Room was in good condition, but there were no windows for outside, only windows that opened to inside of hotel lobby. It was very dark. Also. We visited Granada during Christmas time and it was quite cold. Our room didn’t have sufficient heating system and it was cold.

Adorable, quiet, and close to everything

I loved this place! It was super quiet, less than 10 minute walk to the beginning of all the touristy stuff but on a super quiet side street. No noise issues. The decoration of the place was adorable and made feel at home (and also like I want this woman as my interior designer). Great communication via what’s app. The cleaning service each day was great.
Only small things to consider would be letting the person know they won’t get access code til 9am day of check in- from previous emails from her I thought I’d get it sooner. Also, clarify if coffee pods are included in room rate. I asked each day and got more but would have been nice to just know it was included.

Overall a good experience. Small kitchen, laundry etc. no parking, out of shear luck found a parking 5 mins walk from the property. Was not able to find the parking the property had suggested. Getting to Alhambra was easy via a bus, which was the main purpose of going to Granada.

This is an excellent place and the owner was very nice and helpful. There were many apartments in the hotel and we stayed in Violeta. Very clean and maintained beautifully. There was also a laundry.

I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Mixed - enough hot water?

Our room was at the top of the building and had exposure on all sides, so we needed to use the heating. It was clean, and the beds comfortable, but the hot water was lacking. I had to stop my shower in the middle to wait for more water to heat enough to be able to wash my hair. No mention of hot water availability was made beforehand. Other than that, we had a good stay.

The room and location were fabulous! I would have rated a 5 however there was an issue - upon check in there was a very strong fragrance from an automatic deodorizer above the door. It was choking! I found an ‘off’ button and shut it off. But the smell was very strong and remained in the room. If you have sensitivity to fragrances then you should not stay here.

It is closely located to the central of Granada. 5 minutes to the cathedral of Granada and main streets. It is surrounded multiple restaurants and markets. I stayed in the rooftop room and it's quite spacious with a rooftop area.

Pictures are deceiving, place was OK but nothing we were expecting; wear and tear is prominent. Nice patio, good selling point but lighting sensors did not go off immediately as you would enter so be ready to walk in the dark half ways thru when coming in at night. Inside, the unit needs better lighting, specially when there are no windows letting natural light in. Shower floods the whole bathroom which was very uncomfortable. Hot water went on and off.

The property is in walking distance to major attractions and good food places as well as bakeries. There is a department store very close y. Taxis are available as well. The shower in our room did not provide hot water. The staff did try to help with giving us access to a tiny shower in the office. But that was inconvenient. Overall it was a cute bed and breakfast place

Decor was very unusual .The reception area was a cafe as well.Very comfortable bed and settee
The kitchen facilities were very basic.There was a hot plate in the cupboard but I am not sure where you would put it safely.The surface had a microwave at one side of the sink and kettle and coffee machine on the other.
I expected to be be able to cook.This was my only disappointment.

It is in a very central location but in a quiet street, so that was a big plus. Staff on reception were pleasant and helpful. The roof terrace was a bonus - it was very nice to while away an hour or so up there. We had one of the penthouse apartments which we enjoyed staying in, but just one suggestion. We arrived after dark and approached our apartment across the roof terrace, which was unlit. Apart from making it difficult to operate the keyboard to our apartment, when we opened the door and fumbled around for the light switch I stepped into the apartment not realising that there was quite a drop down to the floor. I discovered a gymnastic ability that I never knew I had! Fortunately no harm was done, but perhaps consideration could be given to installing a motion detector lighting system for the terrace, similar to that which is already in operation for the stairs leading up to the terrace?

Very cute accommodation in the heart of Granada. We were on the first floor so our unit opened onto the courtyard. The courtyard was added dimension to our stay. I highly recommend the breakfast at this property as you relax in the courtyard. The staff was amazing - very helpful.

Africa at reception was amazing. She helped us to organise trips to Sierra Nevada and also with our very tightly scheduled visit to Alhambra. All room related requests were dealt with kindly and very efficiently.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Location was fantastic.

We had some problems with the hot water but soon realised that the taps should not be opened fully for two people to have a shower back to back.

All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend highly.

We had a lovely week in Granada staying at the Palacio Almagra The apartment was beautiful and very centrally located. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well. We had breakfast one morning in the courtyard which was really good. I'd highly recommend the Palacio Almagra and Granada, which is a beautiful city.

Was pleasantly surprised!

The rooms were smartly designed with all of the basic amenities. Staff was amazing and exceptionally accommodating. Parking is offsite (about a 2 min walk) and comes to 15euros/day which is a competitive price for the area. There are tons of shopping and food options within in minutes of the hotel so a car isn't really necessary to get around. The location is only about a 30min walk (caution: mostly up-hill) to the Alhambra so if that is your destination, you are in the right spot. We were told not to drive s parking can get tricky and were glad we listened. That place gets packed!

We only stayed one night but I am planning on returning. Such a great value for the price (and location)!! Loved this hotel.

Rosa, at the checkin and cafe, made our stay very pleasant. She arranged taxis, gave us critical info about the Alhambra, and was a fountain of information. The property is close to beautiful squares and many tapas restaurants. The huge bed was a real plus for us and we would definitely return.

Good price for a shabby chic boutique style apart

We booked this hotel as it looked great and was in a convenient location. It had very few reviews but the price was very competitive to what else was on offer so we thought we'd go for it. The location was good as it was only a short walk to the albaycin, short walk to the cathedral and the bus stops. The reception staff were very helpful and had emailed us access codes for if we arrived late, which we did! Nothing was too much for them. We were a group of 8, four adults Nd four babies,but they were very understanding, they helped us by printing off our bus tickets for us and arranging taxis too. Our beds were made and bins emptied each day which made it more than just an apartment rental too. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes to self cater too. For the price it was brilliant and we loved the decor!
