Great location right at the centre of the old town. The downside of that is that it's a bit noisy at night, although bearable.
Room quite small but very comfortable overall. Everything very clean. Staff all excellent.

I was slightly disappointed with the \"boutique\" hotel. On the surface , looks like a very nice posh hotel but the room had areas that were showing signs of wear and tear, the bath area wasn't well designed , had water spilling into the bedroom and strangely enough there wasnt a bit in the room.
Staff initially wasn't aware of the booked bfst, then made a note of it. Bfst is at the neighbouring restaurant, staff there was very courteous and kind. The platter for very \"fine dinning\" for what I would have expected to be a standard breakfast for 11 euros.

This is a two star hotel should be difined more as a hostel. No soap in the room, no hot water warmer for coffee and tea. Front desk closed at night. The rooms are given as first come first get the better room. Don't expect to get a good room if you check in late.

There was a construction going on behind the property so it might get a bit noisy if your room is not facing the main street. However, the room itself if clean and the hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. It's a pretty good hotel for solo travellers.

This hotel is located in a very central part of Granada, with ample shipping and dinning options within minute walks. The hotel is small but very cozy. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you find a place in the city.

There were the three in our party and most hotels in Europe are small. They didn't have roll away bed that may not have fitted in our original booking. Instead, were given the top floor unit for a small fee. The unit is nice and big. And it has fridge and small stove top. We were there for one evening and we were out most of the time. Excellent hotel in a perfect location to explore Granada. I was a solo female traveller and felt perfectly safe. The staff were extremely helpful and my single room was spotless and exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was excellent too. Given the same boring breakfast for 3 mornings. Not given any choices. You have to pay extra if you ask for egg. We didn’t get a bottle of spirit as promised by Expedia even though it was on our printout . The receptionist pretended she didn’t understand a bottle of spirit. Disappointing. Good location but very basic and not as advertised
Location is the saving grace of the hotel. Generally clean but bathroom could be better. Basic hotel but lacks some basics. No bin in the room for example and bathroom sink soap dispenser didn’t work. As a platinum member and this allegedly being a VIP access hotel, should have been offered a free bottle of drink and room upgrade but neither was offered. Restaurant next door is part of the hotel but expensive, better options located close by.

Beautiful hotel, great area, but loud construction
The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located in Malaga. Very walkable to all the restaurants and boutiques. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had good accommodations. The key card did keep losing magnetism, but not a huge deal. However... they were renovating the room next door to me and construction began at 7:00am on both days— walking up to drilling and hammering that early was not my idea of beginning the day on my vacation. So that’s why I took away two stars.

El hotel se emcuentra en un lugar muy centrico, dónde puedes caminar a todos los sitios de interes, restaurantes y tiendas. Iglesia San Anton a pasos del hotel, dónde pudimos asistir a todas las celebraciones del Triduo Pascual. Tambien pudimos disfrutar de las Cofradías de Semana Santa, ya que las rutas se encontraban a pasos del hotel. Además nos gusto que en la noches llegabamos a descansar a un lugar que es muy privado y callado.

We arrived about 10pm and took ages to get someine to let ys in as desk not slways manned as in the restaurent next door so be prepared for that if arriving after 7pm

The property overall were amazing and would definitely recommend but sometime such as early at night it might be a little noisy if you’re street facing, so, this is something some might want to consider although for me it was irrelevant :) as I really don't mind.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Tucked away on a side street between the high end shopping street and the cathedral. The hotel is conveniently located and quiet at night. Beautiful decor and en suite shower room and a large comfortable bed and giant pillows. My room was at the front of the hotel and was very quiet and perfectly cool with really great air con. I had a double French door to a small balcony which was nice to let in a bit of the sun and heat. The room is basically equipped but no mini bar / fridge so I was given a bucket of ice by reception to keep my drinks cold which worked out fine. The staff are attentive and very helpful and there’s a beautiful restaurant attached. Close to literally everything you could possibly need for a trip to Granada. Walking distance from the metro and all the sights and sounds. Well worth it and highly recommended great value for money considering it’s such a pretty and comfortable hotel!

Our room facing the street was on the small side, but very modern and clean. There was no separate bathroom, but instead a sink in the room and a shower compartment separated from the room by a frosted sliding glass door. The WC was similar. It was fine for us, but maybe not for everyone. The bed was comfy and there wasn’t much noise from outside. The staff were and spoke enough English to get by. Breakfast was simple but tasty - yogurt, granola, cut fruit, and warm breads with jams. The hotel location is very central and walkable to the Alhambra and the Albaicin (if you’re in decent shape). We even walked to and from the train station, though that was a bit long. Many restaurants within a five minute walk. We had a lovely stay.

Upon finally checking in, I discovered that I had left my original ID card at home. I was however able to provide a copy of my passport, original drivers licence, health card, bank card and my husband's original ID card. This didn't seem to be good enough for the man on reception who was refusing to check us in without a bigger copy of my passport. After a stand off he finally relented and shoved our room key at us.
The room itself is quite small but very nice. The only gripes are that the shower door doesn't close properly and therefore floods the bedroom everytime you use the shower. There is no fridge in the room and no tea and coffee making facilities. The toilet is situated behind a sliding frosted glass door directly visible from the bed so no so good for anyone who wants more privacy when using the facilities.

Beautiful property, lovely bedrooms. I stay here frequently as my first choice in Granada as the place is so central, beautiful bedrooms, comfy bed, lovely staff. Parking is one minute away beside Victoria Hotel, with discount if Parraga stamps the ticket so €17 per 24 hrs. Downside is the noise from the street as bins are collected nightly super early/during the night as there is very little/no soundproofing. You can also hear the people at reception (which has recently be reduced in size) from inside the rooms on first floor so other floors may be preferable for all of these. No hair conditioner means you can’t wash long hair - not changed this essential and very small thing despite I’ve asked a few times!

The hotel was on a side street in the middle of Granada. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to see. Our tour to Flamenco dancing in a cave was fun and exciting! La Alhambra was very special and beautiful!

Not a massive fan - our room was a disabled access room which meant we had a very large, cold wet room style bathroom which was very poorly decorated and not in a great condition, plus it had no windows so felt very unwelcoming. My main gripe is that the shower head did not fit in the holder so when you turned it on it fell off immediately and squirted water all over the bathroom. Super annoying when you just want to have a relaxing shower after a hot day and if you were disabled then it really wouldn't be safe or convenient for use. The communal spaces of the hotel were nice so maybe we got unlucky with a bad room but felt like I wish I had paid more to stay somewhere nicer.
