nothing we couldn’t handle, but enough to notice
2) the pool isn’t heated (not an issue as I like the cold, but wanted to raise for others as we didn’t know before we came)

Positives: Room was very large and tastefully decorated. clean and well
maintained. Lobby was very nice and pool on roof was a decent size and had a beautiful view of the city. Large bathroom with nice soaking tub and separate shower and double vanity and sinks. Good communication prior to check in.

Negatives: instructions (video) for how to drive to property without getting fine were very complex and impossible to follow in real time. PDF version never would open and despite multiple emails advising to send it differently the same file with the same error code kept getting sent. Although room had AC it didn’t work well and despite leaving it on all the time at the lowest setting room was always hot. Front desk person was never at the front desk and would be gone for at least 15 minutes at a time with nobody available. Multiple times there were lines of people waiting to check in or ask questions or need something and everyone would just be standing around waiting for a truly inappropriately long time. Only once did I ever see someone actually sitting at the desk in the 3 days we stayed there so it’s obviously a problem. Also on our last day they offered to hold our bags after checkout in a locked closet in the lobby until we were ready to leave in late afternoon. Returned to desk to get our things once again finding nobody there to help us for at least 10 minutes. We found closet unlocked with the key in the door and just took bags ourselves—told they leave like this.

Rooms are big and spacious.
Love the rooftop pool small but still really good. No 24 hour staff however thye are proactive reaching out to you for when you will arrive and sending necessary information to get into hotel if you arrive after hours. Parking can be an issue. I had to park offsite but it wasn't difficult and great walk back to hotel about 10 min. Highly recommend

We had 2 nights here. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet and comfortable. It was well-equipped. The rooftop pool terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view after a busy day. Reception staff were fabulous and luckily spoke good English. We didn’t have a car, so can’t comment on parking. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend.

Unbelievable hotel 2min walk from the old town and shopping. Very spacious and clean. Granada is beautiful. Taxi from hotel to Alhambra was only 7euros. If u decide to walk it will be around 30min but the last 15 is a walk uphill. Best to taxi there and walk back. The walk back is beautifull

If you are driving, just make sure to follow directions. Parking is under the hotel and you take a cool car elevator down. Staff works from
am-11pm. But u have a code to the lobby if u come after.

Granda is stunning, full of culture. You will not be disappointed. Stay at this hotel. Oh and no breakfast, but a ton of option 1min away

Frustrating stay as the front desk were great but we suffered too many issues to make it relaxing eg. front do not open!(batteries); safe lock not work (batteries); bath pressure too low to use; air conditioning needed to be turned off; smoke alarm with hotel evacuation at 5am. Latter probably unavoidable. Great potential but simply too many issues to rate higher than average. Sorry.
