The hotel is at great location. It is in walking distance to city square and all good restaurants. Two supermarkets are with two blocks. The staffs speak fluent English and are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Coffee and tea are free are lobby.

We checked in around 1am and the guy at reception was not happy about it though we only had to sleep for few hours. He was very unwelcoming and was very rude when i wanted to stay outside door for a smoke (it was a place to smoke). We booked twin bed rooms and the bed were really really small. I mean an average guy like me even would find it hard to change sides. The breakfast was average. Wont even call it a full breakfast as thr wasnt much. Overall look for other options.

Rooms are stastifactory. Staff is attentive. Watch the elevator. I got stuck on the third floor for 15 minutes. It was dark, hot and very confined (3ft. X 3ft.). Eventually they got the door open a crack so I breath a bit better.

Comfortable night before flying home
We stayed only one night, just before flying home from Argentina. Everything in the hotel was nice and comfortable, only the bathroom was a bit small (I really doubt that a tall person could sit on the toilet in ours). Also, breakfast was almost only sweet stuff, but that seems to be the custom in Patagonia.

We initially stayed at the Carlos V primarily due to its great location but all other aspects did not disappoint. It is close to Club Andino for hiking info and their morning bus to trailheads and handy to city buses only 1 block away. Staff were very helpful.

Despite a smallish room and small bathroom both were more than adequate and the hotel was in a great location with easy 5 minute walking to everything including several great restaurants. Staff were helpful and the dining room and breakfast were very good. We would stay there again.

O café da manhã é simples, mas tem o que realmente necessitamos, consideremos bom. A internet é muito boa tanto no quarto quanto na recepção. Os funcionário são muito atenciosos e prontos para dar as dicas que pedimos. Tem uma agência de passeio também para ajudar. A localização é muito boa, fica a uma curta distância de caminhada da principal rua de Bariloche, a Mitre.

El hotel es muy bonito con un personal muy amable y la ubicación es perfecta ya que está en el puro centro y cerca de muchos restaurantes y comercios. No se gana un 100 en en mi calificación porque la cama esta compuesta de dos colchones individuales los cuales se hacen incómodos para dormir porque en el puro centro se hace un hueco que dificulta una buena postura para descansar. Definitivamente deben de cambiarlo para un solo colchón doble

Hotel com ótimo atendimento e muito bem localizado, na diagonal do centro cívico uma quadra acima, praticamente esquina com os melhores pubs e Cervejarias de Bariloche, Manush e Blest. A rua é um pouco barulhenta e se ouve sons de carro no quarto, ontem com a vitória do Boca na libertadores foi um Buzinaço a noite toda, mas levei na esportiva. Em minha opinião o hotel vale a pena para poucas noites, íamos ficar duas noites e acabamos estendendo pra três pra aproveitar mais Bariloche. Só senti falta de controle de temperatura do aquecedor do quarto que no meio da noite acaba esquentando muito para um período não muito frio e também não tínhamos ovos mexidos no café da manhã, algo que é bem comum em hotéis, tirando isso e o barulho da rua foi tudo ótimo.
