We booked this property, thinking it was a 3.5 star property as that what it purports itself to be. We were not impressed, although it might also depend on the apartment where you are staying. The building itself is decent and in a safe neighborhood. The woman working the \"front desk\" when we arrived was not helpful and could not provide any helpful suggestions as to where to eat. The thing that bothered us the most was the disgusting stain on the couch that they tried to cover up using the throw blanket. The bed was somewhat comfortable but it blocked the closet door that held the full length mirror. So you couldn't open it all the way and it made it uncomfortable using the closet. It was also poorly decorated, using placemats as wall decor. It just looked cheap. There were some positives though. In addition to the location, the bathroom was very nice and the shower had excellent water pressure. The television had netflix if that is important to you. Overall, I would say it is a two-star property and, therefore, should be charging less money per night than they are.

Room clean, staff helpful with response, parking a distance from accommodation so decided to drop bag first although had to do this solo whilst husband drove car off as there was literally no where to even temporarily park, as roads are narrow.

Absolutely beautiful flat, very comfortable and clean, and, perfectly located! The receptionist is lovely and helped us find a parking garage when the one closest was full. Lots of wonderful places to eat nearby but also 10 minutes walk to major plazas. Just lovely! Busses to the Alhambra right on the corner!

Perfect apartment for our two day stay. There was a washing machine on site that was very convenient for us. Small grocery store, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We found a safe and affordable parking lot nearby behind a local school. Communication was fantastic!

We liked the proximity to everything and the friendly receptionist. She was informative helpful and kind. My only complaint was that the room smelled like really bad like feet or gym socks. We had to light an incense to try and get rid of the smell.

EXCELLENT service and accommodation post check in. Location is well serviced by stores restaurants and busses. Safe to walk about during daylight and early evening... Probably late at night too... But we were too tired after 10 pm! One issue associated with check in.... We got the entry code at the last minute.... If it had not arrived while we were still serviced by a WiFi hub (five minutes prior to our leaving it) I don't know how we would have accessed the accommodation for our first night as the hotel office is only staffed between 9am and 2pm (or was it 2:30pm ... I have forgotten. In short: GREAT facility but if you are not travelling with 'data' on your phone and your cell phone plan doesn't deal effectively with roaming charges; the hotel system (as it relates with Hotels.com bookings) might not have provided check in specifics early enough for us.... But it did work out .... With five minutes to spare... And we are glad it did.

There were 4 of us. The sofa bed was broken- so you can imagine how uncomfortable we slept. Also, there is literally no hot water. i had to take showers with very cold water. It would have been an incredible stay if these issues were fixed. The sofa bed is not appropriate at all. My back still hurts.

Apartment was very well equipped. Would stay here for longer stays if needed. My itinerary didn't have me explore the central parts of the city so I can't speak to transportation and commute to the city but it's within walking distance to the Alhambra.

Location in the old town means it is easier to visit the landmarks there. For example, we were able to walk to the Alhambra.
The hotel is in a narrow street and the cobbled street may not be kind to our luggage wheels. Concierge is available only at certain hours so if after their office hours, you need to check your email for check in details.
They are able to book a cab in advance to take us to the airport for €32 and that was a very reasonable price to pay for convenience.

The room’s spacious, clean, quiet, and with a well equipped kitchen,the washer in the apartment was a plus. The check-in was fast and front desk’s helpful with queries. The open parking lot hotel recommended refused to let us park there both day, even though there were many empty spots, couldn’t communicate in English at all. The other indoor parking garage’s quite challenge for me to get to underground, but the stuff’s very helpful to guide me down there.

These apartments are super clean, perfectly located, and really convenient to access with the lock code instead of a traditional key. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for our stay.

The only minor downside is that the front desk is only operated from 9am-3pm. This is fine for check-in (can be done over phone/text to get the entry code), but it's a good thing to be aware of.

Very comfortable and clean. It is very convenient to everything. The apartment has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked very well for us. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could have been very useful if we needed it. First morning it took us 10-15 minutes to dash up to Alhambra. After that we brought a day ticket for the on/off tour bus which stopped just by the apartment (stop 12) so very easy to get back to see the sun set in the early evening.

10 minuets walk to the royal chapel and a little bit further away is the Saints Jerome Monastery. There’s a C3 red bus can take you up to the Alhambra’s main entrance. Room was big enough for the four of us.

Apartamentos is amazing. Great staff, nice facilities and very, very convenient. The location is very good but tricky though. If I go there next time I will for sure use a BUS service or train, driving was a nightmare. The streets are not tourist friendly and there are a lot of streets with special permission that if you make a mistake it could cost you $$$. Overall it's a nice place... Unless there is a specific reason I would not spend more than a day there. I drove and if you insist to do the same, you can leave the car on the Parking lot (Ave Maria) next to the school (colegio). Lots of places to eat and nice atmosphere. I did find prices average. Mirador San Nicolas is a must. La Alhambra was nice...

Communication prior to visit was excellent. The property is modern, clean, quiet and very well located. It is very well fitted out with comfortable king single beds, an excellent bathroom and good kitchen. Very good value for money.

Parking was a good five minute walk along narrow roads and footpaths and the car park was very tight. The area felt very safe to walk to/from the main touristy area in the evening. Some eateries nearby. Easy code entry system to the building and the apartment.

