El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de todo. El staff fue muy amigable, incluso me dejaron entrar antes a la habitación. The receptionist at the AMC Granada was fabulous. Our room was clean and comfortable and I was pleased that the hotel let us know about the water shortage so we could be cautious in our water usage as well. We liked the balconies opening to the street, though it was a bit loud on Saturday night. Appreciated having a kettle and tea in our room. Tiny bathroom. Location was great, we walked everywhere from there. It’s Just in the square, downhill of Alhambra.

Staff was very friendly. At night, they're at the reception of the Hotel Monjas del Carmen, but it's literally one block away, so it was easy to contact them. The hotel is right on Plaza Nueva, where all the buses, taxis, tours, etc are. Very pleased.

The hotel parking is extremely difficult to access (2 levels underground, cannot follow a single line and need to go backwards to redirect in the middle of steep-sloped turns (several times), etc.), even for European drivers with years of experience with manual gears (stick shift). If you come from the US, my advice is: don’t even try it, it’s not worth the risk of making bumps in your rental car. Everything else with this hotel is great.

Best part was how close to the Alhambra it was. Negatives - it was not a 3 min “walk” to the Alhambra. Maybe via taxi or the bus, on a good day. The parking & breakfast was not on-site. The toilet paper were tiny sheets like bar napkins, not a roll.

We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is REALLY convenient to the Alhambra and all walking areas of Granada. The hotel rooms were a little small but totally acceptable. Ours had a balcony overlooking the square which was very enjoyable. The elevator was very small but worked fine for three people. We used stairs mostly for descending which were clean and very nice. Overall a very nice hotel with parking arrangements with another hotel down the street. That garage was the absolutely tightest parking entrance and spot I've ever navigated in 35 years of driving - but pulled if off - woo hoo! The breakfast is at the same hotel as the parking about two blocks away and we decided not to partake in this as there were plenty of good bakery and food options in the neighborhood. Overall would definitely return for a stay as prices were very reasonable and location perfect.

Ideal location on Plaza Nueva where the road up to the Alhambra starts. The room was small but fully functional, with the easiest to use shower of any we've stayed at on this trip. Only downside: chair but no table. Staff (Pilar) was friendly and helpful. Parking available at hotel next door; requires negoting some hairpin turns down the garage ramp. All in all an enjoyable stay. Book your Alhambra tickets way in advance; we hadn't, and only got tickets through sheer luck.

It was a fantastic area for what we wanted to see in Granada. Parking was at a different hotel but just a block away so convenient but not ideal. The room was fine for what we needed and had a great view of the plaza. It was a little hectic getting to the area but it was mostly on us misunderatanding the instructions sent from the hotel as its in a reatricted area for driving.

A good little hotel. Clean small rooms, good AC, friendly service. A nice common terrace on the third floor (although, the plastic chairs on the terrace could be cleaned every now and then because our backs ended up smeared with white chalky residue after eating there.) Our room had a cute tiny balcony with a view on to a side street, towards an abandoned part of the building across the street, but the hotel's general location is amazing - it is close to everything (a bit far from the train station if you walk, but right in the middle of all major attractions). Our biggest complaints were the tiny size of the shower stall and the strong trashy smell in the hotel hallway on the second day. The shower stall was so small that my wife had to become a contortionist in order to shave her legs. The stall had no shelving for toiletries, so we had to stuff our things behind the pipes and behind the provided shampoo bottles, which resulted in items falling down while we were showering and required further contortions in order to retrieve them. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

Very convenient room at a decent price allowed us to explore Granada to the fullest. Rose on reception was fabulously friendly and helpful. We did have to ask for the room to be cleaned on arrival as there was hair from a previous occupant on the floor, but Rose saw to it promptly. Teeny room but it had all we needed and the shutters worked really well for keeping out the city noise. Parking was a bit pricey at 23 euros a day.

Only issue is you have to pay for parking, but if I knew better I would have returned my rental car, there is no need for car!!

The staff was super helpful. We had a car and had a hard time finding the parking and the woman at the reception desk (unfortunately I did not get her name) came out and walked down the sidewalk while we followed in the car to the parking garage. The garage was super tight and another woman guided us down the ramp into the garage so we didn’t hit any walls. I would not recommend anything but a small car, it is tight.
The hotel was super clean and modern with a great location to everything. The street the hotel is on is the same road you take to the Alhambra. It is a steep walk but that is the case all over the city. Room was small by American standards but pretty normal for Europe. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely recommend.

Great service and hotel staff was even able to accommodate a last minute change in dates due to a flight delay which was so nice of them. Communication was fast and check in was quick. Room was clean and cosy with a small balcony. Water pressure and hot water was great and heater worked perfectly to keep us warm on the chilly nights in January. I would definitely stay here again if I have a chance to return to Granada

Amazing location! Close to everything, food spots, shopping, the Alabama was just up the block. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in was at a sister hotel just around the corner and the host we checked in with was wonderful, she went out of her way to help us park.
The plaza outside our balcony was gorgeous at night and we free entertainment the first night there were some young flamingo hamsters and the second they were people dancing in the square!! We will Definitely be back.
