The staff is excellent. The room does not have a single window. We traveled as a family and rented a large car; finding the hotel is a headache, and parking is an adventure. There is practically no space, and finding parking is another mission that is almost impossible.

I gave this hotel a rating of 3 because, although it was advertised as having its own parking facility, I received an email a week before my stay stating that the adjacent street would be under construction throughout 2025, and we’d need to use the parking garage across the street. Finding the hotel was also a challenge—the small sign was obscured by dense trees in front of the building, making it difficult to spot. After finally locating it, we parked in the garage and had to carry our luggage across a very busy street. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly; it couldn’t be set below 22.5°C, which made the room uncomfortably warm. As for breakfast, it was just okay—more of a basic continental offering

Only downside to consider: the city limits car access to this part of the city for certain hours of the day which will make it challenging if not impossible to reach the parking garage by 1pm for example.

Location.was amazing. We could walk to attractions and many food and shopping options. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.

That said, our biggest complaint is that the wifi was super flaky and we got bumped off a lot. So, if you need reliable wifi to check emails or search for things to do, this property may not be the best option.

Our other smaller concern is the shower temperature just changes randomly without adjustments, from scalding to cold.

Generally, we are overall still happy with our stay, as our priority was location.

Had a great time in Granada thanks to the staff at Eurostar. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff everyone was accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping staff kept the place clean and spotless. It is located in the city center about a mile from the train station and conveniently located near most of the things to see. Recommend you get a bus pass when you get here. The minis take you to all the attractions and the larger ones will give you a good idea of how the people in Granada live. #4 takes you to the metro where you can take the train to the mall. If you get off the bus and get on another or the train within an hour, it counts as a transfer when you scan your pas and there is no charge. Hope this helps.

We liked the hotel but were disappointed. They have smoke alarms which flash every minute with 2 LED lights. We couldn’t sleep or read easily at night as it was likely to inside a migraine. We were staying 3 nights and had paid in advance so we’re worried. Anyway the staff taped up the light and the last 2 of 3 nights were ok. Also disappointing that we’d picked a rooftop view hotel and it was closed - said to be due to poor weather the week before. So sadly not sure we will stay again if revisiting Granada which was lovely.

The hotel is within walking distance to all the tourist spots but parking is very difficult. Also, their own parking was not available due to construction and they did not let us know. Breakfast options were good. The terrace was not open and our view was towards an alley. The bed was too small for a couple but the room was nice and clean. The spa and gym were nice and open 24 hours. The staff are all awesome.

The Eurostars hotel was very nice. The staff is excellent and the room fine. There were some issues and they were dealt with quickly.
Problems:
We had to unload luggage and there is no good spot to do this. It would be great if they could arrange a spot to use for offloading luggage before parking (we were told to use the public parking because they thought our car was too big??…?) They should prepare clients for this.
Another hotel sent an email to notify clients where to go and how to handle the arrival.

This hotel was one of our favorites on our whole trip in Spain. We had a nice view of the Plaza Del Campillo fountain in our Junior Studio Suite and an even better view from the hotel's rooftop terrace (only open Wednesdays & Sundays). Our stay included breakfast, which was like your usual continental breakfasts. Although we pretty much walked everywhere, taxis & buses are available right outside the hotel. Highly recommended!

Toilet seat was broken from one end, but the main issue was door which was sliding and frosted. But has no lock. The phone was not working in our room. We went back to our room at 3:30 pm and it was not cleaned yet. They brought us a water bottle without a bottle opener, and it needed one. No USB outlet in the room but the staff were very kind and gave us an adaptor fro American to European plug. Staff was excellent.

Everything was excellent, from the VERY helpful staff, to the very good breakfast.

Only two niggles that don't affect my rating;

- the bed was a little bit too firm ... for me
- no USB-A sockets bedside