Modern, easy, convenient; these apartments are really good and if we are ever back in Granada we would stay again. Ideally suited as it's a short (15 min) walk up to the Alhambra, or 1 minute to the local bus stop. Tapas bars are within easy distance and there are so many that you'll never go thirsty or hungry. A well stocked mini-supermarket is 2 mins walk away. Thus making the amenities in the apartment great as we could stock the fridge up and make what we needed to. Having a washing machine was very handy; although having a dishwasher would have been good too! The bathroom was compact, but the shower lovely. Only downside was that noise from other guests could travels due to the tiles/hard flooring, but this was very rare and on the plus side meant everything was spotless! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent clean apartment about 15-20 min uphill walk to Alhambra. Close to many restaurants and shops. Very small streets so driving can be a challenge but kind of fun at the same time.

Great size and newly renovated. Great bed - foam and two separate beds that were pushed together. Great A/C. One for bedroom and one for general space. Nice to have. I liked the passcode system versus a key. Fast wifi with strong signal. Shower was strong and warm.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is new, clean, spacious and great value for money. Our group of 3 was very comfortable here. The staff are lovely and helped us book a taxi to the airport. There is all you need- a functional kitchen, a washing machine and shared area with a couch and table. Location was great, just 10 minutes from the centre of town, and round the corner from supermarkets, shops and great tapas bars and restaurants in the nearby square. It is at the bottom of the stairs to the Alhambra, which is a 20minute walk away. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Granada!

The rating is for their other hotel in Central Granada. When we arrived at the apartment they could not find our booking and that all apartments are full. They relocated us to their Hotel in central with complimentary breakfasts very near the Cathedral which is very convenient for sightseeing. Condition and service are very good and we are happy with their arrangement

It's in a great neighborhood, a quick & nice walk to numerous points of interest, clean, great accommodations (kitchenette, washer, wifi, etc), and is extremely reasonably priced. We highly recommend Apartamentos Campo del Príncipe and would return in a heart-beat.

The location is very good. There was a bad smell from the toilet on the first day of arrival. We reported it and they came immediately to fix it but the smell stayed.

Spacious and Extremely Comfortable
Staying at Apartamentos Campo del Príncipe was a great experience. Due to low season (Mid-November), I got a great deal. Note, there is no 24 hr reception desk; it was open only during the check-in time. Because we arrived after the check-in time, we entered by the front door with a code, same method when entering our room. Communication was easy, no problems raised; if any, it can be resolved through Whatsapp. Upon entering the room, it was a surprise how large the place is— like a nice condo. Bathroom is large. Beds were two twins. Kitchen was well supplied with basic equipment and tools. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood is about 10-12 minute walk away from the Calle Grand Via, the central street for shopping and restaurants. Despite the walk, it is tucked quietly away and it's close to the Alahambra—if you're fit, you can take the steep stairs up or just catch the bus at the stop right in front of the apartment. Overall, I would definitely make a return visit and the kitchen is nice for nights you want to stay in and save money.

There are lots of good places to buy groceries. And when we were there (September 2016) everything was inexpensive and good quality. Excellent fruit! Everything you need is at hand.
The property is also very close to La Alhambra. The neighborhood is the historic part of the city, with narrow streets and lots of stairs. That is something that I loved. It looked very 1500ish.

Lovely apartments close to main cultural centre
The apartments are situated are in a traditional area, which is \"up and coming\" with unobtrusive renovation taking place in some of the buildings. However, the Apartamentos Campos del Principe were really lovely. They only opened in Feb. 2016 and were almost new. They were extremely comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money. Elena in reception was very helpful in providing advice on local attractions and in booking tickets for Alhambra and Flamenco in Sacromonte. We really enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Very close to Alhambra, about 15 hike up the hill; 1 min walk from the square with restaurants and a playground. Need to stamp your parking pass at the hotel to receive a discount at the commercial parking nearby.

Great apartment, light and clean with very easy access to bus for Alhambra as well as walking into Plaza Nuevo, the cathedral and the Albaicin. Elena was very helpful with finding parking, the bus and holding luggage after check out while we toured the Alhambra.

Très bel et très confortable appartement dans un super quartier de Grenade. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce grand appartement bien équipé et très agréable. Literie au top, connexion wifi impeccable, toutvest neuf et bien pensé. Il yba même un balcon et une machine à laver. C’est très calme et l’accueil est très agréable. Seul bémol : se garer dans le quartier est très compliqué.

Un apartamento muy nuevo cerca del centro. Dispone de todas las comodidades y está muy limpio. Faltan algunos pequeños detalles como tendedero (ya que dispone de lavadora), pero no se puede tender la ropa en el apartamento ni en las zonas comunes. Totalmente recomendable para familias por su proximidad al centro y a la Alhambra (se puede ir a pie en unos 20-25 minutos). La calle podría estar más cuidada y limpia por el ayuntamiento, aunque es bastante tranquila por la noche.

Amplio apartamento. Horario de recepción muy limitado por lo que te solicitan fotos de la targeta de credito vía whatsapp, algo poco habitual teniendo ya los datos desde esta web. En el apartamento en los bajos se oye cualquier persona que entra en el edificio y va al ascensor, por lo que el descanso resulta incómodo. Aún así el apartamento esta correcto.
