Enjoyed our two-day stay in a Superior Double Room. Spacious and elegant. Parking 5 minutes away in parkade on Angel Ganivet (very tight). Helpful front desk staff.

The rustic charm of this place and friendly staff would normally make this a better score but the property has paper thin walls, is in a noisy area (partly because of construction work) and the bathroom did have slight sewage odour despite the valiant efforts of the housekeeping staff. I would not rule this out as an option however.

There is a good museum at end of street - free on Sunday - shops and restaurants are close. Bar and building renovation noise not so good, as well as other hotel guests above. There is not a lot the hotel can do about that though. Staff super friendly and helpful! Small and yet very comfy and lovely home like feeling.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location - absolutely perfect.

The public parking garage associated with the hotel is about a block away and would be challenging to navigate with anything larger than the midsize SUV that we had - it has plenty of spaces, particularly two levels down, but it's really tight.

Great hotel, wonderful service!

Had a 3 night stay here and cannot speak too highly of the whole experience. The hotel is very well located, next to tapas bars, bars & restaurants and walking distance to all the major landmarks. It’s a beautiful building, sympathetically designed internally to reflect its history as a C16th palace while maintaining all modern conveniences. Our room was a ‘superior’ twin bedded, very comfortable with a good bathroom and shower. Spotlessly clean and restocked with toiletries daily. Continental breakfast was also excellent with plenty of fresh fruit, real juice, great coffee and a variety of continental fare to suit most palates and nationalities.
The reception staff were superb, patient and really helpful with recommendations, bookings and unpicking our apparent inability to use a map! Nothing was too much trouble, they were absolutely charming.
I know there are many many central hotels in Granada, and I’m sure they are all pretty good, but I would definitely stay here again.

First impressions of the hotel were good, the indoor courtyard as you walk in is pretty and the staff were friendly. We stayed in the basic double room, which was on the small side but the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room had no kettle and coffee, also the breakfast wasn't as tasty as hoped. There was some cut fruit, cereal, juices, small pastries that seemed out of a packet, sliced cheese, spanish omlette, hams and bread. The coffee wasn't great from the coffee machine, would be nice to have some freshly brewed. The wifi was fast. It's a nice place to stay for a night or two but no longer as it's quite a small place with not many facilities.

Delightful hotel in popular and busy side street lined with tapas bars and restaurants The staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was continental with a good choice. There was quite a bit of noise at night from the bars but the price you pay for a very central location where you can walk to everything. Very clean and nicely restored with open brickwork and wood. Would definitely comeback but bring some earplugs

Not as expected...

Room a/c did not cool enough and could not sleep because of the heat. Told lady at front desk about it the next morning when we checked out and she blamed it on me... she said \"I did nor know how to use the thermostat\". As an engineer who has traveled a lot, I should know how thermostats work - really got me upset.

On a street with great food

Great location to walk to Granadas major sites, including the Alhambra (or the bus up to the Alhambra if you're not up for the walk, but it's really not that bad, key breaks a and enjoy the view)
Air conditioning a as not available (too early in the spring) but the room was warm, opening the window worked great, but the street noise carried up (it's a quiet area but just a few people talking or cleaning the street really seems loud at 2am)

Able to check out in the morning and leave our bags while we toured for the day. Friendly helpful staff

Historical Hotel

This hotel has been recently and beautifully restored. It is an old house from around the 1550s. The house has a gorgeous central courtyard, which was probably once open to the elements, but now has a large skylight roof.
The street - \"Navas\" has many places to eat.
The Cathedral is very close, and is quite stunning inside.
The staff were friendly - Suggested we walk to St Nicholas Square to see the view to the Al Hambra. We overslept, and they called a taxi, so we didn't miss our arrival time for the Al Hambra.
The room was clean, with fresh fruit and good wi-fi. The breakfast which is served in the basement was good.

Very close to everything. Great restaurants on the same block. Saw an interesting museum about Jewish history in Granada. Hard to find, but well worth it. Staff must print out directions on mapquest. But it is only five minutes away.

Aparecía en el condicionado que había aparcamiento en las instalaciones con restricción de altura, y que había otro aparcamiento fuera de las instalaciones por 17,5€. El de las instalaciones resultó no existir. Lo comento y me dicen que ciertamente daba a confusión. Ahora está modificado y yo me he comido algo que no hubiese contratado de saberlo.

chambre au RDC inadmissible

chambre 3 à éviter au RDC bruits de la rue jusqu à 2h du matin. je bruit des canalisations des chambres du dessus jusqu à 3h du matin (WC douche) chambre très sombre contrairement aux photos du site et cerise sur le gâteau lors de notre arrivée nous demandons pour le petit déjeuner on nous répond que c est complet !
